This hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the Medina. It's front is located among vehicle repair shops with an unassuming entry. Once you enter the property, you enter an oasis of green and quietness. The staff are eager to please and frequently anticipate your needs. The property itself is a maze, which is challenging at first. The rooms are small, dark, and cramped with furniture. They are comforable and quiet however. Our room smelled of sewer gas during our stay, which we brought to the attention of management. The only solution that was offered as the placing of a scent diffuser, rather than fixing the problem or changing our room. This is the only reason I did not rate this property as excellent. Since this property is promoted as a luxury property with service to match this, I would expect the rooms to be in better condition with better attention to details in the room.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. Understated elegance in its interior deco and unpretentious. Outstanding levels of service from truly wonderful staff all of whom seem to know who you are and where you are staying so there is no need to irritatingly sign for anything. It felt like we were staying with friends who were enabling a lovely holiday. Proactive rather than reactive service at its best with minimal intrusion. A highlight among many was gathering for lunch on the terrace which was included in our rate with all the other lovely guests enjoying a gorgeous experience from fantastic, highly professional staff. One of the loveliest hotels anyone could be lucky enough to stay in. Whoever oversees its management, don’t change anything ever!!! Thank you for providing a fantastic oasis in the wonderful chaos of Marrakesh. 💕

Who knew such elegance could be found just off a busy Marrakech street, next door to a car repair shop? But as soon as you step through the discreet entrance of Villa des Orangers, you are instantly transported into another world – a lovely smelling and refined environment. The riad is about a 10–15 minute walk from the medina and offers stunning views of the Koutoubia Mosque from its rooftop terrace, where there is also a lovely swimming pool. Another pool can be found on the ground floor, surrounded by lush courtyards and elegant furnishings. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with its own private rooftop terrace. Also a special mention to the bathroom linens with oranges embroidered- loved these. Breakfast, lunch, and even a small goûter were included, and each was delicious. The service was exceptional, with staff attentive and professional at every moment. It is undoubtedly very expensive, but the level of comfort, luxury and care make Villa des Orangers a true haven for those seeking understated Moroccan luxury.

We just finished a 12 day, 7 location tour around Morocco with two other couples. This was our favorite hotel in all of Morocco. We were in a wing that had three rooms which was very nice as we were three couples. Rooms are not overly large but decent with a small seating area and the bathroom was decent size. Bed was very comfortable and sleep quality was great as it was very quiet (no road noise). Service is pretty good. Spa service was exceptional. Food was pretty good. Wine list is weak though--common issue in Morocco. Great place to visit.

La Villa de Orangers was the perfect hotel and I would return again and again. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful. The staff were more than accommodating. We loved it!

Very tranquil after getting inside the Riad. We really enjoyed the location and the ability to relax at the quiet ground floor pool after a morning of sightseeing. High quality all around.
