Excellent Stay at Apartments Krug!

I had a wonderful stay at Apartments Krug. At the beginning we had a small issue, but Nikola solved it right away and even upgraded us to a bigger apartment, which was such a kind gesture. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Budva, yet still quiet enough to relax.

Our host, Nikola, was amazing—very welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. He truly made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I highly recommend Apartments Krug to anyone visiting Budva, and I would definitely stay here again!

Fraud Alert ‼️ This property is not at the location advertised. He goes by the name Nikola and he charged us twice, for the same date. Booking.com is investigating him. Warning Do not fall for the fake reviews.This Property is not at the location advertised.

The hotel sent a cancellation message two days before check-in for a reservation made through Booking. We had to change all our vacation plans, including flight and car rental reservations, and pay an additional fee. They are completely unresponsive regarding refunds. Their actions are theft and fraud. If you want to lose your money and have your vacation plans ruined, this is the perfect place.

****WARNING **** Do not even think about staying here. Host doesn’t communicate with you and we were stuck outside waiting on a response from host. We arrived after 2pm from a long bus ride. A resident assisted us by contacting the host herself and she advised which room we were in. No WIFi password given and we couldn’t work out the TV. Still nothing from the host, even though I contacted him numerous times. The bed had a sheet that was too small and when you moved around you ended up sleeping on a bare mattress…yuk…shower has so much mould in it and not very clean. Host is a liar saying he tried to get in contact with me. He doesn’t respond to messages. I received the WIFI password this morning, a bit late. I ended up booking another hotel for the remaining night as I couldn’t stand another night in there. I have put in a complaint with Agoda, which I booked with as this apartment shouldn’t be leased to anyone. Have lots of photos as proof too.

The property scammed us. They took our money and approved the stay through booking.com however after few days they said because of technical issues they had to cancell the booking and that the partners would return our money or reserve as a different apartment. The cancellation message they sent was in Montenegrin so they probably did it in purpose thinking I won’t understand. Of course I booked another apartment because of this thinking and waiting on booking to refund our money because of that message. The property owner messaged me on the day of arrival asking me where are we and are we gonna show up to the apartment.. and they made the reservation in status as no show, which I guess in that case they won’t need to refund.

Clean, comfortable , finished to a high standard and only a few minutes away from Budva old town by foot. Booked last minute and owner immediately got in contact and was at he apartment to meet us five minutes later

Excellent location
The only problem we had was finding it as we were walking from the Bus Station and there appears to be a lack of street signs in Budva. Now we know it is located behind the Gufo hotel and by Fortuna Hotel and Gastronomy. It is within easy walking distance of the TQ Centre. When we were close we called on WhatsApp and we were literally walked in by phone. Excellent care and attention. We actually extended our stay here, excellent stay
