Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy the room was great with aircon a modern TV and a comfortable bed.

Good location but hotel is kinda old. Pretty cheap room, but i do not reccommend breakfast cause there is almost nothing to eat.

It is a really budget hotel, quite cheap and quite bad. Internet connection is constantly dropping, there were no electric sockets near bed, toilet seat was broken, no shelf in the shower and many more minor stuff. Also the carpet was really dirty and cleanliness of the matress was questionable at least. Staff is friendly and does not speak English at all. It's right next to highway and final approach of nearby airport, so closed window for sleeping is a must. No a/c.

Pics on site totally different than when u arrive .. room standard so disappointed.. no water for guest ..
Toilet has broken shower empty bottle with shower gel .. its cold .. juts not worth 130 zl.

Great value for the money. Excellent as last minute booking. The facilities are okey, has a free parking at the place witch is a big plus. Great staff.

Hôtel is correct, the breakfast is served from 7 to ten. It is good. Quick service. The room on third floor was too hot, because of Sun shinnig early in the morning without air cooling.

Hotel *** in the north of Kraków, big guarded car park (for free) , buffet breakfast continental (pro: many different meats and cheeses, con: coffee in powder, few bakery), reception 24h, good location for visiting the old city by public transportation, modern looking building, fast wireless internet, access with lift for upper floors.

Spacious room & bathroom, clean, decent breakfast. They provide 2 complementary bottles of sparkling water in the room(I could not find the bottle opener in the room though). If you enjoy walking, you may go to IKEA and a huge shopping complex next to it. I did so as I like taking a walk after dinner and it took about 20min to get there from the hotel.
