Location is very good, 4 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is clean, ac is working, towels and sheets are changed by needs. Hotel is family owned and you can ask any question or make arrangement. They are all very friendly. Parking is included and is located directly across the hotel. Breakfast is buffet with mostly homemade dishes.

Our holiday at Hermes Hotel in Budva was wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean and well-organized. The staff were very attentive and helpful in every way. This is a very nice apartment-style guesthouse located in an old villa in the old town. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with tableware so you can cook your own meals. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and checked in. They gave us a room key for room 401. When we opened the door, we found luggage inside – horrifying!! Very good service, very touching. The front desk manager is super nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I accidentally broke a cup, and he crawled under the table to clean up the broken glass. It was so big, it was really not easy. He also recommended a restaurant in the old town of Budva, the fish was excellent. The breakfast was also very good and quite rich.

The Ski Hotel in Žabljak is an old building that clearly needs renovation. It looks more like a slightly better dormitory than a mountain hotel. the receptionist is kind and welcoming. Worth staying only for its location and friendly staff, not for comfort.

Amazing! I had the worst day with all sorts of things going wrong until I got to this place already a bit late at night. And then the staff was so unbelievably warm, kind, approachable and accommodating, they all made me feel right at home and made me forget about all the hard day I had. Everything was fine, but one day our room was not cleaned. And everyday we had to get up at 5am because the hotel is right next to a mosque and they were calling to prayer over loudspeakers.
