Fabulous hotel with great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay at the Franca Hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic. The rooms were gorgeous and spotlessly clean. We had a great time at the pool, where there were always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Would highly recommend Franca Hotel to anyone.

This is going to be an excellent review. On principle, I NEVER give 5 stars!
Check in was quick and easy. The man at the desk was helpful and worked well.
The room was of a good size with a double bed, a single bed and a nice sized balcony with views of both the pool and the sea.
The bathroom was clean and had a great shower.
There was a safe and a minibar. It is a shame that the freezer bit of the minibar did not freeze ( and so the ice cream that we bought at the Supermarket down the road defrosted!)
Downstairs, the lounge/ reception area was spacious and comfortable.
The dining room was also spacious and clean.
All meals had plenty of food, both variety and quantity. The food was also very tasty.
The Synagogue was fine. A bit small, but enough for the orthodox people who were there when we were.
The pool was lovely and pretty empty and quiet. We did Not use the spa.
Location is great. Not right in the center of the city, close to a beach and park. A big Supermarket is 100 meters away. Walking into the center of Tivat takes about 10-15 minutes.
A couple of tiny complaints:
1) the cleaners came to tidy the room on Shabbat morning when we were praying....and turned the light out in the bathroom. Surely they should be educated already in what the requirements are for orthodox Jewish holidaymakers.
2) there were very limited amounts of toiletries in the bathroom. There was an "all in one" shower gel/shampoo in the shower and a liquid soap by the sink....but not much more.
3 ) there was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room....but the stand that was holding the sachets was a bit dirty with some left over sugar. Not the end of the world....but could be better!
4) the Hotel is about 800 meters north of the airport. It is directly under the flight path of the planes taking off. There are no flights at night, but from 8am until 8 pm.....there is a take off every 15 minutes or so.
5) I would have preferred a sofa in room rather than the single bed. It would have made things more comfortable.
Whenever we needed something, we asked and we're given excellent service.
Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the stay at the Kosher Hotel was one of the Highlights

Good Israeli style kosher food, pleasant family environment, very friendly and accommodating staff! Close to water front, small supermarket and pharmacy virtually attached to the hotel 🏨

Room was nice ans Dinner goid Breakfast was poor : no yogurt etc Although we had to pay the full price the gym couldn't be used before 10am, spa needed a reservation 2 hours before to be heated and pool didn't function. The manager proposed to use the gym at 10am after breakfast which is of course not useful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, and the food is excellent. The hotel has a beautiful pool and spa. You also have a gym at your disposal. It is close to the city center and the airport. You also have a market next to the hotel. All recommendations for this hotel. I will visit you again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am shocked by the recent negative reviews. The staff at the reception desk was welcoming, ready to help and answer even extra questions like what to do in Tivat. The hall was spacious and the kosher restaurant was good. The private swimming pool was nice and wifi too, open network. I should note that the restaurant is not always buffet, as I understand it's based on the amount of guests. Moreover the hotel has a synagogue which I didn't see someone mention before.

The Hotel Franca exceeded our expectations with its luxurious rooms, friendly staff, and top-notch amenities. Perfect location with stunning views. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!The highlight of our stay were recepcionist Mauro(the best one) and Petar(the side kick)

All that I need to say it’s, from my previous experience here in Montenegro, this has been the greatest so so far! The lady in the reception show me the best way to rest properly after a long flight, and the view of the mountains it’s wonderful!!

It has been a very short stay(1night only). I arrived late in the night as my flight coming from Istanbul was delayed,however,I was welcomed by a very polite lady called Valentina. Valentina has checked me in and provided me with a lunch bag as the restaurant was closed already. In the morning, prior to checking out I have met Valentina again and,again with the smile and kindness I was asked how was my stay. I can assure that Valentina is an asset to the Hotel and please, value her ideas as I can see that she will turn the hotel around. What a completely different stay I had from the last time I was here Mid-September 2023. Definitely I will be coming back.
