Great stay here for the days over Christmas. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Had the set Christmas Dinner booked at the restaurant and it was exceptional. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. The location was close to the Barbican, extremely well positioned for the train station and easy walk to other areas of Kraków. While I'm sure there are similar, fantastic boutique hotels within the walled old city of Krakow, Hotel Indigo's location between the old city and the train station make it ideal for anyone arriving by train. Staff, restaurant,and bar are all wonderful.

It was easy to access and the reception staff were very friendly. The shower rooms were also clean. The cleaning staff were also very nice!

I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there. The building is lovely, and there are quality materials used inside. However, service isn't great. There are no members of staff on site, and the rooms, while clean and functional, are dated and basic. I was never entirely sure that the rooms were overly secure.

The room in photo and in real was completely different. It should be like 2 separate areas with 2 double beds. In reality, the room was an attic room, completely different from the photos — with a low ceiling and separate beds. Everything was wonderful, with very clean and comfortable rooms! What was especially pleasant for us was that the staff were kind and welcomed us with a smile. Hana at the reception explained everything to us about the city from the very first moment and guided us on where to eat and what is worth seeing. We spent business in Kraków and stayed in that hotel. It was cosy and nice. They have some office space, quick Internet but what I remember the best is the breakfast which were excellent. As it's winter it's important it was warm. They have also parking places at site, it was very convenient.

I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I stayed at the Blue Swan Hotel, which shares the same entrance, reception desk, and rooftop restaurant (same breakfast for guests of both hotels) with the Niebieski Art & Spa Hotel. I had a look around, and as they mentioned, they offer rental bikes, a pizzeria, a spa, conference rooms, and a fitness room. If I come back to Kraków, I’ll definitely book a room here...

We have recently stayed in this amazing hotel. This is a very lovely hotel,located on the Vistula river bank ,has an amazing view of the rivwr from tehir Vanila restaurant. They had excellent selection of breakfast items with a great quality of coffee. All the staff was very helpful including Justin and Piotr.They have a kids play area which my little one loved most ❤️
