Riad Sidi Ayoub in Marrakech

Riad Sidi Ayoub is absolutely the best place ever!
We stayed one week in this beautiful riad and it was a DREAM.
The staff is simply amazing, especially Youssef, extremely polite and friendly he helped us and advised us to live the most magical experience possible.
If you are looking for the best place to stay in Marrakech, this is it!

A peaceful resting place that is full of atmosphere. It is clearly an authentic family residence that rises in about three tiers, with a narrow balcony running continuously round the edge of each tier, above the central courtyard. An ornamental fountain soothes the spirit in the centre. Plenty of space to sit and meditate on the upper terraces in sun or shade. The very clean rooms are much more spacious than expected, with four poster beds, and smaller beds in the family rooms, all comfortable enough for a good nights rest. The bathroom is well stocked and offers plenty of piping hot water. A safe for valuables is available. The staff are always to hand, welcoming and very helpful.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Hussain was a great host and helped us find out feet. He also arranged some trips and taxis, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The only thing we didn't realise was there was no alcohol at the road. Which wasn't a major issue but just to note.

Absolutely beautiful and an amazing place. The rooms were very clean, the staff were super welcoming and helpful, the riad is kid friendly, the food was exceptional, and the fact that you are immersed with the locals in the heart of Marrakech is incredible. Took me a bit to find the place with all the tight narrow walkways, but after a few times I got it. No complaints.

All the staff there especially Youssef are very helpful and accommodating to anything you need. The Riad is very clean and the food was very delicious. Wonderful place to stay I would recommend it to anyone.

Delightful hotel. Authentic style with central courtyard set in the cool canopy of four gorgeous orange trees; had 2 magical evening meals here by the fountain amongst scattered rose trees. And the beautiful little birds that once in a while delicately flit from tree to tree. Breakfast served here, too, as the first soft rays of morning sunshine filter through the leaves of the citrus trees.
Then there is the wonderful Hossein and wonderful Youssouf with their gentle humour and care. You can arrange a massage here and a therapeutic scrub with Argan oil.
This place is a short walk from the souks and museums. Treat yourself and book your stay.

We had the most amazing stay at Riad Sidi Ayoub. Such a beautiful Riad, with breath-taking views from the roof terrace. Everyone there made us feel incredibly welcome with their kindness, we felt at home. Mimoune was especially helpful, he recommended places to eat and places to visit, whilst also sorting out transport and day trips for us, one of which was an amazing excursion to the atlas mountains, we have made a great friend! Breakfast was 10/10 delicious, and the tagine we had for dinner was the best of the trip! The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The Riad is in perfect walking distance to the central market square (only 10 minutes tops) where you can find many treats and exciting sights, we ate there several times and bought many nice things from the markets. We could not fault a thing and would recommend our stay at Riad Sidi Ayoub to everyone and anyone. We will hopefully see you again soon!

Magnificent traditional Riad without the excess decoration which is beginning to invade the Medina, a real journey through time, perfect staff, kindness, delicacy, and always ready to help, spacious and very quiet rooms, very good breakfast and dishes to order to taste at the riad,,,, Thank you youssef we will come back!

Had a brilliant stay here at Sidi Ayoub, the riad is beautiful, the food is very tasty and the room very comfortable. Mimoune & his colleagues were welcoming, friendly and informative on the local area

Best Riad in Morocco!
Everyone is super super lovely there and our room is absolutely amazing!
The breakfast is really good and the room is very clean!!
The owner showed us a very good restaurant the first night and even walked us there.
When we arrived he offered us some tea and showed us all the good places to go on a map.

We highly recommend this Riad and will definitely come back here :)
