Stayed here for a several nights and it was a phenomenal experience. Booked indirect as it was flagged as Amsterdam Boutique Apartments. Booking direct requires a week stay minimum. The location of the apartment was fantastic. It's located minutes on foot to the transit hub of trams, trains, and buses along with a grocery store and restaurants! Citadines is located in the same building as Mecure...
The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. The staff was very friendly. They even gave my husband a birthday surprise.
Walking distsnce to Sloterdijk Station.. Easy to go to anywhere in Amstererdam. There is also a seafood food truck outside the station. Nice area to stay.
The hotel is very close to the station, and the staff are very friendly.
Front desk staff were super welcoming and left us a little gift for our anniversary and birthday celebrations. Helped us with transportation/navigation and even umbrellas when it rained. We appreciated being right by a major transit hub and being a bit further from the centre of town where it was nice and quiet. Appreciated the well supplied kitchen, easy access to extra supplies, and access to laundry...
The property is right outside Amsterdam city and a short drive or train ride in. The staff is very nice and informative. The room was spacious and clean. There is a grocery store within walking distance. There are three elevators there that shar

Good value for money. It's a bit far from the center but there's a direct tram line, so no issues there. The facilities are clean and the beds are comfortable. We didn't hear any noise at night, which was a huge plus.
I was so impressed by the commitment to sustainability and the well-executed communication of what's been done to make the hotel eco-conscious. The facilities were very comfortable and perfectly clean. Friendly, helpful staff too. Really good value for money.
Hotel has an excellent location. Stayed the second time. Point of improvement: Cleanliness and room facility functionality could be checked prior to arrival. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay and would book again

Everything was great! The place was clean, comfortable and well organized. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
Was there only one night. Room was clean but very small. No fridge. Found two hairs in bed. Was sufficient for what was needed
This hotel was located 4 minutes walking distances from the best museum and transportation, the area was very cute with lots of food options and things to do. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was clean and room although small was comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights.
It's close to tourist attractions and easy to get to the central station. It's also great for walking around.
Location was excellent for visiting museums The room was comfortable and clean Breakfast was a nice bonus Staff was helpful allowing us to make the most of our time in Amsterdam.
Stayed for one evening. Served my purposes perfectly for a clean, functional and well located room.

Amazing hotel, booked last minute after issues at a different hotel nearby. Was able to check in at just before midnight right after booking. Price was good too for last minute. Staff were all really friendly.
The place is beautiful but the elevator is Very small
It was great time in this hotel everything is so clear and so smooth the reception team is so friendly and nice i love to go back and highly recommended
Location is near the canals, about a 10 minute walk and has a convenience store nearby to shop for snacks and coffee before walking. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, offering to store baggages and bring me to the bus stop to go to the airport, and carry my luggages to my room. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, and the surroundings were lovely, with plenty of charming cafés and restaurants nearby. The area was lively during the day yet pleasantly quiet at night.

During a business trip, I stayed in this hotel because it’s nice located nearby the public transport station. complimentary coffee was offered in the lobby.
It was really close to the zuid station which is only one stop from the airport
Great stay at Qbic Hotel WTC Amsterdam. Excellent location with direct public transport connections and easy access to the airport and city center. The room was compact but very clean, quiet, and well designed. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and smooth check-in. Friendly and professional staff. Very good value for money. Would stay again.
Everything was perfect. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and a clean room.
The air conditioner is not working, so it is very cold in the room. Except that, the staff are ery nice and helpful. Donot be cheated by the window option, the window is not openable anyway.
Very convenient location. Literally just outside Amsterdam Zuid station which gives you plenty of options to travel to the city center by public transport. Easy and within 5-10 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. The neighbourhood on the Zuidas is also great with plenty of nice restaurants in the area in case you dont want to travel. I would always stay in this hotel rather than in the busy...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal just outside the city and it was no more than 15 minutes into the city via bus. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was really good.
Really cool art everywhere you look at this hotel! Excellent service and a deep comfortable tub which was perfect after a long day of walking in the cold. It is right on a bus line, and next to a beautiful park. A brand new 15 screen movie theater and quite a few music venues
The hotel was clean and had everything I needed. I had a minor problem with the check in but the staff was very friendly and professional.
Travelled with my son recently and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel had great facilities and may well return in warmer weather when pools are open.
Hotel is confidently located right next to the bus stop that goes straight to Amsterdam central. Hotel is spacious and very well thought out. You have to have hotel key to get into the lift and the hallways which has made this hotel even more safe and secure. Staff welcome you with a lovely hot waffle! Staff in the restaurant are so sweet and welcoming and nothing is too much! Highly recommend.
I come back here always when in Amsterdam. I like this Hotel. Staff friendly. Cleanliness, breakfast and restaurant. All good.

It's a lovely, cute hotel, but our room, number 107 or 105, had stairs. It seems like a strange experience to live with a tall stair right in your room. Plus, we were staying with a friend, and the shower is transparent and located right across from the bed. It's a rather strange experience, and it might not suit everyone.
The location of Hotel Mercier is excellent. It’s walkable to most places and the walk is most pleasant with canal views along the way.
Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing we missed was washcloths.
One night stay, the hotel was immaculate with a beautiful room. The staff where attentive and welcoming.
Staff was warm and courteous. Hotel was clean. Lovely little breakfast. Great location for walking around the central city. Highly recommend this hotel. We had two rooms. One had plenty of room. The other was a little small, but it was quiet.
Lovely atmosphere, helpful staff and an overall great place to stay on our first time in Amsterdam.

We've visited Amsrlterdam as a couple 7 times, but was are forst time at The Toren. Honestly we will not being staying anywhere else again in the future. It was perfect!
This hotel had everything: impeccably clean, authentic, modern, roomy lounge, helpful staff, and best of all - close to everything we wanted to walk to. I had the garden room with jacuzzi tub. I was in heaven. The tub was longer than me and fit two, thats a first for me. Ill be staying there again!
Our reservation said that we have VIP, which would’ve given us a free bottle of wine, but the hotel said that they did not see it so could not acknowledge it. We absolutely loved the dining area. Breakfast was wonderful and the ambience was magical. The bedroom decor was not something we would’ve chosen, but it was nice. The amenities provided in the bedroom were wonderful. The bathroom was fantastic...
Loved our room, BUT folks need to be aware not all rooms booked are in the main hotel, some are down the block in another building. Still very traditional Amsterdam. Amazing lounge with food options in the main hotel. We were there in December and the hotel was decorated for the holidays. This hotel has a very cozy feel.
Rooms are on the small side but they utilize every inch of them with smart design ideas and accessories. Great location and the staff is awesome.
Great location and breakfast was lovely, just what you need to start a day exploring the city!

Nicely designed rooms, lovely restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for our needs. My 24 year old son would definitely come back again - he travels more than we do and is picky!
Couldn't be happier with the quality staff and value. Location is a tiny bit or the way but not really a problem as it's a nice walk to the centre and the team stop is outside. Nothing to do in the local area otherwise though. The hotel is great to relax in so it's not a problem if you're there for a retreat
My go-to hotel in AMS. Excellent service, incredible food, super location, and nicely appointed rooms. Highly recommend.
Good location hotel. Nice quiet street but very close to the centre and all the activity. Lovely welcome. Comfortable room.

Centrally located within Amsterdam shopping street just outside a tram stop. Nice view of canal houses along Amsterdam canals. Clean and spacious room with good amenities. Polite and friendly reception who told us the cafe has free flow of coffee all day.
Spacious clean room, very nice lounge with free coffee and tea, and very kind staff. Location was also superb, close to a tram stop, and just a little walk to Leidseplein. Many restaurants in the area.
Perfect location to explore Amsterdam. Walkable to all main sites, also on multiple tram lines for easy access to anywhere. Friendly staff with nice lounge area and good breakfast. Try Cafe Piper a block away’
This hotel was great! Super friendly staff. The area is also perfect with a tram stop right at the hotel and all the food options you could want within a 5 minute walk. Museum quarter, Anne Frank house, and lots more an easy walk as well.
Breakfast menu was great, convenient location. Could definitely hear street noise in the room.
It's a good hotel for the price. It was easy to find, and the service was good, but it was a little inconvenient because of the construction. The location is especially good.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the elevator was broken the duration of my stay.
Lots of wrongs from Day 1 - Need improvements Only 1 staff and was away during check-in. Waited 20-25 min even after pressing bell several times. Only 1 lift and that too was out of order. The room had toilet cistern leaking entire time, staff checked did nothing twice. Only on last night new staff another room but single bed instead of king bed originally booked. No housekeeping done in rooms. During...
The rooms were smaller than the photos led us to believe. Weekend restaurant menu was limited. The quality of the meals were good, but our meal on Monday night took over an hour from order to delivery. The elevator was out of order after our first day, and we had to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs on the way out. The staff were friendly though.
I arrived late and tired. However, the front desk person was very kind and helped me to relax. He also gave me a wonderful flashlight—
I have booked this hotel several times, and I always book this hotel every time I come to Amsterdam for a business trip with a group. The price is very reasonable, it's close to the city, convenient to drive, and there's a parking lot.

The room condition exceeded my expectations; although not large, the facilities were neat and clean, and complimentary bottled water was provided. if you are staying for a few days (max 3 days my opinion). The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to everything. The decor is very nice in the reception & rooms.
