Krakow, Monte Cassino 1 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent service, excellent location, very clean.
Great hotel. Felt much better than it’s 2 star rating. Staff was kind and our stay was very pleasant. Also it is located close to bus stops and there is a small and basic grocery store nearby. From the airport, a public transport bus (bus 300) brought us very close to the hotel at the Convention Centre stop for 6PLN. And we took the bus back to the airport. We had a lovely experience in Krakow and...
There's a bus stop right across the street, making travel very convenient.
Stayed 2 nights between Christmas and New year with few weeks in advance for booking. The booking process was smooth, room allocation ideal, view to the street, big enough windows to allow natural light. The room was very clean and comfortable. Clean and fully equipped shower (with good water pressure and temperature adjustable). Staff are competent and service minded. The room came with a small kettle...
The best place in Krakow, in front of the Wawel Castle, over the Wisla River. You can walk 10 min and be in the Stare Miasto, the heart of Krakow or take a tram right in front of the hotel and go wherever you need.
The staff is really kind and helpful and they care about your staying, all to be perfect for their guests. If these guys would go to another hotel, they can increase the quality of the...
The hotel isn't large, but it offers superior comfort and everything you might need.
Sometimes, a smaller space can feel more personal, cozy, and thoughtfully designed.
It’s like a well-crafted piece of art☝️simple on the surface but rich in detail and care. Every corner, every amenity, is chosen with attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience.

The hotel was excellent in every way ! The location is perfect to explore the city on foot, located near the former Jewish Quarter, which is stunning, and a 13/15 walk to the Old Town. The staff were all amazing and quickly changed my room on the first night because if an unpleasant odour in the booked room. They answered all my questions and were super efficient ! If I were to return to Krakoq, I...
The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, I was very satisfied. Just one small thing, the hairdryer stopped working in the middle of using it, so I hope that can be improved.
The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer...

I had a bad experience at the hotel.
I wasn't able to get my 1 day of extended stay to be in the same room as I had for the 3 days that I was staying in.
They informed me last minute of the changes in the morning just before my uber arrived to pick me up for my planned trip to Zakopan, so I couldn't have ample notice to transfer to the new room.
I asked them to go ahead n transfer my things into the...
Excellent location, comfortable hotel, nice room
Unfortunately, room 105 wasn't very quiet because the air conditioning was too loud, and to top it all off, you could constantly hear the noise of the nearby tram tracks until midnight, then it started again around six. Even if you don't stay in the room much during the day, it became unbearable in the evenings and early mornings, sometimes even shaking...

Lovely hotel in great location about 10-15 min walk to the main square. Plenty of shops and restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are great, very helpful. Rooms are a good size , we were in a twin on floor 3. Tea making facilities and coffee machine with complimentary water. Breakfast has plenty of hot and cold options and we really enjoyed our stay.
Lovely hotel, very good for price 👌 good location, comfort room small but cosy. Not very sound proof tho. Could hear next door speaking.
This was a nice hotel very close to the centre square the rooms was comfortable but cleaning could have been better. The reception staff was very nice. Walking distance to most attractions with a lot of bars around
First time in Krakow and had a fantastic stay. Hotel was in a great location, really clean, modern with great breakfast. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Received an unexpected gift of prosecco to celebrate NR, lovely gesture and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again
Wonderful hotel! Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room was well maintained, with a comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Great location — easy to get around and nice to walk nearby. We had only positive impressions and would happily stay here again.
I had the pleasure of meeting Igor at the reception when visiting the hotel, he was exceptionally well mannered and welcoming. He guided me with absolute confidence to my room and made sure he would assist me at any chance in case of any constraints troubling my stay. He also welcomed in me Greek, for the added warmth of effort and to create a common ground of hospitality. Truly a great impression...

Positives : clean, well presented, good size rooms.
Negatives : Cooked breakfast was quite cold one day, not standard fried breakfast. Limited selection for other options. Bathroom made of glass and you could see into bathroom from the room. Could hear and see anyone using toilet. Staff spoke amongst themselves, but limited interaction with guests. A little too far from old town square.
Great butique hotel. Kind service. Clean and best of all I requested a packed breakfast and it was super yummy. Thank you
Lovely hotel I accidentally booked one day short for my other hotel had to check in here. Arrived at 11am requested to drop off my bag they actually had our room ready. Very nicely decorated with personalized towels. Only negative the lighting OMG emergy lighting means make-up in the. Dimmest light. Water cooler in the hall. Glass jug provided fantastic shower gel. Had a great sleep was only there...
It was ok.
Shower was good and room space enough big.
Hotel has free sparkling water machine
Booked a 2-night-stay at this hotel. Feels more like a Hostel than a 4 star hotel. Staff was nice and the hotel is just a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was small and appeared really dark. At night you could hear every sound and the refridgerator made unbearable loud noises, which made it really hard to fall asleep at times.
A lovely little boutique hotel if you're looking to be far away enough from the noise of Krakow centre but close enough for a lovely stroll into the old town. We didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely, there doesn't seem to be a general food menu but there are so many options to chose from and Uber eats is much cheaper than the UK. The room was one of the smaller ones but it had plenty of space...

Not far from the castle or the main square - good continental selection at breakfast - staff helpful
Wonderful hotel. Great location between old town and Jewish quarter. Great staff. Very attentive
The staff was exceptionally good, everyone polite and friendly. The room was comfortable, spacious and have everything we needed. And the location was ideal to explore and move around.
Room and property were exceptionally clean. The staff was always responsive, friendly and very helpful. One of the best free breakfasts we have ever had. Excellent location between old town and Jewish section
Room wzs a little small but its in an a very good location. Minutes to old town square and Jewish Quarter. Many fine restaurants and bars.
Good location. The price is definitely high if you compare with similar hotel in the city. Quality of breakfast ok but absolutely not unforgettable as I have read in previous reviews. No gym and a very small sauna. Late check out not available. The rooms need to be renovated

Nice and clean 👌...but we was on the first floor was woken up every morning around 6am walls paper thin ...noise from staff so early down stairs...plates banging ...the reception is right below so nosey ..but other than that all nice...staff need to be a bit more friendly...but that se3ms to be with all the locals
I liked my stay in the hotel. It was not far from the old town and the room was spacious. The walls were a bit think though but for my short stay it was not a problem. The price is really good for the amenities that you receive. Be aware, there are no water bottles provided.
Check in and check out were fast and smooth.
The beds were comfortable at this hotel, and the room and environment was very clean. The shower was hot and had good pressure, though the shower room enclosure could have been a bit bigger. Breakfast was good, including lots of hot and cold options: fresh bread, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, pancakes, hash browns, eggs, salads and more. The tea was good quality (not Lipton) and coffee machines are provided...
We had a fantastic stay here. Staff were very attentive and the room was exceptional. Everything was clean and felt cosy whilst the weather was below 0° outside! Last but not least, we booked on to the breakfast last minute and did not regret...
Very comfortable unique hotel in the excellent location and friendly atmosphere. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the uniformity and the noise of the large chain hotels or unkempt rental apartments. Great service, helpful staff and ambience.
Room was ready early and check in was so efficient. Room was clean and had everything needed. It was a quiet hotel on a quiet street. Breakfast was a surprise at how much was available ..cereals, continental breakfast and a selection of hot food. Fruit and cake were available every day. Staff were pleasant and nothing was a bother to them. A well deserved 5 stars would highly recommend

Krakow, 31 Krowoderska (in the centre) 🧭 Map
the place is near city centre, tram and buses. Nearby groceries around the area.
Overall, it’s clean and the location is good about a 7–10 minute walk straight to the Old Town, and Jabka is nearby. But somehow it doesn’t feel very cozy; I would consider staying only for 1–2 days next time. However, given the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. The price matches the quality, though of course it’s better to pay a bit more for a cozy place.
It's pretty much a standard, cheap hostel, but everything was well-organized, and I had no issues during my stay. I'd say it's good value for the price.
Great location, within walking distance to the main town.
The room is clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The hostel is next to tourist spots and convenient store. However, the bathroom and pantry can be cleaner.
Always stay here, very reasonable price and 5 minutes away from the old town, can use their storage after check out which is always a bonus

Have to mention a special thank you to Magda and Klaudia, two of the receptionist. Nothing was too much bother. Hotel in a good location walkable to both the Old town and Jewish quarter. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Was able to store our personal belongings on the last day which was a bonus. Would recommend to Family and friends.
We recently stayed for 4 nights and were mostly happy enough. The room was spacious, with good air con and WiFi. The bathroom also had a lot of room, free miniature toiletries, and a very powerful shower. We could have probably done with a bit more storage, as there was only 1 wardrobe, but overall there was plenty of space. The beds had quite firm mattresses but were comfy enough. Our son had a sofa...
Title says it all. This hotel punches way above it's weight for a bargain price. Very nice modern room and good quality breakfast. OK you get a few trains, just close the window. They even have the good sense to give you some soft earplugs in your room but we didn't find them necessary. Staff friendly and location great to visit all town. Good restaurants nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay...
Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore.
Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.
This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The breakfast...

Situated in a lovely old property with an interesting history, approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the Old Town. We enjoyed a good stay in a spacious and well appointed ensuite room. We liked the offering of complimentary bottled water and apples on reception each morning. The breakfast...
The hotel is in an excellent location for the market square The room is very nice however the air con does not work. I chose the hotel for this reason as I like a cold room to sleep in. The temp never dropped below 22 degrees the whole time and when I came back at the end of the day had risen to 26 degrees and I had to open the windows to cool the room down! The biggest issue was asking for replacements...
Very nice hotel, in an old building, but completely modernized and the rooms are fully equipped. The room was spacious and equipped with good beds, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom with a perfect shower. The staff was extremely friendly. There was an extensive and good breakfast buffet. To get from the front door to the reception, or back to the front door, you must climb a flight of stairs from...
I believed my booking included breakfast
There was no signs with prices for breakfast
On checking out I was charged for breakfast and an extra coffee
Be careful of the extra charges as no signs with prices for breakfast / coffee and no staff giving direction
Apart from this the hotel was lovely and good location
Great central place to stay, staff go out there way to help you.Rooms are spaceous and clean (28).we took breakfast and nanged something different every day. Would definitely come back here to stay. Lift us avaliable to all floors,24 hour reception as well.
We stayed here on the first leg of our Europe trip. I rate it a 3 because it was perfectly average. Not above average by any means, but also acceptable standards. The staff did not go above and beyond to assist with anything, nor were they terrible either. We arrived in the middle of the day and were unable to check in, and were left to keep our bags at reception for several hours since we didn’t...

Great breakfast, very clean and overall good value.
Very good hotel, exactly like in the pictures! Clean and spacious room, friendly staff and nice location.
Nice clean and cosy room very near to the city center.
Very pleasant stay ... clean. Comfortable and spacious. Nice breakfast buffet on offer in the basement. It's a wee bit out of town, we used Bolt taxis to get around. The embankment beside the bridge just around the corner was popular and the castle was walkable too.
Absolutely love this hotel. The room had a small hallway with storage, and the bathroom and bedroom led off it. The bathroom was spacious, although the shower tray seemed to slope down a bit, which was odd at first. The bedroom was huge by UK standards and had a sofa and two chairs, plus a small desk area. Convenient to explore both areas like Kazimierz and old town!!! Around the hotel, there were a lot of nice cafe and Restaurant, which is super local so l could find a lot of favorite places during my 3 day’s stay :)
Because of stone paving around the area, it was pretty hard to carry my heavy suitcase so l decided to take taxi on my way to the main station. It costs only 6€(+Tip).

Clean, comfortable and very friendly.
Well, it felt like stepping back in time! 😂 The room was small, but very clean. Someone automatically came to tidy the room and change the towels every day, unlike some hotels these days where they assume you don't need them unless you specifically request them. That was great. The receptionist was a bit clueless and didn't seem to know anything about cleanliness, but the restaurant staff and cleaning...
In a great area of krakow. Walking distance to the main square. Lots of history. Can be loud at night so take earplugs (mostly from people outside not people in the hotel)
The hotel was in a nice area by the Jewish Quarter. Close to plenty of food truck areas and restaurants. Sure, our room faced the Jewish cemetery however, we didn’t mind. It was part of history that needed to be remembered. It was calm. We needed the peace and quiet.

This hotel has a system in place where check-in instructions are sent by email in advance, but I never received them, and when I arrived, I was completely confused and had no idea how to enter my room. Eventually, I was able...
There was no one there after 9 o'clock. The reception desk is on the second floor, and it's hard to find.
It's a self-check-in hotel, but the hotel will send you all the necessary information via email, so you can check in without any problems. It's about a 10-minute walk from Krakow Station, so access to tourist spots like Old Town is very good. The hotel is very clean. There is a kitchen so you can cook your own meals.
Serviced apartment, customer service staff are very helpful in answering questions via WhatsApp. It has a kitchen and air conditioning, is located near the train station, is very quiet, and comes with breakfast.
We arrived after normal operating hours, but check-in was seamless as the apartment key was securely stored in a lockbox right outside the door. The location is excellent, being very close to both the train station and popular attractions, which is perfect for a short visit. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and communication from the host was excellent.
Everything is perfect except the AC is dripping 🥲 love the location and the brand new furniture. Even the kitchen utensils are so new!!

Easy check in at nearby hotel receptionist, nice apartment hotel stay. Main outside door was old/run down and covered with graffiti so it was confusing to find at first.
perfect location, very central.
the street is very noisy and my room faced the main street witt the bar. pillows and bed not confy and light was coming straight in your face because the curtains are not very dark. you check in at the hotel and staff was great
For me personally, the facilities in the room are a bit old, but it is in the old town and the price is cheap, so there is not much to complain about.

Excellent location, especially for the price. The building and amenities are a bit older, but everything was clean and orderly. Would stay again!
When I checked in, I was confused about how to get to the front desk. To enter the building, you need a room key, which is given to you at check-in, but when I first arrived, I didn't have it yet, so other travelers helped me out.
This is a hotel located right in the heart of Kraków’s old town District. You are a stones throw away from immeasurable restaurants, and only a short walk to the main central Square with a bustling market. The location is absolutely incredible, the beds comfortable, 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Great service and very close to the Old Town Square!
Its location is unbeatable, as it's only a minute from the main square. The room was perfectly clean, there was lots of space, I actually got a twin room for the price of a single. The high walls gave additional luxury feeling.
