I could say the hotel is decent but the service is horrible. The receptionist was talking to us in Serbo-Montenegrin because she assumed we could understand her since we're Bulgarians. She was yelling all the time and didn't answer our questions.
Later when we complained to her about our not working ac in December, using an unpolite yelling tone, told us someone is coming to fix it.
That guy kept coming back and forth and when he saw our terrace window is open because it's hotter outside than it is inside he started yelling too explaining how do we want the ac to work when the window is open. (there weren't any window sensors which could've been the issue)
The only reason for me service is a 2/5 and not a 1/5 is because the cleaning lady was nice and we had great chats with her during our 3 night stay.
A very good experience
The aforementioned mention of Montenegro Tourism Bureau is in name only completely unregulated Four-star hotels everywhere whether small and medium-sized larger "Tivat" only one - Montenegro Ritz-Carlton Bay Hotel / full I can not book.
Such practical guesthouse facilities inn-style breakfast its display appearance and views around the bay attract travelers €108 a night not to mention value for money? I believe many travelers were tricked from Trip.com to choose this Hotel Splendido Bay is exactly this kind of trick travelers booking 5 nights after the first day of breakfast three days to give up the fifth night even staying also gave up leaving
On our departure day we asked for a luggage room, and the placed our luggage in the restaurant without anyone looking out for the luggage. When we got back our luggage were mixed with wedding guests.
Do not book this hotel, service and personal was really bad.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel – the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. A special thanks to the staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed.
The location is another big plus – it's close to the airport, which is very convenient, and just a 10-minute walk to the city center. Ideal for anyone who wants to be near the action but still enjoy a peaceful stay.

The hotel was clean and staff would help with anything you need. The location was great with shops right outside the hotel and the beach being a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel is located in an old building that is badly in need of renovation. The room we were given had cheap, tasteless furniture and, to make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working. We were checked into a room where the temperature was 29°C. Despite complaining twice, the staff took no action. Only after I firmly demanded (not politely asked) to be moved to a room with a functioning air conditioner did they finally agree to change our room.
