Staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. The room was outdated, though and the power blew a circuit daily when trying to use various sockets.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. Extremely clean and super friendly staff. Maelyn, who was the server at the beach, was exceptional. She had the most incredible demeanor. She took such great care of us and made our stay that much better! Only recommendation would be to have towels available at the pool (there often weren’t any) and also at the beach entrance.

We had a weird experience in that the room flooded and we had to be moved to another room, and there were additional surprise charges not included in the the travelocity price that were added (not due to messiness or misuse of the room or amenities)

This was our first time to St Martin and it was spectacular. Everyone was friendly and the staff was very accommodating with our requests. We are looking forward to going back already!

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it easy to get to the museum. You can even see the canal from the window. However, the overall condition is comparable to a European Atour Hotel, so for the price, it's decent.

Located on the outskirts of the canal district, this hotel offers convenient transportation and is incredibly quiet with peaceful surroundings. The breakfast is good, with hot food available to order. The room is spacious. The only minor issue is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, so water can spill out. Ideal location right in city centre

This is a super hotel to stay at. In the city centre, a walk from all the shops and a short taxi ride from central station. It is also well maintained with clean and neat decor and helpful, polite staff. I thought 18 euro for breakfast was expensive but Starbucks is 5 mins away so we went there instead.

Had a wonderful spa experience at the Mandarin Hotel today. My therapist was Amy and she was wonderful. The massage was the best I've ever had and made me feel great all week. Amy went above and beyond to personalise my experience. I can't wait to come back again.

Had the best 3 nights here with my partner. From arrival the service was amazing. Attentive and polite. Concierge desk, especially Claire, made our visit very pleasant. She helped us book restaurants and told us key information about the area. Housekeeping always did a great service.

To whom this may concern. I was very disappointed in the hotel hotline, the Jung lady who picked up the phone spoke Dutch and I asked her, if she speaks English and she said no and hung up the phone. A great hotel but if you need to do any work online you will struggle. The wifi is intermittent and slow doesn’t begin to cover it. The area also has shocking mobile coverage so very difficult to work from here.

The location is excellent and this was my second time at this hotel. The service has downgraded with 1 ply toilet rolls - you’re better off to buy your own. They don’t give a water bottle anymore, not even a complimentary one that you can refill later. It is only for select members apparently. You can’t expect basic toiletries from them in case you’ve forgotten - just the basic any hotel would do...

The service was very good, however one room didn't have hand wash, and when we requested over the phone, it was never delivered. Otherwise excellent rooms!

The only thing missing was slippers. I have no other complaints. Everything else was perfect for my overnight stay. Would recommend staying here.

Room was well kept. Coffee machine was not that good, nor very clean. The coffee machine downstairs used to be on for customers but it's been off for a long time now. The hotel has a great location and a comfortable lobby. While the rooms have some limitations due to the building's age, they still meet basic travel needs. They're sufficient for exploring the city, although the rooms are a bit cramped; however, this is typical of European hotels.

The room was very clean and air-conditioned. It was close to the station and major attractions. It was about a three-minute walk from the Queen's Palace. The facilities were relatively new. The soundproofing was good at night. It was better than expected.

I booked the smallest room, and it was a bit uncomfortable because there weren't many outlets. A small table would have been nice. However, the view was beautiful and romantic.

It’s a great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable. But unfortunately I slept quite bad because of noise in the corridor.

The hotel structure is beautiful, the restaurant and bar are cosy.There is akso a small swummingpool and saunas. But the hotel is located outside of the city centre and the rooms have an awful view on commetcial buoldings. Terrible experiemce with one of the receptionist who showed no signs of being service minded.

Was here for a meeting. Had a small lunch before the meeting which tasted good. Didn't make use of the rooms so can't judge that but overall the lobby and restaurant looked attractive so I assume the rooms meet the same standard.

Lovely Hotel. Nice concept for family getaway. Beautiful lobby to hangout. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We arrived at night and all looked beautiful. In the morning you could see that the bathroom was not thoroghly cleaned. Found hair from precious guest, dust in corners and dirty tile grout.

Stayed as a quick booking to get our bearings after a cancelled flight, 10 mins from airport by bus and a 3min walk from bus stop to front door. It's close to the airport, I was able to check in online myself. The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was nice, it has all the necessary amenities such as a mini fridge, coffee and tea maker. It has a decent sized tv (not that we used it, but still). The shower was nice, the pillows and bed are heaven!  The rooms are soundproof. We are definitely going back again.

Room is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. Pretty Basic hotel room for a price of 180€/night. The pictures online look better than in reality.

The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!
