Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Heceg Novi, nice clean reception and rooms with modern facilities. Only downside is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 6pm for a couple of hours and you have to notify the hotel if you plan on using it so they can prepare it. I wouldn’t class this as a spa hotel. Easy to get to the old town from here if you drive, but a bit out of the way. #montenegro #hercegnov

Excellent hotel located about 20 minutes drive from the heart of Kotor.

Good hotel with a cosy hospitality. The staffs so helpful and kind. They even call me ahead of time that there were storms and they waited us to arrive and help us to settle ourselves. The best hotel hospitality ever! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a large room with a living room and a bedroom. The hotel also set up a cot for our 3rd child. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed. The decor is updated. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and it was great every time. We will stay here again when we return.

This small hotell really made our stay i Budva relaxing. It is such a lovely place, A bit withdrawn from the bigger streets, quiet surroundings and still just ten, fifteen minutes walk to the sea and Old Town. Five minutes to the main bus stop. The staf is so helpful, the rooms really big and breakfast plentiful . You feel welcome right away.

Fantastic hotel located in a residential street in Budva close to the front and not to far from the old town. The room was great with a large balcony. The price was very reasonable and the food was also good. It’s a small hotel but very modern and clean. Very lovely stay at Hotel Invictus. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. We had a two bed suite at a very reasonable price - was so lovely to have a big sofa to relax on. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts delicious and fresh.

It's a drive from the city center, but the nearby supermarket is great. The room was decent, easily accommodating two large suitcases. It seems to be in a suburban location, so parking is convenient and free. Breakfast was acceptable for the price.

I note many previous negative reviews but we were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find and the underground car park was where Google Maps suggested it was! You had to phone reception (on WhatsApp was easy) at the parking gates and they lift the barriers. Plenty of parking and easy lift to reception. This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

The hotel's location isn't great; it's a bit far from the city center. It's close to a main road, so it's quite noisy. The hotel's exterior pictures are beautiful, but the actual interior facilities are very basic. However, hotels in Montenegro's capital are generally expensive, and there aren't many options. There aren't many attractions either; only a cathedral is worth visiting.

It's meant to be a 4 star, but I got a 2 stary treatment. Imagine no body lotion, breakfast has limited menu, TV is not smart as it should be, and no shampoo. The towels are so rough and old. Mould in the toilet. Nice place with potentials.

This hotel is really great! It's super clean, and for just over 400 RMB a night, it even includes breakfast for two – such a good deal. They provide disposable slippers in the room, and the shampoo is excellent. When I asked the front desk for a late check-out, they readily agreed. I'm truly satisfied!

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

Located in Old Town where all the action is. There was a public car park nearby for our rental. We were so excited they had a small lift so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside (or not) is that the club nearby will be playing music until around 1:30am.

Location is very good, 4 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is clean, ac is working, towels and sheets are changed by needs. Hotel is family owned and you can ask any question or make arrangement. They are all very friendly. Parking is included and is located directly across the hotel. Breakfast is buffet with mostly homemade dishes.
