The location is perfect if you wanna stay very close to Kotor bay. One of the best if you compare it to other properties nearby. The best thing we loved about Huma is their restaurant service, especially the manager there Mr Gul who ensured that we had a comfortable stay. They have huge underground paid parking, very accessible location if you wanna tour around Montenegro.. Stunning!

I don't think this is a 5 star hotel in any sense, 4 star max. Rooms are not clean and there is nothing much to praise about service.  having said that the view from the hotel is really nice and surrounding areas are also peaceful and fun to walk around

Gul is one of those people who makes every guest feel valued. His leadership in the food and beverage team is outstanding — everything runs smoothly, and the service is always exceptional. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. To begin, the staff were incredibly polite with great recommendations for local restaurants and always willing to help with things like excursions, taxis, etc. The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning.

We have just left Bogdanovic and arrived at a new hotel in Tivat which cements how lucky we were to say in Bogdanovic apartments. Great place! Heated swimming pool and really lovely owners. Beautifull views from balcony!!! We will definately come back there again. Owners pays a lot of attention to every single details in the hotel.

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling. Service is fine and everything is delicious and tasteful. If there were a sea view , this restaurant would be perfect.

Well worth it! We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful...

Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. We stayed two nights, the room was well equipped and the landlord was really nice. The hotel has a restaurant which is really nice (and not expensive).

I had to walk from the apartment a lot on my own and I felt very safe (I am a 62 year old little woman). The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.

Very nice villa. The pool is also awesome. The rooms are very nicely decorated and actually look much better than the photos on the internet suggest. The villa is located slightly above the bay, so you have a wonderful view from here.
