The M29 is beautiful ,clean and spacious hotel where the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect only 15 minutes to the main square. We would certainly use this hotel again .

This hotel is in a good location and is immaculately maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. There is a choice of cooked breakfast plus a buffet. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t particularly enjoy the evening meal in the restaurant and the bottle of red was expensive. Very easy to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for three nights . Great location so easy to get to all parts of the city on foot or by tram. Our room was on the top floor so only roof lights which was a shame but the rest of the room was fab, lovely bathroom, well stocked mini bar and water replaced daily . I stayed here as part of a tour group and I felt they choose this hotel due to its location to many attractions. I was pleased to be able to walk to many nearby must see sights. The rooms were a little small and outdated and I found the hallways to be dark and dingy. We did have an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant and all staff were friendly and professional.

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. We have just returned from a 4 night family break in Krakow. We had 2 triple rooms on the 4th floor. Our rooms where spotlessly clean and beds where comfy. Our room had a bath/shower combo and the other a quite tight shower cubicle. Beadkfast was ok, but room and space very tight. All the staff where friendly and attentive. My only advice is ask for a room at the back as the noise from the street...

There are several streets in Kazimierz district with "Józefa" prefix and luckily a Polish gentleman (while walking his dog) led us to the right place. Great location in the Jewish Quarter. Lots of maintenance work currently going on so there are some issues with workmen using the lift. We stayed in a refurbished room which we could not fault. Bathroom was well appointed and large. All in all wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location is good, very close to the train station and the old town, and can be reached on foot. This hotel was recommended to us by a family member. Great value and great location. However, our room on arrival was a good size, which at first was terrific. They made me feel completely safe leaving my dog in the hotel for a couple of hours each day while I attended lessons. If you find old-fashion interior charming, this is the place for you. It looks like a hotel from the 40/50's with the bed covers, old fashion radios, delicate china cups on the coffe tray, wall paper, curtains etc... But very modern bathrooms, tv, kettle and fridge so nothing is lacking. A huge back yard filled with with plants and even a small fish pond.

Very, very small rooms and beds. Almost non existent closet. But excellent wifi (good for work), quiet neighborhood, literally a few steps from the train station, and includes parking although, it's a quiet residential neighborhood so you could park on the street for free. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the main square and 10 to Railway Station. Everything was clean - the bathroom, the corridors in the hotel. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very soft. Brekfast is good. The only thing is that the rail line goes exactly to the hotel - with the window closed there is no problem, I slept perfectly, probably in the warm months with the window open...

The old town is five minutes away, and it takes seven to ten minutes to walk from the bus or train station. You also need to cross the bridge. It is difficult to open the bags because the room is quite small for a couple. Breakfast is ok, but the university students who are staying there are somewhat rowdy.
