We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot.

Great hotel, just could be cleaner. Facilities are good, but the quality is lower than what I am used to from 4 star hotels. Too bad there is no refrigerator in the room. Bedding is also not that nice, doesn't feel completely fresh.

The price-performance ratio is very high, and finally, a hotel with free parking! The hotel environment is very nice, and the rooms are very spacious. The only downside is that there might not be much nearby, but it's a great place for a vocational school student to rest.

We just got back from a two night stay here. It’s a great location to visit our friends who live locally. Excellent accommodation and facilities, a very comfy room! Lovely breakfast with so much choice and staff were so pleasant. The hotel is only a 10 minute car journey into the centre of Zwolle. A great hotel, we will see you on our next visit.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and whilst the stay was comfortable, this was perhaps the least pleasurable stay. The room was nice enough, but the bed was poorly made and the bedside lighting was very dim. I would still recommend this hotel as the best in the area.

Just got off the plane and luckily caught the shuttle bus. The driver was really nice and waited for us. The hotel itself was pretty standard. I have used this hotel regularly a few times a month for the past few years. Always a welcoming atmosphere, staff have a lot of attention to detail. Hotel isn’t clean and friendly the atmosphere is always good. Has a nice small gym and the food and drinks are always consistently good. I visited the Leonardo Hotel with my 10-year old daughter for two nights and we loved it. The people are very friends and helpful. We had a very nice room with a view over the city and a bath. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. And it’s nice that there is a swimming pool. Tram 1 stops directly at the hotel, so it’s easy to go to the city center or to Scheveningen.

I liked that there is a very large selection in the breakfast room and that the overall design of the hotel is very good. What I did not like was the very long waiting time at the reception. We had a lovely stay at this resort. Extremely clean and super friendly staff. Maelyn, who was the server at the beach, was exceptional. She had the most incredible demeanor. She took such great care of us and made our stay that much better! Only recommendation would be to have towels available at the pool (there often weren’t any) and also at the beach entrance.

We had a weird experience in that the room flooded and we had to be moved to another room, and there were additional surprise charges not included in the the travelocity price that were added (not due to messiness or misuse of the room or amenities)

The room wasn't huge, but it was fully equipped and stylishly designed, even with a working record player! The hotel's ground floor has a bar, a pool table, and a vintage camera. The location is super convenient; you can walk to the free ferry in 3 minutes to get to Central Station, making it easy to go anywhere. It was a really unique experience!

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it easy to get to the museum. You can even see the canal from the window. However, the overall condition is comparable to a European Atour Hotel, so for the price, it's decent.

Located on the outskirts of the canal district, this hotel offers convenient transportation and is incredibly quiet with peaceful surroundings. The breakfast is good, with hot food available to order. The room is spacious. The only minor issue is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, so water can spill out. Really enjoyed our stay here. Well located, quiet rooms. Our room was not ready on time and the manager was very accommodating and did her best to make us comfortable including giving colouring and small teddies for the kids. The hotel is several minutes walk from a tram stop (20 minute journey to the city centre) and from a couple of parks that you can walk through to get to different areas: the museum district, canal neighbourhoods. Really loved our stay here. Probably a little more expensive than most but the quality is up there. Staff are really friendly and helpful. It's really easy to get into the center of Amsterdam from the hotel. About a 20 minutes tram ride. The tram also takes you to the train station. They have a sky bar that's nice but again a little expensive. They also have a pool and gym that are very good and clean

Ideal location right in city centre

This is a super hotel to stay at. In the city centre, a walk from all the shops and a short taxi ride from central station. It is also well maintained with clean and neat decor and helpful, polite staff. I thought 18 euro for breakfast was expensive but Starbucks is 5 mins away so we went there instead.
