The hotel makes a nice impression from the outside. However, the rooms are dirty, worn, and poorly managed. There were food crumbs on my nightstand from the previous guests, which still hadn't been cleaned up after our four-day stay, even though housekeeping had been there. Upon arrival, we found no towels, no toilet paper, and an open package of shower gel. These were provided immediately upon polite request.
A nice bonus is the rooftop pool and the beautiful view of the city.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the hotel .The service is excellent and very friendly staff whom always welcoming me with a warm smile and a polite manner.The situation of the hotel is near to the centre and surrounding with a variety of shops and restaurants.I will bring my family next time 🥰🥰🥰

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city center, close to shopping malls and shops. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs at all times. In my opinion, the hotel needs a coat of paint and some touch-ups. It's very clean.

Good position, clean rooms, good breakfast nice staff. Quite noisy at night cause wooden doors slqmming and loud people in corridors but its okay.

Great hotel that I experienced, the staff was friendly I enjoyed my stay. Hotel cleanliness is good, and everything looks good, highly recommend staying during Malakesh, if you come from the train or flight.

Service was great, but food was almost inedible. The salads were fine, but the spring rolls, grilled variety plate, and steaks were all significantly overcooked. Good drinks.

Rude staff, only good thing is Wi-Fi and the fact they seem to keep the many thieves, sellers and beggers off the balcony area so you can finally have some time to chill.
