A very cool place to relax and chill. Calm sea view, peaceful sensational atmosphere.

🧍🏾First of all - people: the guy who welcomed us - Francis - is just amazing and always very helpful! As well as the rest of personel.
🏖️ Second - location: it’s just in the heart and of the Qurum beach and many food spots are near by. Intercontinental is just in front, so on the beach you will have a nice multi-culti quorum 👌🏼
🏩 Rooms and hotel itself: Clean. Old construction but inside the rooms brand new toilets and showers - which is the most important for us! Overall hotel is big and I can just imagine how cool and full of life it was just a few years ago! I wish to such places all the best and prosperity!
🕺🏽 Club: yes, this hotel has a club on other side, but! Or this is we’re lucky or this is the case, but there are no disruptions during our stay at all! I think you just need to avoid Friday/Saturdays and this will be your best stay on Muscat beachside! 🫶🏼

Only problem is parking. Other than that, this place is great. I was invited by old time friend and band member as a guest. The club Route 69 was good, not the best. But considering that all live music was banned in Oman for a while, this makes it the very best.
I would recommend it and would go again.

Very nice ambience. But you might be bluffed with the bill if you are too high. They might add 1 or 2 beer/shot cash extra just to cheat you.
Good crowd

Great little place not on the usual tourist radar. Good spacious rooms and reasonable prices, not the cheapest but very competitive. If you want a boutique hotel, actually on the beach, with great room views, this is the place. Bar (Route 66) and restaurant, Shesha on the terrace, nice pool.
