Lovely hotel in great location about 10-15 min walk to the main square. Plenty of shops and restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are great, very helpful. Rooms are a good size , we were in a twin on floor 3. Tea making facilities and coffee machine with complimentary water. Breakfast has plenty of hot and cold options and we really enjoyed our stay.

I had the pleasure of meeting Igor at the reception when visiting the hotel, he was exceptionally well mannered and welcoming. He guided me with absolute confidence to my room and made sure he would assist me at any chance in case of any constraints troubling my stay. Positives : clean, well presented, good size rooms. Negatives : Cooked breakfast was quite cold one day, not standard fried breakfast. Limited selection for other options. Bathroom made of glass and you could see into bathroom from the room. Could hear and see anyone using toilet. Staff spoke amongst themselves, but limited interaction with guests. A little too far from old town square.

Lovely hotel I accidentally booked one day short for my other hotel had to check in here. Arrived at 11am requested to drop off my bag they actually had our room ready. Very nicely decorated with personalized towels. Only negative the lighting OMG emergy lighting means make-up in the. Dimmest light. Water cooler in the hall. Glass jug provided fantastic shower gel. Booked a 2-night-stay at this hotel. Feels more like a Hostel than a 4 star hotel. Staff was nice and the hotel is just a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was small and appeared really dark. At night you could hear every sound and the refridgerator made unbearable loud noises, which made it really hard to fall asleep at times.

A lovely little boutique hotel if you're looking to be far away enough from the noise of Krakow centre but close enough for a lovely stroll into the old town. We didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely, there doesn't seem to be a general food menu but there are so many options to chose from and Uber eats is much cheaper than the UK. The room was one of the smaller ones but it had plenty of space...

Nice and clean 👌...but we was on the first floor was woken up every morning around 6am walls paper thin ...noise from staff so early down stairs...plates banging ...the reception is right below so nosey ..but other than that all nice...staff need to be a bit more friendly...but that se3ms to be with all the locals

I liked my stay in the hotel. It was not far from the old town and the room was spacious. The walls were a bit think though but for my short stay it was not a problem. The price is really good for the amenities that you receive. Be aware, there are no water bottles provided. Check in and check out were fast and smooth.

The beds were comfortable at this hotel, and the room and environment was very clean. The shower was hot and had good pressure, though the shower room enclosure could have been a bit bigger. Breakfast was good, including lots of hot and cold options: fresh bread, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, pancakes, hash browns, eggs, salads and more. We had a fantastic stay here. Staff were very attentive and the room was exceptional. Everything was clean and felt cosy whilst the weather was below 0° outside! The location is perfect- within walking distance to the old town and many attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Krakow. Very comfortable unique hotel in the excellent location and friendly atmosphere. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the uniformity and the noise of the large chain hotels or unkempt rental apartments. Great service, helpful staff and ambience.

Room was ready early and check in was so efficient. Room was clean and had everything needed. It was a quiet hotel on a quiet street. Breakfast was a surprise at how much was available ..cereals, continental breakfast and a selection of hot food. Fruit and cake were available every day. When I checked in, I was confused about how to get to the front desk. To enter the building, you need a room key, which is given to you at check-in, but when I first arrived, I didn't have it yet, so other travelers helped me out.

The whole stay here was great from the moment we walked in until we walked out. Great friendly, helpful staff. Only a short walk from the Old Town main Square. Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore. Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.

There was no one there after 9 o'clock. The reception desk is on the second floor, and it's hard to find.

It's a self-check-in hotel, but the hotel will send you all the necessary information via email, so you can check in without any problems. It's about a 10-minute walk from Krakow Station, so access to tourist spots like Old Town is very good. The hotel is very clean. There is a kitchen so you can cook your own meals.

Serviced apartment, customer service staff are very helpful in answering questions via WhatsApp. It has a kitchen and air conditioning, is located near the train station, is very quiet, and comes with breakfast.

We arrived after normal operating hours, but check-in was seamless as the apartment key was securely stored in a lockbox right outside the door. The location is excellent, being very close to both the train station and popular attractions, which is perfect for a short visit. We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are amazing. We booked through booking.com. We asked the hotel via the booking.com app to find and book us a salt mine tour and Auschwitz tour.
