The location is excellent, right on the main square. We were in the adjacent building and had to go outside for breakfast, but it's just next door, so it wasn't a problem. The only downside was the noise at night; they provide earplugs on the bedside table, which suggests it's quite common. Otherwise, the room was very nice and the bathroom was renovated.

The hotel is right in the city center, so it's in a very convenient location. The staff were very welcoming, but unfortunately the building left a little to be desired. It's a bit dated, and the room was cold. Fortunately, things improved a bit when they turned up the radiators. The room was cleaned very poorly and seemed rushed.

The room was located in a different building than the reception. But it was side by side so it was ok.

Located right in the heart of the old town, it was very convenient for visiting tourist attractions. However, it was noisy outside, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night. The hotel was aware of this, so earplugs were provided as amenities. I was concerned about the weak water pressure in the shower. The room itself was fine!

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. The entire hotel was a five star experience. From check in kindness to a wonderful room that overlooked the square and made to order breakfasts with meats, cheeses, juices and coffees. Beautiful hotel located on one corner of the main square. We stayed in room 41 (the one with the large mirror behind the bed), and found the room to be of an exceptional standard, with a wonderful view from the balcony. All floors are lift accessible.

Stayed here for four nights whilst visiting Krakow. Overall this hotel is excellent. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was fantastic. Simple and quaint hotel in the old town. Rooms are basic but very spacious and clean. The receptionists and staff are lovely. The area has plenty of places to eat.  I am not a big breakfast fan so I didn't avail of the hotel breakfast however there is a coffee shop that opens at 7am just across the street and a taxi rank too.  I would definitely stay here again given the great price and location

Ok hotel, swimming pool is a disaster ( not part of the hotel, it's a recreational complex beside the hotel), with only 1 h a day access, very busy with swimming school. Sauna opens at 4 pm. Breakfast was very good, but the restaurant has no desert menu.

Interesting hotel. Atmosphere is a bit cold and not as welcoming as others. However service is mostly friendly. The restaurant (breakfast/ dinner) is so so. A huge plus is the full size pool next door and the location!

Nice hotel I liked the Hotel Artur. I stayed here on a motoring trip around Poland. I'd visited Krakow previously so access to the city centre was not a high priority. Very convenient for motorways. Nice staff, nice room and nice restaurant.

Overall, it’s clean and the location is good about a 7–10 minute walk straight to the Old Town, and Jabka is nearby. But somehow it doesn’t feel very cozy; I would consider staying only for 1–2 days next time. However, given the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. The price matches the quality, though of course it’s better to pay a bit more for a cozy place.

It's pretty much a standard, cheap hostel, but everything was well-organized, and I had no issues during my stay. I'd say it's good value for the price.

The room was good. I booked a single room but was given a double. The bed was a bit small, but there was plenty of hot water. While many reviews praised the breakfast, I personally found it quite average, with even some rotten oranges. Trip.com customer service was very helpful and compensated me for most of the breakfast cost.

Location: it’s around 700m walk from a tram station, takes a while to get to city centre. There’s a bus station that is just next to the hotel for going to the airport. Room is okay spacious. Kettle and coffee etc, WiFi, hangers, TV provided. No hair dryer/ fridge. WiFi connection is quite weak tho. Hygiene is okay.

Central hotel, you can easily reach the city center on foot, located near the Jewish quarter where you can find beautiful places and excellent typical trattorias, excellent value for money, clean, only flaw too many carpets everywhere and fitted carpets in the rooms. We really liked this hotel, the service was friendly, the facilities were adequate and clean. The hotel is located near the castle, well connected to the center and in a very quiet area.

Helpful personnel, the rooms were very well cleaned. The only thing was the room door that don't close well and leaves a small space, so you can see the light from the corridor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property.

A very neat and clean hotel that is the repurposed Polish Priests of the Sacred Heart monastery. The rooms are simple with well planned bathrooms. The staff is very polite and helpful. Each floor is decorated with tasteful antique furniture and one floor has a mini museum dedicated to Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Stanislaw Nagy. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is in a great location and offers a varied breakfast. The rooms are somewhat different from the photos. Room cleaning was very basic. We ordered a breakfast picnic for our last day, which was disappointing compared to the variety of food available at breakfast. The best thing about the hotel was its location.

Rude staff, both at the reception and at breakfast. They looked at me for fear that I would take something away. The second day. Even before sitting down, one of the staff approached me and INTIMIDATEDLY slammed a sign in Polish that said it was forbidden, with an additional charge, to take away food. It ruined my breakfast... rudeness out of the blue. Never again!

The reception staff were rude and not always present. The breakfast service was terrible: as soon as I sat down, they slapped a sign in my face saying I couldn't take food away, and the woman kept an eye on me.

Excellent accommodation near the university. Not too close to the city center but well connected with a tram stop reachable within 5 minutes.

What you want from one hotel. To be clean,to be friendly,big breakfast and feel like home... This hotel has it all. We spent a short Christmass break in here and we are very happy with out choice. Krakow it self is a place must to see. So if you have a chance to visit dont think twice👍

It is a really budget hotel, quite cheap and quite bad. Internet connection is constantly dropping, there were no electric sockets near bed, toilet seat was broken, no shelf in the shower and many more minor stuff. Also the carpet was really dirty and cleanliness of the matress was questionable at least. Staff is friendly and does not speak English at all. It's right next to highway and final approach...
