We booked this place because the images and reviews on Booking.com looked decent. It is not.
1. The whole kitchen was FILTHY.
2. To light the oven you have to stick your arm inside.
3. The cabinet doors throughout are crooked.
4. There was grime all over the tissue box.
5. There was no outlet that matched the kettle's plug.
6. The bedroom AC vent wouldn't open and the remote did nothing so it was either fully one and screeching at the highest settings... or off.
7. We had to ask for towels.
8. Staff seems not well trained.
9. I found a toothpick on the floor outside the bathroom so the flat has obviously NOT been cleaned well at all.
If you're looking for a filthy dive to stay in and don't really want to use the kitchen provided, this could be a good choice for you but otherwise the only things it has in its favor are spacious rooms, no bugs, and a bed.

The bathroom doesn't drain, no Sanitizers or Handwashes or tissues in sight in the room. The garbage has not been taken from rooms as long as we stayed. The cleaning services never once visited the room until we stayed. The kicthen and fridge are unkept. Won't recommend to anyone. Find a hygienic one plz. It looks fine at first sight but things unfold as you stay. Big 👎

Below Average hotel !! they can maintain very well but they are not willing it seems because of the customer service and responses for thier queries. If you see WiFi is available, no need to believe. It's totally fake since they have the modem only for show without internet connection.. They were thinking like the customers are idiotic and uneducated.. whenever we ask for solution on a problem they will say same thing to irritate us. If you consider less price you can go or else don't waste your time here.
Terrible hotel. Customer service is non existence, rooms are dirty especially the apartments (utensils are unwashed, microwave hasn't smelt soap since the day it came out of the junk yard, furniture is outdated, very dusty, unclean). Only positive thing I could say is the AC's are working fine (don't know how dirty the filter is, but it's functional)
Neat and less expensive. Value for money
We thought will get a room with 3 beds and it was an apartment with 2 bathrooms 2 rooms, living room, kitchen and big balcony. They could do better in cleaning. Around some restaurants and small shops.
Not a great place to spend the night. Basic hotel but unclean.

Visited after almost 10 months, first time since they changed names and formats. And now I wonder why didn't I visit there all this while. Excellent food, as good as ever!

Been visiting regularly. Excellent buffet. Variety of tasty kebabs. Biryani is delicious. Sweet dishes are great esp hot gulab jammuns. Cozy interior with a very friendly staff.

It's a refurbished kabab factory.. My little kid loved the fish.. Overall experience is good.
