We ended up spending 2 nights due to flight cancellation. Hotel is right across the park, great view of the lake and the Amsterdam forest.

We were a group of four. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. In the room, tea and coffee were complimentary, while bottled water was available from the vending machine in the lobby. Parking was not included and cost €5 plus tax per hour, or €25 plus tax per 24 hours. Overall, we were satisfied with the service and facilities.

The location of the hotel is indeed remote. The room is also very small and the overall facilities are relatively old. I don't know why I was given a room near the lobby near the front desk even though I left a message to choose a quiet room. I could hear the guests walking in front of the door and talking clearly.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The location is a little further away from the center but there‘s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff‘s attitude is the only thing I need to criticize. Everyone just seems bored with their job and annoyed if you ask them questions. They are not customer friendly at all. They really need to improve their performance

Compared to Ibis in Paris, having a hairdryer is a big plus.

Can't complain a lot, except there is no water boiler, we need to ask. The room is clean, the surrounding is quite and nice. We like to walking at the park after lunch or dinner.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Customer Service was good. My only criticism is I didn't understand the see through shower walls. I was staying with a freind as part of a stag group and the only way we could shower privately was if we turned the bathroom light off. Perfect for a honey moon sweet however it wasnt the occasion for it 😅

2 days we didint get heater and i get allergic so much coz so cold inside the room.. and the electricity have problem and my rice cooker burned suddenly just 5 minutes turn on and lamps turn off by itself .. and how about my deposit? Did u return to us ?

The rooms were cold, I turned on the air conditioner but it didn't heat anything, and there was no television.

The hotel wasn’t much to look out on the outside. When you enter, the reception and lounge area was very pretty. The breakfast service was a bit over priced for what it was. The bar was never open to the public as a bar instead you had to buy drinks from the bar which was very limited. The gym, sunbathing area and outside area were not open to the public. The room was adequate, and soaps and wash items...

We stayed at ZOKU for a two day workshop with 35 participants) and overall had a very good experience. The atmosphere and food were excellent – stylish setting and great quality throughout. The rooms are special and cozy and the Co-Working Space is amazing. The event organization was okay, but the communication between the event team and hotel staff (reception, check-in, restaurant) could be improved...

Not super central. Drinks are not cheap, but love the atmosphere. Very chilled, nice mix of young to grown up professionals. If you enjoy live music, jam in rooftop contemporary setting and don't mind drinks being a bit on the pricey side, then try this. Large rooftop terrace for summer drinks.

had a wonderful stay at Zoku. The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional—especially Luana and Merlin, who really made me feel welcome. The room felt like home: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I also loved the view from room 527, which made the stay even more special. I will definitely be back. Don't get me wrong, very nice hotel and the rooms are homely, clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and the terrace has a great view. Breakfast is amazing and although I did not have dinner, Im sure it would be good too. I would say that the lift is a real problem. with so many guests that come from the outside to have brunch and dinner the lifts easily get way too crowded and one waits forever...

The 1.8-meter bed I booked was actually less than 1.5 meters long and one side was against the wall. The facilities were worse than those of a budget hotel and it was really not worth the nearly 2,000 yuan price. The surroundings were also shabby. The room was arranged in the corner of the first floor along the road, which was really terrible.

Lovely place, highly recommend. Perfect for a little get away, excellent location, right beside Sloterdijk station. Big rooms, no faults. I’d recommend and cannot wait to visit again.

This church-style hotel has cramped rooms. The bunk beds are difficult to climb without handrails, making them quite dangerous. The double beds are also very low, so it's easy to hit your head. It's definitely not worth the price! Those with high expectations should really reconsider. Plus, it's quite a distance from the subway station!

What an exceptional staff, especially the concierge . . This property is in a great location. However, it has some quirks. Some issues with electricity and the rooftop bar is not always open. Check hours.

Got a fire alarm in the middle of the night which seriously affected the rest, the hotel did nothing but just an apology letter, staffs are generally not proactive and not so friendly.

The room was spacious. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience, the only minor downsides were that the hairdryer was a bit weak and no complimentary water was provided.

I was a little worried because after I had booked I read a terrible review. But we found the hotel faultless and excellent value for money in central Amsterdam. Our room was compact but comfortable with coffee making facilities and water updated daily. A lovely shower and nice toiletries. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Location was good, and rare to find an aparthotel. Kitchenette served its purpose. Room is slightly weird however -- we got the 3 bedroom apartment, and two of the three had no door, and opens directly into the entrance hallway. Will have to ensure you are decently close to the other guests! Gym was mid, very small in the basement. No daily cleaning, lift were slow.

The place is close to the bus, train station. It is just walking distance to the flix bus station, too. The area is quiet and generally look safe. There is only a kettle and doesn’t have a place to cook. Will definitely choose again if I have to travel by FlixBus in the late at night.

I have stayed here twice before. This time is my third time and there’s a reason for that. Although it’s not in central Amsterdam, it’s got everything we needed. It is a quiet hotel that is affordable. The staff at checkin were very accommodating, allowing us access to the room a few hrs before the official checkin time. I will stay here again when I visit Amsterdam. Don’t pay the extortionate prices...

The room itself was decent – spacious and well-equipped. However, there was no deadbolt on the door, and the walls seemed to be thin partitions, so soundproofing wasn't great. On the other hand, the price was incredibly good. For this price point, being so close to the Sloterdijk transport hub for metro and train was very convenient for getting around. For a business trip, I was quite satisfied.

Love the Vibes Teleport Hotel. Especially the wonderful owners..being very helpful and friendly the moment we entered the hotel. I feel her aura surely uplifts my tiredness after an overnight travel. The location is convenient, close to the train station. You can take a local train from the central station in the city center, and it's just one stop. It's about a 7-minute walk to the hotel from there. It's a hostel-like accommodation, so the facilities are quite basic. The washing area and beds are separate. There's a common room where you can get water, play table tennis, and socialize.

Was here to attend a conference.Hotel is NOT good value for money. Rooms are very small. Furniture and equipment are tight and basic. Typical amenities as tooth brush or shower robe are not there. Food (lunch buffet) is plain. Combining holiday inn and holiday inn express in one building is confusing at best . Not to be compared to the Holiday Inn Express l frequented, repeatedly, in Bangkok...

This Mercure hotel is not in the central but very close to metro station and only two stops away from central station. So it’s easy access to tourist attractions. Also there is a clean and appropriate size of room. I had a good time during my stay.

The hotel's location is just okay, but I was really disappointed with the staff's efficiency. I tried calling and messaging the front desk multiple times but got no response, so I had to go down to the first floor to find someone. I booked a king-size bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a very bad experience!

I was not satisfied with the booked room, so I was taken to see each one and asked to choose. The overall design of the room looks more like a homestay in my opinion. However, I don't like the overall color tone of the room.

Hoxton offers a unique vibe where it is classy, trendy but homey too. The vibrant vibe of community during the day and quiet atmosphere in room gives it an excellent for those who travels solo. I love the place and it is easy access to the tourist attractions. I will definitely recommend and revisit it in the near future.

When my passport was lost, they went above and beyond to help me find it including letting me to back to the room after check out to look for it, talking to neighboring hotels, and checking security cameras. The ambience of the hotel is nicely built with the interior color and artistic pieces. Location is unbeatable. Shower and toilet are separated, good to have a clear dry-wet cut. But water leaked from shower to the bathroom floor through the shower door, something the hotel should look into it.
