Room was small for our party of 4 buf the receptionist Yusuf was generous and was happy to upgrade us to a larger room. It was spotless and was right next door to a massage place next door. The breakfast was also immaculate as they served traditional morrocan cuisine.

The hotel is okay, but the downsides include loud noise in the room all day and night from cars driving along the main street, and an insufficient number of outlets in the room (in a two-room suite, we had to charge our phone and power bank in an empty room while sleeping in the other. We also had to unplug the refrigerator and kettle.
We also had trouble getting an iron for our room at reception. Apparently, the incompetent person there tried to convince us that irons aren't provided in a three-star hotel. Then someone else came and provided the requested iron within 5 minutes.

The room is big and clean and very much spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I would stay again if I come back.

Everything was great. Spacious living area. Kitchen had all the things I needed for my trip (kettle, toaster, tea/coffee maker). I only used the kettle. Bathroom had a hairdryer. Room was very clean. There is a fridge/freezer too.

The waiter had a very bad service attitude. He just despised Chinese people. He could speak English, but he pretended not to understand. His attitude was extremely bad. I originally booked this hotel because it was a modern apartment with an elevator, so I didn't have to carry my luggage manually like in a traditional riad. But I experienced the elevator horror here. After entering the elevator, all the buttons did not respond when I went up, including the alarm button. The elevator was small and stuffy, and could only accommodate one person and one piece of luggage. I had to bang on the door and shout for help, but fortunately someone heard the sound and came out. I immediately went to the front desk, but they said calmly: Their elevator requires three fingers together, with knuckles together, to press it. **! After going to so many places, this is the first time I have encountered an elevator button that requires special training! I suggest that people who are timid should not choose this hotel.
