Once you get inside the room, it smells like cigar. Didn't likee it at all. the location in google is different because google will redirect you at the back of the hotel. You should park in front of a building below the building there are shisha stores on the side of it is the hotel's parking lot for staff. You have to enter the parking lot you'll see the reception of the hotel. The staff are nice

Good place for those need economically fit for paocket

Pretty beachfront accommodation which is amazing value. A bit hesitant to share as I feel like I found a gem! Very clean, well organised. Decent parking, excellent selection of things for breakfast. Welcoming staff. Air conditioning, clean, comfortable bed, good shower.

It's just like being at home. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The house and the room are spotless clean. The marble floor makes the temperature inside the house so pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Behly's Hotel is an amazing place, a hidden gem located in a very upscale residential neighbourhood and a two minute walk to the beach. The staff are incredible, and will make you a breakfast that is second to none. The rooms are extremely quiet and pleasant. Behly's will be my go to hotel next time I am in Muscat.

First time staying at this house, never again for me! The price is too expensive, the Wifi is bad 🤦🏻‍♀️😣 The bed is hard as a rock, the breakfast is standard, there is no daily hygienic cleaning for the room 🤦🏻‍♀️ hair dryer sucks,not recommended! This is no more a hotel. It is now a furnished apartment complex consisting of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. It's only given on monthly rent and not daily rent. You need to pay for water and electricity separately. It's walking distance to Indian school, Sri lankan school and 2 supermarkets.

Fair for the Price. You will get a room in an apartment building, room is small with a queen bed, TV and a small fridge. Rooms are very old and run down, there is a srilankan restaurant below which serves good food. Parking is free and usually available.

I am one of the very early guests of them, and gave many reference business also. Calm, cultured and reasonable. This facility at a very comfortable location. Staff and services very good. Only problem, we have to eat outside.

Located in a nice area if wadi kabir in Muscat. Very clean and modern facilities at economic prices. Breakfast is average. Staff are helpful and nice. Ample parking around the hotel but can get busy at night. You can rent cycles for free from the hotel and take a ride around.

Not bad but no worth for money

Very nice, and clean hotel, friendly staff, and they recently upgraded their WiFi which has faster speeds. It's also in a good location, close to Matrah Souq, Shangri-la and Bustan Palace, which are all good tourist attractions.

Very nice and spacious hotel. good for the price. Everything in the kitchen you need is there frying pan, plates, cutleries and etc. If you want to celebrate your birthday, midan is highly recommended place for you.

I have been a frequent Cutomer to this hotel, I have tried most of their rooms , Never had doubts with the workers not even once , they are beyond welcoming and respectful. I visited their to have a coffee as per one of my friend reference. I felt like this is the best coffee in Muscat. The staffs are really friendly especially the supervisor one Mr Vishnu, if am not wrong. And I would recommending all those reading this review should try a cup of coffee from MIDAN
