We were in apartment 5 which has a separate bedroom and a fantastic view of the bay. Like in the palm of your hand. Of course, to have such a view you assume that the house is on a slope, but it is really on a slope, which is where goats graze under the handrail... so, either good fitness or drive in first gear and take it easy, watch out for the slats that can easily scream. Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. I booked an EasyJet holiday. Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean. I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top.

This a great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. We unfortunately arrived a few hours later than planned but the staff were kind enough to wait for us at reception. This small hotell really made our stay i Budva relaxing. It is such a lovely place, A bit withdrawn from the bigger streets, quiet surroundings and still just ten, fifteen minutes walk to the sea and Old Town. Five minutes to the main bus stop. Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food.
