My friend and I stayed at the Riad Cocoon for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful, starting our stay with a mint tea and an introduction to some of the places to visit, setting up our map with locations. We honestly could not have managed to get around without the map and the help. The team helped make restaurant reservations, book taxis, anything we needed was handled and advice given on places to eat each day. On our first day, we chose to eat at the Riad and had the Lamb Tagine, it was the best meal we had all stay, the chef is an excellent cook. The rooms at the Riad are spotlessly clean, with a lovely scent like a spa, the rooms were cleaned each day. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed a Hammam and a massage which was fabulous. We both loved every minute of our stay and being in the heart of the Medina was perfect, and at the end of each day you walked from the chaos of the Souks and roads into an oasis of peace and tranquility. Corinne and the team really know how to look after guests, we will definitely be back.

We stayed at Riad Cocoon last year and had a great time. The riad is beautiful and well maintained. Corinne and her staff are helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Lots of advice on places to eat - they even advised us of an app to use so we would never get lost while wondering around the souks! The location of the riad is excellent, walking distance of the souks but far enough so it's not noisy. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. I would stay here again and hope to get back to Marrakech soon!

I highly recommend Riad Cocoon. The rooms are comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing and worry-free stay, from booking taxis and loading local destinations on your phone map app, to wonderful spa appointments and delicious food service. The Riad is in a quiet, convenient location and most everything you want to see is within a 15-20 minute walk. The owner, Corinne, is wonderful, making sure to spend personal time with you and is incredibly helpful and communicative with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at Riad Cocoon. Corinne and staff are so hospitable and friendly, the Riad is lovely, in a great location close to the Souks, but very quiet. The staff were a great help in arranging taxis when required. We had the top floor room which has its own terrace above with sun loungers. Highly recommended place to stay in Marrakech.

An incredible oasis of calm where you are treated like family! Corinne and team are wholly committed to making your experience unforgettable and it really shows. The personal attention, suggestions, booking restaurants, helping with lost phone in a taxi, everything is done with a smile and a desire to please. We stayed in the Green Eyes room, it was comfy, functional and met all our needs. Hot rain shower, top quality bathing products and linen. The bed is semi hard, king size, warm and comfy and has enough space for personal items, and a convenient charging point. We booked the in house Hammam and massage experience -truly out of this world!! Highly recommended!! If the weather is nice there is a lovely terrace at the top of the building, where the staff are more than happy to welcome and serve you. All in all this is a top quality haven in a really conveniently placed part of Marrakesh. You are a couple of minutes away from the beginning of the Medina and the Madrasa Ben Youssef. You will not regret booking here and will be treated like Royalty.

Beautiful riad in a great location. Corinne is a really helpful host who made suggestions both before we arrived and once we were there if places to go and things to do and he and the staff helped arrange taxis and meals. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful and a special shout out to Jamaâ who was always smiling and willing to help. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech

Just landed back in the UK after 4 days in this peaceful and beautiful riad. It may have been cold in Marrakech but the riad was warm with service and a wonderful welcome. Fabulous location, beautiful room (we booked the green one), plentiful breakfast. Really loved staying here. The in-riad hamman a lovely bonus too and worth it. Thanks to Corinne and her team

Central location in North Medina, Beautiful accommodation, nice atmosphere, amazing and helpfull staff, especially Jamal, Ussama and the massage lady. The Signature morrocan hammam was amazing. Rooms as described. Cleanliness was spot on. Good value for money.

We spent seven wonderful days at Riad Cocoon and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the souks and main square in the heart of the old city. We would recommend Riad Cocoon to family and friends. A solid ten out of ten.

This is one of the few places with actual sign guiding the way, which was nice. Compared to the busy streets it's a nice and quiet place with modern music. The staff was very kind, albeit a little pushy. The food was really good.

Definitely our favourite place to dine in Marrakech! We had a great time there, the food was very good, and the staff was more than friendly! Don't use the website to book a table though because there are chances that your message won't be seen after mid-afternoon. (this info comes directly from the owner of the place!) Anyway, we didn't have any trouble to have a table, and the view is fantastic over the city from anywhere on the rooftop terrace!

Really bad service here. Food is fine, nothing special. We got ignored for about 30 minutes, we asked to see a menu twice and never got one. No one seemed to even noticed us leaving. There are a lot of staff wandering round in a pack avoiding eye contact and pretending to look busy. It only has good reviews because they serve alcohol and have a good view.

Really poor service. I had a tajine lamb with so much sweet flavours on it, honey, fruits that I did not enjoy it at all. Burned broioats and a plain veg with couscous. The terrace is nice though.
