The receprionist was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Breakfast quality is as expected, very clean room and easy to park.

This place was a gem we’d stay in again if we wanted old town Budva. The room and facilities were great. Wifi was fine; parking was beside the door; there is a fully staffed reception desk and they’re helpful. It feels modern and new. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. It could have been improved by a cook for doing things like eggs and bacon to order but that was minor. We loved it.

We had a great stay here! Secure parking, comfortable beds, lovely hot shower, fast WiFi, strong air conditioning. The owner is friendly and she was very helpful with anything we needed, including let us check in late at night. Can’t recommend enough!

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. We were searching for a 1 night accommodation and we have found it here. Really nice woman helped us with their rooms in the evening. Rooms were clean, you can park your car, it is not expensive, you will feel safe and you can even use a kitchen. Great stay here and we are looking forward to go there again.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. The room was luxurious, clean and had everything we needed. There is a small shop and a bakery right around the corner, which is good. The owner was very kind and welcoming and we got lots of good recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

This is a very unique property. If you’re headed to see Monastery Ostrog, we highly recommend this hotel. Very convenient. The staff and the meals were excellent. However, the drive up the mountain is not for the faint hearted.

The views around this hotel are to die for. It’s close to the monastery that even if you wanted to walk it’s possible. QUIET, true relaxation at the top of the mountains away from the tourist. This is an AMAZING little family owned hotel. The villa is clean and has a boho style. AC, Wifi, Toiletries and coffee bar are available in the room. 5 mins walk to the beach side. There is a supermarket nearby and a turkish halal restaurant. coming often to eat food here, the waiters are quick and the service is 5/5, the waiter DAVID was always quick to serve us and nice to me and my friends. food is excellent, my favourite is funghi pizza, portions average at 15-20€ and are about 350-400g. there is an inside and the outside seating, they will always ask if you like the food which you WILL. place is quiet and calm, not crowded often.

We stayed here for one night during a cycling trip. The room was very small, but pretty and clean. The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been modernized with good taste. The breakfast was not bad and better than expected, given the low price in comparison to other hotels in Perast. We did not have dinner here. We stayed there November with my two children. . The hotel is at sea side, we walked everyone easily. the rooms are very comfortable. In the room, we have 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen , 1 saloon and 2 bathrooms. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It has closed parking area, charge of free. Also the breakfast is buffet menu and delicious although a little bit expensive. Generally We recommend.

Great service! We made an early check-in, warm-welcoming staff of the hotel offered to help with the luggage. The food was delicious, with different salads and desserts. The room was slightly small, but with a big terrace. The position of the hotel is a 7-10 minutes walk from the beach.

We've been in the restaurant here - food ok, portions are good size, view is great. Be careful with the bill though - we have wrong price for some dishes in the bill, have to ask a waiter to correct it.
