We had difficulty in getting hot water from the tap at the sink.
Although we put the “no disturb” sign outside the room, they still came into the room to service.
Staff (Max) at reception was not helpful during checkout. There were no other guests but we were asked to wait (he just said “wait”, not even “please wait”). After a few minutes we told him we had a train to catch and he still said “wait...
An hotel full of contrasts.
+: good geographic situation both close to old Town and the train station, nice breakfast with a nice staff at the restaurant.
-: we were unfortunate to be welcomed in our room by toilets not flushed and with stains… I tried to clean and since it was not enough, I asked the reception to clean it… it was only well done the day after, due to an additional request.
Besides...
Great stay here for the days over Christmas. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Had the set Christmas Dinner booked at the restaurant and it was exceptional. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. The location was close to the Barbican, extremely well positioned for the train station and easy walk to other areas of Kraków. Would highly recommend this hotel.
While I'm sure there are similar, fantastic boutique hotels within the walled old city of Krakow, Hotel Indigo's location between the old city and the train station make it ideal for anyone arriving by train. Staff, restaurant, and bar are all wonderful.
It was easy to access and the reception staff were very friendly.
The shower rooms were also clean.
The cleaning staff were also very nice!

I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there. The rooms are fresh and new. Everything is clean...
Great hotel, perfect for a 2-night stay. The entire reception staff was super friendly and helpful, but I want to highlight Aleksandra in particular. She went out of her way to assist me—not once, but twice—and delivered white glove service with a smile. I'm super grateful for her kindness and patience. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable! ❤️

Right from the moment we checked in, the receptionist's welcome was warm and wonderful. The place was spotless. The decor is simple, stylish, and elegant. When we asked for an extra blanket, it was brought to us immediately. Everything was top-notch!
Good location and comfortable hotel
Good quality for price, excellent breakfast and position. Only thing I would improve is dimensions of the room, which was indeed small
Great quaint little hotel with an enticing bar.
Little good hotel. We recommend it
We came from the Hilton in Dresden. Wawel Queen is better. Really!

The room was ready when we arrived. All codes were sent to various doors and system worked well. The room was spacious and clean. Issue with curtain which was rectified straight away and when asked for another pillow was sent straight to the room
Perfect location just outside of the main square. Really nice restaurants and cafes surrounding with a small supermarket just on the corner for convenience. Clean and tidy hotel, everything you need in rooms. Easy and quick communication with staff through what’s app, super helpful.
Very good location . Only a short walk to the centre of krakow. Our room was at the top and it warm and cosy. There is a lift in the hotel if you don't or can't use the stairs. The room was very clean and we had no problems.
This hotel is very nice, in a quiet location only a 15-20 minute walk from the main city centre so perfect for those who don’t wanna be far but also not in the busiest and loudest part. The atmosphere is cosy. The room we stayed is was really big and roomy, the beds were comfy and the bathroom had a good shower and amazing lighting to get ready. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept and so was...
Don’t understand the bad reviews! Loved staying here for 3 nights, simple and effective that you can get access to your room without needing a receptionist and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet, water pressure is also great in the shower.. location is perfect and literally a 10 minute walk to all main attractions in the centre of krakow old town, Also a shop just down the road for essentials...
The building is lovely, and there are quality materials used inside. However, service isn't great. There are no members of staff on site, and the rooms, while clean and functional, are dated and basic. I was never entirely sure that the rooms were overly secure.

I needed a place to stay for a few hours before an early morning flight...I booked the hotel through Trip.com..
And I was really surprised, even though I only stayed for a few hours I was very impressed by the nice and courteous staff who took care of my every request..I will definitely be back again
The room was very clean and staff were very helpful. The location was great right in the centre with good transport links close by.
Ideal location, tastefully decorated and friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
Staff was so very helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. Hotel was perfectky situated fir easy access to Old Town. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the Christmas market. Would highly recommend.
Everything was great - location, food, personnel, clean room and bathroom and amenities. My only suggestion would be to add at least one non-political or news channel in english. Maybe National Geographic or Animal Planet.

Krakow, Dluga Street 35 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very comfortable stay within walking distance of the old town.
The rooms were clean with comfortable beds tea and coffee provided. A good shower unit and towels provided. Good location with a 20/30 minute walk to main square.
The room in photo and in real was completely different. It should be like 2 separate areas with 2 double beds.
In reality, the room was an attic room, completely different from the photos — with a low ceiling and separate beds. The room was on the very top floor, on the fifth floor, and we had to carry our suitcases all the way up, which was very difficult and inconvenient.
The room was quite spacious and very clean. It's just over 1 km from the train station, and the price was very affordable.
Very good hotel, everything is clean, beautiful view, cozy and warm. There is a garden convenient in summer) the only thing is that there is no elevator, but it's not critical for me)
The location is great, near to the city centre. There is water machine provided each floor.

Excellent room, everything worked. Breakfast had more variety than in most places. Pancakes with cheese and French toast were available, for example, among a reasonably large variety of cakes. There is a tram station a couple of hundred meters away which takes you straight into the city centre. This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to Krakow's Technical University. The rating was good, as were the reviews. The welcome was friendly. The room was pleasant, but the bathroom was tiny. They must have few customers outside of Poland because the television didn't have a single channel other than Polish! The breakfast was poor, with few options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was...
Not a very good hotel according to the price.
The hotel is cosy and the staff was nice, BUT, the rooms are in dire need of renovation, even if the bathrooms have apparently already been renovated.
Breakfast was terrible, it was my 3rd time in Krakow and the first in this hotel and it was so much worse than the other two, I felt like I was for sure not at a 4 star hotel, breakfast was 2 star at most, I've had way better at small b&b's.
My room...
Nice room with comfortable beds :) Only a few minutes walk to the nearest tram stop and right next to a beautiful park. I will definitely visit again!

great location, near the old town and the mall. big bed. i like that they provide a bottle and water refilling station at each floor.
Everything was wonderful, with very clean and comfortable rooms! What was especially pleasant for us was that the staff were kind and welcomed us with a smile. Hana at the reception explained everything to us about the city from the very first moment and guided us on where to eat and what is worth seeing. If I manage to visit the area again in the spring, I would definitely stay there again.
Good location for us to visit customer. Also near old town. We can find several nice restaurants within 10 min walk
Overall this was one of our favorite hotels! The rooms were small, but very fresh, clean, and modern. The breakfasts were perhaps the very best we ever had. With warm entrees including delicious egg and mushroom dishes, creative salads, and wonderful pastries, our family felt like royal guests. Great location for walking into the Old Town, Jewish Quarter and to the castle. Room was beautiful and spacious, beds comfy, body wash and hairdryer provided.
Just returned from a 3 night stay here. The hotel is in a good location for the Jewish quarter and there’s a tram stop nearby. We were on the 3rd floor. Our room was very large. My husband and I had a separate bedroom and our son slept on the sofa bed. Good sized bathroom. Yes, the towels are small and thin so got soaking on first use. We didn’t feel we could reuse them. We weren’t located on the...
Hotel is in a great location and very clean. The room we had was massive but did look a little austere. The zip link beds had been put together to make a double, but they could not provide a double quilt!! Probably the biggest complaint was the state of the towels. Whilst they were clean, they were threadbare. We did see this on an earlier review, but clearly they have done nothing about it. ...
Very clean, spacious and airy apartment, friendly and courteous staff. Daily cleaning. Excellent location with all the points of interet in walking distance and plenty of restaurants around. A very comfortable and quiet hotel, perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from the old town. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very pleasant, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Whilst the room was spacious and clean, it was extremely noisy. We had room 203 facing the main road. The traffic and trams rumbling by all night didn’t make for a decent sleep and I didn’t sleep properly the whole 3 nights I stayed at this hotel. As a Spanish traveller, I have to say that my experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their service was outstanding — they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and it really made a difference during my stay.
The breakfast was also excellent: great quality, delicious options, and honestly impressive...
I tried to check in at 7pm, but there was no staff. I rang the bell several times, but no one came. 😭 I checked in after 10 minutes. A clean and nice hotel near the airport.
Very good, nice and clean environment. The receptionist was also very helpful.
Stayed here as a family of four (2 rooms) before a morning flight and it was such an easy way to end a long trip. The hotel restaurant is actually VERY good and the hotel breakfast is great. Short Uber ride to the airport and also on a local train line. Convenient, clean, and quiet.
The location is not in downtown. But the place is great to have a rest before/after flight. Some shortage of the room decorations is covered with friendliness and openness of the staff.

To confess I didn’t know about the free breakfast. 🙃 But the flat was very nice. Good value for money too. I was able to do two weeks of washing, then dry everything inside the flat on the drying hooks inside. No oven, but everything else. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Pleasant staff too. Just a shot walk away from the centre and the castle.
Great hotel, lovely and clean, Zabka shop a minute walk away, train station about a four minute walk, excellent location, very helpful staff and good breakfast
Clean, quirky and fully functional room, seamless check-in and -out, exceptional price and great location which is walkable from main train station and Old Town. Definitely recommended.
Location is good, room is big, declaration is nice, bed is not clean, I found some hair on the cushion in the bed. In front of the tramway, very noisy.

The reception is not at the entrance of the building, & no clear indication of where it is. It is in the bar around the corner & should be clearly marked at the enterance of the building. Visited for lunch whilst visiting the Jewish quarter in Krakow. The sky bar was well sheltered despite the winds and the food was delicious!
We stayed at the Rubinstein Hotel for three nights and loved it. It’s very conveniently located for exploring Kraków—halfway between the Old Town and the former ghetto, right on the main square of Kazimierz. We really enjoyed the sky bar and the views. Staying at Hotel Rubinstein is all about the atmosphere and history. The hotel is located right on Szeroka Street in Kazimierz, Kraków’s Jewish quarter.
