I'm incredibly happy with my choice, locationnwas excellent in my opinion, not too close not too far to the old town, nice design for the room, excellent shower albeit a bit small, water always hot and good pressure, breakfast is more than fine for the hotel's price, can't say much about the service cause I didn't really need anything.. Already planning to come back for my next trip..

The room was clean and had a balcony, but it was a bit small. The balcony faced the main road, which was very noisy. Even with the balcony door closed, the traffic noise was faintly audible in the room, but not disturbing. Unfortunately, there were no German TV channels. The rooms are spacy and very clean. The service at front dest is very helpful, however, at the breakfast not so much. We came around 30 minutes before closing, and all warm food was cold. The hotel location is not perfect, but it is also very convenient to get to and from town within several minutes. Parking is freely available at the property. I would certainly return.

I stayed here as part of a tour. My single room was quite small (uni room memories) and bathroom tiny. I did have a good nights sleep though! As a lot of hotel in my Balkans trip kettles in a room don’t seem to be the norm… Breakfast wasn’t self-service- I was given a bread bowl and condiments, and an omelet. Good coffee!

Friendly welcome, nice view, the hotel owns the most romantic beach in town ( in my point of view). I did not like the monotonous breakfast and that the restaurants are 10-15 mins far from the hotel. Overall, Ulcinj is a small jewelry box of Montenegro, and the hotel placed in an enjoyable part of it.

Great Location , right next to the old town of Ulcinj. Beatiful beach with great service. The rooms are very large each with a large terrace where u can enjoy your mornings & evenings. BIG recommend !

This is a boutique hotel with only a few rooms in a fabulous position in the village of Donja Lastva, about one mile from Tivat, right on the waterfront overlooking Boka Bay. Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds...

It was a disappointment: 1. Main issue - NO ventilation in a room! Some vent channel is present in a bathroom, but it's grill is so dirty that no air flow in the room at all - difficult to sleep. Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac

In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area.

Great location on the seafront. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden between the Burger King and the Riva bar. At the bar they gave the code to open the door. There was nobody at recyso I did the check in with the cleaning lady. The room was huge with a balcony. Bed was very comfy and so was the sofa.

It was a lovely experience. Just by the marine. Everywhere is five minutes walk away. Staff was very helpfull and all building has just been renovated. We were three and the room was spacious enough and well equipped.

Spent 15 nights during the Ocean Race in September 2025, and everything was perfect! People, room, wifi, food, position, the gym! I also used the restaurant as my "personal" office throughout the entire stay, flawless internet and nice view!

This is a lovely place and need the attention of people's. It is on a very nice location and everything is premium. The reason for 4 stars is the average feeling of the ambient, especially the staff. They was also nice and professional dressed but lake of positive vibe. I think this kind of Hotel/restaurant should have a bit more positive vibe. There's nothing to write about, other than I encountered unbridled aggression and rudeness. It was as if I'd barged into her home and told her I'd watch football on her couch! You can't tell it's a hotel from the street. The entire first floor is commercial. The taxi driver kept asking questions, and even those passing by didn't know what kind of hotel it was! Amazing accommodation. No one was on reception when we arrived but in fairness we was very early. We called the number on the desk and they came to meet us within 10 minutes. We booked a room and asked to cancel an hour later, citing a valid reason: an early flight and a huge traffic jam in and out of Budva. They refused. They weren't customer-focused. The hotel was difficult to find. The rooms were clean.

I booked an EasyJet holiday. Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean. I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top.

A very good hotel. It's located a bit far from the city, but the taxi is cheap so it's not a big deal. The rooms are spacious and very elegantly furnished. The spa and fitness area are well equipped. Very nice and pleasant experience during our lifeguard training. The whole complex is elegant, service is great. We've had a great stay at Verde in March, and we're about to repeat the experience very soon.

Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Heceg Novi, nice clean reception and rooms with modern facilities. Only downside is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 6pm for a couple of hours and you have to notify the hotel if you plan on using it so they can prepare it. Water doesn't work much on the second floor. Lights in one of the dormitories neither. The bathroom on the second floor is not in a very good state. Not a good place to work from. But they try to do their best :)

It is a relatively small, renovated hotel in the heart of the city with excellent friendly and helpful staff. I had an amazing stay at Carine Hotel. The location is great, right in the center of Podgorica and the hotel has its own parking. A special thank you and praise for the warm and welcoming receptionists Jelena and Milica which were the kindest staff I’ve met and made our stay so much better and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
