Nice , simple hotel, clean and on a good location. Nothing fancy , nothing missing . All good

Room was very dirty. The coffee cups were stained and the kettle had black filth settled. Sheets also didn’t look properly clean. We stayed only 1 night.

The room was amazing! It was exactly like the photos on Ctrip! Although we booked a garden view room, it was absolutely amazing! The canal is right outside, so you can walk everywhere! Convenient location; buses or trams stop nearby from the airport or train station. Many Amsterdam attractions are within walking distance. Cleanliness is adequate. Due to high rents in the upscale shopping district, there are relatively few restaurants nearby. Purely based on value for money, it's a great choice.

The room's location is excellent. It's just a 300-meter walk to the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum, right next to a park. A luxury shopping street, with all the big brands, is only 100 meters away. The landlord is from Wenzhou, and there are Chinese people at the front desk. Although the room is not big, it feels quite comfortable. I will continue to book this hotel next year.

Location is good given proximity to Van Gogh Museum, and there are a few food options including a supermarket nearby. However, it lacks a gym and the garden is too small to do anything there like walking. Having said that, there are quite a few stairs to navigate and if you really want to add some intensity to your exercise, you can try to carry your luggages while you go up the stairs (joking)....

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from a tram station, making it convenient for travel. It is located on a quiet street with no noise. Some rooms in the hotel do not have refrigerators, which can be improved.

a very tiny room, yet completely satisfactory in every way. no wasted space. staff was more than helpful - one of the employees toasted me a cheese sandwich for dinner one night when i had no energy left to go out to eat. another helped me to order a pizza for delivery on my second day. the place is exactly as advertised - proximity to transit is a definite plus. i would gladly stay there again

Cute, tiny hotel that's pretty compact with all that your really need. It's centrally located to museums, cafes, restaurants... So you pretty much can walk everywhere. I would stay here again in my future visits to Amsterdam.

It's unacceptable that the heating wasn't working in Amsterdam in December... Everything else was okay; it's fine for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than 3 days. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... dirty pillows... The best thing about it is the location, and it's well-connected.

Excellent location, but the hotel is quite old and needs renovation. The room is fairly large but dirty, with broken tiles and an unclean shower tray. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast was a bit meager, but overall there was a little bit of everything.

I planned to be Amsterdam after 22 years with my special someone, unfortunately he couldn’t make it. I had to spend my time alone in Amsterdam. Fortunately, the hotel is very warm and cozy. I felt like home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hendricks Hotel in Amsterdam! The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The free welcome drink was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The booking and checkin was smooth as can be and the room was clean and comfortable. It's close to everything and the lounge with complimentary(!) drinks and snacks was a great surprise. The room had a built-in Bluetooth speaker system. Apart from location nothing good about the hotel, the rooms are too hot and the air-conditioning are not working. Hot water is not available 24hours, maybe only available late at night and in the morning.

Good location but rooms are a bit quirky. Stayed in 305 and the table very close to the bed which makes walking around the room little challenging. Everytime I walked, my legs hit the big quirky iron table and it was painful.

Amazing vintage shops and cafes nearby, in a fabulous street that takes you to the city centre in a 15 minute walk. This was a lovely characterful part of Amsterdam that we enjoyed much more than the larger tourist areas. The flat was nicely presented, basic but comfortable. The proximity to the local shops and Central Amsterdam was great.

We absolutely loved it! They gave us late check out for free. We also came into the room to see decorations with heart balloons. It was so so lovely to see how attent they were for my birthday since an upgrade wasn’t possible sadly. 🎂🎈🎉

It was amazing to look out the windows at the lights reflecting off the canal at night and we didn’t hear our neighbors even once (sometimes a trade off when staying in buildings with so much history).
