Great experience staying here. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice and clean communal areas with clean pool. Rooms nice and spacious and cosy. Close to shops and main square were souks are. Would highly recommend. Will he visiting again.

Wow, wonderful experience great staff. Even when I got lost they sent someone, Mustafa, to come and find me. Food was excellent. Sylvie the owner was warm kind and generous. I can’t wait to return.

Such a peaceful Riad. It's located in a quieter section of the city but still only 10 minutes walk into the main square. A really great staff and the food is amazing and a great price for the huge portions. I highly recommend this riad if you want to be close to everything but still be able to sleep at night. Fantastic experience.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. But the main reason why I go in an hotel is to sleep. That's also a really hard thing to do. A lot of noisy guests and rooms which cannot be closed properly. Meaning you hear everything. Now I can live with people coming home, yelling. But people drinking and yelling at the swimmingpool, waking u up/starting at 12 and going on till 4, not for just 1 but 2 nights in a row, without the crew interrupting them. That's a real shame.

There are better Riads to stay Avoid as there are much better to stay at No welcome with mint tea like it said there would be breakfast was terrible cold coffee Our room was nothing like the picture dirty shower room just a really unpleasant experience, Sorry but I don't want anybody else to waste there money we have been back to Morocco as its such a lovely place to visit highly recommend El find Riad

Well, first with positives ( short list) good location and quiet. The rest...awful smell from drain in shower, no fridge, no availability of kettle to make own coffee in morning. Staff, surley and impolite!! Relaxing area on roof terrace...only usable for 2 evenings as smell of cat wee overwhelming!! Be careful using deckchairs...friend landed a cropper using one. Change requested after paying tourist tax...asked 5 times and never got it !!! Wouldn't ever visit again.

Me and my partner stayed at this Riad and unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms are basic but fine, but our stay was ruined by clothes and perfume going missing from the room, which was kept locked apart from when being cleaned. Having read previous reviews, it seems this has happened to others. Would advise not to book.

I didn't enjoy my stay at the riad aliya hotel, there is no entertainment but overall i had a good experience. Nice private area. You have to pre order food if you want to eat. You are not allowed to buy food and drink from outside and bring to the hotel. We got charged £3 euro per head for ordering food. Information on their website about amenities states TV. There is no TV in the rooms, no TV lounge and no fridge available to put water. The room service was very good, Saeeda is very pleasant and hardworking and Simone is friendly and understanding. I will definitely not be going back to this hotel as I found it to be very boring staring at the walls.

A nice little riad in the heart of the Kasbah - 8 rooms, l believe. Worked well for us (4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 children) as we had 6 of the rooms. Simon and Saida, both staff, were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great place as a base to explore the city and beyond. Negatives (for me): 1. I would have liked a TV in the room, but that's just me! 2. Food and drink from outside is forbidden, unless you pay a €3 tax per person. Although it wasn't always enforced, it does make you a bit weary and jumpy if you come back with food or drink! Would l visit again? Yes!

We had a delightful stay at this peaceful Riad in Kasbah. The atmosphere was serene, and the setting truly charming. The staff were warm and welcoming—especially the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delectable, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and authentic stay.

Probably the friendliest and warmest service in Marrakech. Away from all those chaotic plaza, this place is definitely good option. They have interesting local live music and art performance. Affordable price, good food and cool crowd. Please keep that way.

Alternative place with ok food. Marrakech has many other authentic places to be enjoyed. As a break from the busy Medina, this is a good place to be. Service is a bit slow. Prices are not too bad.

Nice Western cafe, but service was super slow. Over 1.5 hrs for a simple hummus plate. Much better options in Marakesh.

A fun atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff; the live music and rooftop terrace are also very enjoyable. However, the food was surprisingly underwhelming given the prices (vs comparable places in Marrakech). Portions were generous, but the lamb tagine had very little lamb in and was more of a gloopy mass of poorly flavoured vegetables. The hummus was great, but the falafels were again surprisingly tasteless. I enjoyed my visit overall, but would recommend the place more for the atmosphere (so long as you only want to be around tourists) than the menu.
