🧍🏾First of all - people: the guy who welcomed us - Francis - is just amazing and always very helpful! As well as the rest of personel.
🏖️ Second - location: it’s just in the heart and of the Qurum beach and many food spots are near by. Intercontinental is just in front, so on the beach you will have a nice multi-culti quorum 👌🏼
🏩 Rooms and hotel itself: Clean. Old construction but inside the rooms brand new toilets and showers - which is the most important for us! Overall hotel is big and I can just imagine how cool and full of life it was just a few years ago! I wish to such places all the best and prosperity!
🕺🏽 Club: yes, this hotel has a club on other side, but! Or this is we’re lucky or this is the case, but there are no disruptions during our stay at all! I think you just need to avoid Friday/Saturdays and this will be your best stay on Muscat beachside! 🫶🏼

We spent 2 nights with 2 rooms, unfortunately ours was next to the Miracle Ballroom, a nightclub inside the hotel. It was not possible to sleep before 4am on the night of Thursday to Friday. The following night went well but it is very unpleasant to suffer such nuisances without the slightest compensation or recognition of the damage. A hotel where you cannot sleep is a complex.

Great location- right on Qurm Beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic, but comfortable rooms. Hot water poor- I suffered cold water showers daily, until I learned to run the water for literally 10 minutes before hot water came. Complete waste of water! Elevator was out of service and the door from my room to the public balcony was unable to be closed properly- a 5mm gap was visible. Car parking in evenings, especially at weekends is very difficult- no dedicated spaces.

This was a good location - shops next door including a car rental firm (yes we used them and good). Beach nice and pool lovely. What we liked was this resort only has 7 guest rooms. A bit further out from old Muscat but very peaceful. Quite, comfortable bed, beach/pool

Very bad place I would not recommend it to most of the elderly and some taxi owners as the administration is bad and the kitchen is very dirty ... I have never seen in my lifehotel , restaurant and bar in this filth ever.

Only problem is parking. Other than that, this place is great. I was invited by old time friend and band member as a guest. The club Route 69 was good, not the best. But considering that all live music was banned in Oman for a while, this makes it the very best.
I would recommend it and would go again.

Very nice ambience. But you might be bluffed with the bill if you are too high. They might add 1 or 2 beer/shot cash extra just to cheat you.

Great little place not on the usual tourist radar. Good spacious rooms and reasonable prices, not the cheapest but very competitive. If you want a boutique hotel, actually on the beach, with great room views, this is the place. Bar (Route 66) and restaurant, Shesha on the terrace, nice pool.
