Good location, 6-7min. Walk from the Amsterdam central station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I had trouble with was the stairs. Stairs are everywhere to carry suitcases. Otherwise good hotel to stay.

XO Hotel is located in a great area for having a fun night out. But maybe not the best if you plan to go to bed early. Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear every person who walked past our room until 1:00-2:00 am. However, the room was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. I would stay here again, but only for a short stay (2 nights).

It's difficult to get to the toilet because you have to squeeze through a very narrow space between the sink's glass basin and the shower's glass partition; you can only enter sideways.

Just back from a 3 day trip and the hotel is decent. It’s what it says on the tin. A 3* hotel. Nothing glamorous about it. Room was ok. Breakfast was decent. Very Good Hotel, clean and quiet room and the breakfast is Good. The hotel price for the breakfast is 11€ but if you are not a hungry person in the morning, you can take 6 piece's of the breakfast and pay 4,75 €. The nearest train station is 1.4km far. If you go out and forget to take the past train (00:30) there is a bus from the central station.

Good hotel, nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. However, the hotel is not at a central location... And the bar closes at 22hrs. Which is too early for me if you work sometimes late in the room.

Perfect location, tram station in two minutes walk, a lot if cafes and restaurants around, quite. Very clean rooms and perfect bathroom, very comfortable bad. Highly recommend!

Only first day the give water free

I stayed in Amsterdam for four days, but only booked this hotel for one night. I now regret not staying at the hotel for the whole of my trip. It is a superb hotel in a very pleasant location, just a 15-minute walk from the Rijksmuseum, and the staff are extremely nice.

It's clean and livable, and the location is good. Don't expect to live in luxury or anything like that, there's nothing there, and you need to bring your own toothbrush, ointment, slippers, and other supplies. The room is small and the lighting is a bit dim.

There were only very few choices left because we booked the hotel very late for the Christmas vacation and new year eve. We chose this because it was close to the central station, which was a mistake. Amsterdam was literally packed with tourists especially in the city center and it was actually not enjoyable to stay in the crowded busy street. My room was impeccably clean and in good order, but it was dark and looked out on walls. Luck of the draw--I'm sure other rooms were brighter. The lobby itself is quite grand and spacious, but the furniture could really use an update. First impressions count, and this space could really be upgraded. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and location was great.

Didn't have the Breakfast package since it was an extra cost per day. The little problems I had with the room was the heating system since the weather was really cold it had trouble keeping the room warm enough at the beginning of my stay the weather warmed up above freezing and the system started to work better. In the shower the plumbing was hooked up backwards so the hot water was on the cold setting...

Location is super convenient for concert goers, its a ＜10 minute walk from Ziggo Dome (and also near John Cruyff Arena and right next to AFAS Live) and right next to Bijlmer Arena station and Albert Heijn. However when I was staying there, the lock of the safe box was broken, which means I had to carry all my valuables with me everytime...

We were able to get into the room a little early and they also gave us a late checkout because of my diamond status. The upgraded room with a view was much appreciated also. Excellent hotel and service. We arrived early in the morning and no place to go. As a foreigner you know it is disaster when your flight was cancelled. The reception guy allow us stay in the lounge till the room available. The shift staff arranged a temporary room for us when it available because the hotel was fully booked. The hotel boasts a stylish design, excellent spatial layout, and superb service. This is the first time I've seen such a design for the bathrooms and washbasins. Breakfast includes hot dishes, regular bread, and fruit salad. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Met Hotel Amsterdam for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was outside the centre of Amsterdam, but it's very close to Postjesweg metro station which made it very easy to travel round the city. We'd definitely stay here again should we return to Amsterdam

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is ideal — convenient for getting around yet quiet enough for peaceful nights and mornings. The hotel feels newly furnished and well maintained. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. Towels, bed sheets, and linens felt fresh and even had a pleasant scent. Staff are friendly and accommodative, they went above and beyond ensuring I had a great experience.  I would recommend the hotel.

The room layout is excellent, and the furniture is high-quality. The only drawback is that even with two layers of curtains, light still sees through, and the sofa bed being close to the window might be a bit of a nuisance. Overall, it's great, and it's also welcoming little biscuits.

This July is a bit out of the city center, but the facilities are very new, transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding environment is very nice. It's across from the Olympic Stadium, and there are buses and subways right at the door. It's tulip season, and the streets are lined with tulip beds.

Greta hotel with an excellent vibe. Staff is super friendly and the rooms look pretty chic, with all the amenities you can think of. More like a small apartment then a hotel room. Definitely would stay again.

A super pleasant stay! We had a wonderful, spacious room (despite the name 'small room'). The breakfast was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options, and we really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks. There are nice areas downstairs with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing. The stay exceeded our expectations. It's a 5-minute walk from Central Station by tram 17. It's located in a pleasant neighborhood just outside the bustling city center. Spacious room, beautiful bathroom with a rain shower. The bed was wonderful. Tip: maybe add some extra coffee bags and conditioner.

Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing. It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy. Other than that, no notes!
