The location and view were absolutely beautiful, and the receptionist was very kind and supportive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing — the dishes and pools were not properly maintained. On our second day, we all got sick, which really affected our overall experience.

You have access to private beach and beach club (be aware that it’s a lot of steps to get there if you eventually have problems with that) with free sun beds. Our host was very friendly and accommodative during our stay. The room was clean. Towels were replaced everyday. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but was closed to restaurant, bistro, cafe, convenience store. It is 10 minutes walk to bus station, old town and the beach. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 10 nights and weren't disappointed. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staff is polite and helpful. Food is fresh and tasty. Real coffee - in a bar, not a problem at all. Cocktails were good. We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac

In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

Well, this hotel deserves 10 out of 5.. It's just something. Although located a bit far from cities but who needs it whenever you have such stunning views. No TV in the room but.. VIEWS! Stay was ok .. best thing is it's near the bus station and railway station so people are using public transportation it's really helpful. They have a restaurant on the ground floor that's really helpful in a place like podgorica.

It is a friendly and old accommodation. The location is right next to the bus terminal, so transportation is the best. It was good enough to stay for a day or so.

The hotel was situated just opposite the city railway station. This was the only plus. The facilities were in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was very basic with not much choice. I had to sit on uncleared tables and waited for coffee cups for 15 minutes. I would not recommend the hotel.

Ageing Hotel where I got the probably smallest double room ever. Hygiene was good and the bed fairly comfortable but decades of smoking gave it a disturbing subtle bad smell unfortunately. AirCon was in good working order but I shut the fridge over night. Very helpful and friendly reception though and close to the train station.

Great location on the seafront. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden between the Burger King and the Riva bar. At the bar they gave the code to open the door. The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures also the wifi only works on the first floor, we didn't get it in our room,we bought a local sim card to get internet. Every morning we were woken up by a cleaning lady who is annoyingly knocking on the door, you need a 'do not disturb' sign as is usually the case in hotels.
