Amsterdam, Atlantisplein 1 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Great location - short walk to the Muiderpoort station and a 5 mins train ride into Amsterdam Centraal! For the price, the accomodation was very reasonable and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. House keeping comes by everyday so you always have a clean room and towels. A fridge in the room is also very handy. Staff are there 24/7 and very helpful.  The walls are thin, so if you have...
Somehow very loud at night. I heard nearby rooms walking / flushing toilets. Bathroom’s very dark. No hair dryer (which is ok, you have to borrow from the reception). They also offer luggage storage before/after check outs. Staff were so nice🙏
stayed here for 4 nights and loved that the hotel have that kinda community feel to it. there’s a cafe conveniently located in the ground floor and honestly, i have no complaints
We spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely...
100%, factory concept. Nice design. Easy c. In and c. Out
The hotel has a good location and the room was simple and functional. However, the soundproofing was very poor. Every time someone entered the floor and closed the main door, the noise was clearly heard inside the room and even caused the room door to shake, which was quite disturbing. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit, mainly due to the location, but better sound insulation would...

The stay was perfect, everything was great.
It wasn't great that my room wasn't ready by check-in time, but seeing how thoroughly they cleaned rooms the next day, I figured a slight delay was understandable. Plus, everyone was really friendly, which was a nice bonus.
Great place to stay between meetings and catching flights. 10/10 with great staff!
Prima service en kamer. Ontbijt was goed.. Personeel was behulpzaam
Nice little hotel conveniently located close to a lot of attractions such as museums and canals for boat tours. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Shopping is literally on the same street. Staff was friendly and happy to help with all the requests we had. We’ll be back.
The bed was absolutely terrible - it wasn’t even a proper mattress; more like a cot. We didn’t sleep well at all which is unfortunate given our lengthy travels. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

I had a comfortable stay and felt great.
Clean room, amazing staff, very helpfull and provide rentals and assits with other excursion reservation Well located hotel.
The staff were very friendly and great service. Rooms were clean and spacious! Loved the location!
Location was probably the best thing about this hotel. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have EVER slept on in all the hotels I have ever stayed in. The mattress was about 10cm deep and kept moving sideways that I nearly fell off the bed in the night! the one pillow was lumpy that was better to sleep without it. Sole reason for only giving 3 stars review. Also carpet got very wet inside window...

Good location and good price friendly service highly recommend
The best thing in the hotel especially that it’s small and a bit old still looks better then the other small hotels in centrum and most importantly it has LIFT
Good location hotel for single traveller. Not enough room space to open 2 luggage for couple. Online check in and check out. Fast and smooth check in process when arrival at hotel. Hotel lobby is manned 24/7. Only one minus point is the small hair dryer. Weak and not powerful to use during cold weather in Nov period.
We thought we are staying in a castle style hotel but we are not, since the first picture posted is a castle look and it's very misleading photo. overall the hotel is rated ok. staff is friendly, surrounded with eateries restaurants and cafe, convenient store is few min away. Happy to receive a package of savory confectionary upon checkout. Location is superb, just one block behind Damrak.
I love my stay at Hotel Luxer. Its clean, very near Amsterdam Central. The staff are so nice and helpful. and just a walking distance from all attractions in Amsterdam. there are also a lot of affordable restaurants besides the Hotel and in the nearby area
If you’re only in Amsterdam for a couple of nights you can’t get a much better location than this. Absolutely perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. The bed was genuinly the most comfy we’ve had our whole Europe trip. Really nice staff. There is a little foyer and seating area. Free coffee (coffee machine) and nibbles. Small walk to the train station.

The hotel is a historic building in the good Neighbourhood of vondelpark . It’s clean, safe and convenience. There are convenience store nearby. 24 hours service. And if you’re lucky, you’re gonna meet the cute grey cat😁
Great hotel we was able to check in early as there was a room available, nice and clean and not to far from Amsterdam Central being only a tram ride away will stay again
It was my first visit to Amsterdam. I would never want to stay anywhere else if I ever comeback for a visit. Thank you for adding luxury and comfort to my vacation :D
Very Good very nice very Good very nice very good very nice very good
Ok hotel close to Vondelpark which is gfeat for walks and spending some time close to nature. Rooms are tiny and too expensive.
Good location, 5 mins walk to a tram stop that takes you to the center. Staff were very friendly. Clean rooms. And noise was very quiet and sound proof rooms :)

I am an easy traveler, I don't look for 4 or 5 stars hotels but sometimes it's too much! My room was located at the 4th floor without elevator! I am 64yro but lucly i am Fit and healthy otherwise it would have been impossible to do go up there! Trust me and have a look at my picture. This is ridiculous :(
Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and was everything we expected. Excellent location, good places for food and drinks nearby, as well as good access to trams.
We arrived to check in and start the process then suddenly they forgot to finish us and entertain other customers who just arrived and we felt left out after 2 who just finished checking in,
This is a great option if you want a view of the canals but don’t necessarily need a lot of space. Spent very time in the room but was great. Conveniently located near the tram stop’s and restaurant’s and shopping is a short walk across the street is any direction. Great affordable find!
Very good. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy Environment: Beautiful by the canal Service: Very good
It's OK, the space is relatively small.

The hotel in general is good. The location is wonderful and the Best. two things that annoyed me First, our room been pretty small.
It was an excellent experience stayed at this hotel. Good luck
Very clean room, nice bathroom, and good view. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Value for money, and definitely recommended for the location.
Good hotel, excellent location and a decent breakfast to start the day. It is noisy outside, but it is Amsterdam😃
The room was very small and the hotel smelt like a dirty litter box. The beds had hairs in them and you could tell the floors and walls had not been washed in a very very long time. The breakfast buffet was overall ok but there were some things that looked potentially old (not fresh).

The room was clean, facilities all worked well. Check-in was at 15:00. I thought that was very late.
Nice balcony view. No vent for bathroom so musty smell and needs updating. Not a fan of carpet in rooms either.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small with nowhere to sit except on bed. TV didn't work during our stay. The area is interesting, close to canals etc and well served by trams. Easy to get to Central Station. We also enjoyed sitting in the foyer area and the hospitality on offer there (drinks, snacks)
Great for 1st timers to Amsterdam. Not sure which was better. The great staff or comfy beds. 5* guys in our books. Thank you.
A++ Staff, A+ Location, C- Facilities Pros: Location is good - close to many food options (restaurants, cafes), and across from a supermarket. There's a tram stop right outside serviced by helpful lines making it easy to get to attractions. The reception and restaurant staff are fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Very average hotel, check the room you have booked because they have given me a lower category room that I have booked through *******, luckily I complained and they moved myself to the other I had originally booked. Another thing is the booking of the housekeeper 24hrs prior the cleaning, which it doesn’t make any sense. I wouldn’t book it and recommend this hotel.

Nice quaint hotel in a canal house! Expect narrow staircases. Location is central enough. Staff very friendly and customer focused. Worth booking.
Decent enough stay fairly central. Staff initially appeared a bit rude but got better the longer we were there. Heater didn't work properly in my room but provided an electric heater so that warmed up room nicely. Wouldn't mind staying again
We stayed 1 night and it's about a 10 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal. Convenient location and staff was friendly. Room had a kettle and there was coffee and tea downstairs. Room was very clean and had an updated decor.
Lovely clean room. Excellent friendly staff. Good drink facility in reception and in room. Rooms are smallish but don't let that put you off. Excellent location 10 mins walk from central station.
The hotel is located in a traditional tall building overlooking a stretch of water. On the other side one could see various modern buildings. The area around the hotel is quite pleasant with a cycle track running in front of the hotel as well as a road. While the location and was good, the “upgrade” room was overall a bit dingy-and, quite frankly-the two twin beds that were pushed together to make a double was completely unsleepable. Add in that I could not get housekeeping to service room for over two days and it just wasn’t worth it. Too many other options out there.
Was a bit concerned about staying in the basement rooms here after reading other reviews but really enjoyed my time at the hotel Staff were super friendly Yes, the basement rooms are small-ish but you can see that from the pics when you book. This is an older, very basic hotel, but in expensive Amsterdam, a reasonable price for what it is. The room was clean and adequate and the staff were responsive to deal with issues such as the bathroom sink draining sluggishly and problems with the room safe. Good location for restaurants, shopping, near museum quarter, with a trolley line right in front.
Hotel was ideally located close to tram and tube. It is walkable to Dam Square. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
The hotel is in a great location close to the trams. Rooms are clean but very small. There is a self service breakfast for an additional fee of 17 Euros. Lots of pastries, fruit, meat, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. Chef who served breakfast was not friendly, maybe because the hotel seems short staffed. One day I arrived one hour before breakfast ends, they were out of scrambled eggs and was told he...

Stay was clean, spacious and great location. Coffee machine was appreciated ☕️ Reception staff were really helpful and kinda all hours. Power actually went out on our last night so unfortunately our phones and powerbank didn't charge- not anything that could be helped and staff were really apologetic. 🛎 Would return 🛏
The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, with coffee machine and capsules included, but the bathroom was quiet moldy. It didn’t bother us though, cause we stayed just for one night. The hotel as itself is really beautiful, it was nice to be there.
Overall a pleasant stay. Location is perfect if you want to be outside the super busy central Amsterdam, but only a short 20 minute walk away! Perfect hospitality.. best option for the price. Walking distance to almost everything. And the area is safe for family. Beautiful scenery
The room and washroom was super clean! They have an elevator which is super nice! The room was a little small but otherwise a very clean and enjoyable stay
The hotel is very close to the museums. On our last day, Hassan was very helpful in getting breakfast for us. We were very comfortable there.
From the moment I walked into the hotel, what stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The gentleman who checked me in, was so helpful. He wouldn’t allow me to bring down my bags and did it for me, which really made my entire trip. This hotel is in the middle of everything, close to public transport. I really enjoyed my stay. 20/10

Nice place and all the room I got ‘upgraded’ to was smaller then the previous room which confused but this one had a bigger balcony.
The room was super clean and spacious, lovely bathroom. The room could use a little TLC for things like furniture and fixtures. The staff was helpful and unobtrusive, housekeeping was great. Location was perfect for a quiet spot to call it a night after exploring all day.
Overall a good stay and experience, except a very distinctive smell in a bathroom when we just moved in, like someone just used it. Property vise, you can see how the wallpaper is in a process of detaching on a ceiling and walls.

Staff and breakfast were great! We had a room with 3 twin beds and we still had space to move about. Great location as well. Would recommend staying here for sure.
I would suggest the hotel to be more attentive regarding the cleanliness of the room and the towels.
No elevator for the fourth floor. Stairs are spiral and VERY steep, with very small stair treads that are not large enough to place entire foot on. Otherwise, the property and location were great.
The staff is very friendly and works hard however, the room condition was poor. Carpet was worn out and ripped, you can hear the floor creaking when you walk as well as the people on the corridors and the neighbors above and on the sides. Bedding and towels were full of hair. Breakfast is ok.
Cracking stay, would recommend for couples and groups and is really good price and value for money.

The location is great. Our main criticism is that the bed was poor quality mattress and my partner felt close to falling out of bed more than once. Also the bathroom light couldn’t be turned on without also turning on a hall light that disturbs your partner in your room.
Friendly and courteous staff. Good breakfast and friendly service. Room could be better cleaned. Dusty at the corners. Mattresses are old and need replacement. Well located.
The hotel is very old. But the area is excellent and the breakfast was very good
Nice continental breakfast. The room was small, but that was expected. The bed a bit too hard for my liking. Great location in Amsterdam.
