Great location. Very clean and comfortable.
Perfect hotel! Service, location, cleanliness, design, food – everything was amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with every request, even helping us with things that were outside of their responsibility, and we truly appreciated it. The location is ideal, The hotel is right next to the Christmas markets, close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel is spotless...
Lovely one-night stay in a spotless and comfy superior double room. So quiet with the window closed, and breakfast was delicious — even gluten-free bread! Perfect location in Kraków’s old town with easy tram access.
We had their most expensive room, yet it lacked cleanliness and maintenance. I recommend to take ear plugs if you come for the weekend. The location and reception are good, the matrace and pillows extremely comfortable.
Staff were all really nice. Room was clean. Location is perfect 2 min walk to centre and loads of shops bars and restaurants around the corner and reasonable price for 2 nights.
very good hotel clean rooms friendly staff that helped us a lot with our stay me and my family didn't have the breakfast option but it looks good

Nice hotel. Good service. Great location. Recommended.
This was a wonderful hotel located right in the middle of shopping and close to the square. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The location was so convenient to historical sites. We had an awesome trip!
Cozy hotel in the main street. Only a short walk to the squar
Very good hotel. Amazing staff, very helpful and amicable. The parking was near the hotel and very rare to find in the centre of old town. The rooms and the hotel very nice, a very old building, but it does not lose its comfort and standard. The age of the hotel adds to the rich history, and it is a truly special and wonderful experience. The breakfast was very tasteful as well, the staff was always...
The hotel is in a very old building and does not have any lifts. My room was on the third floor at the back of the building. Room was huge and the bathroom was big as well. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is continental and quite filling. Hotel is at the top of Florianska street and is a few minutes walk to the main square. There are plenty of restaraunts to eat at. If you just want to sit and...
I made a reservation for a 2-day, 1-night stay on Friday and Saturday, the busiest day of the peak season. The location was really good and it was nice that there was a private parking lot near the accommodation within walking distance to Dobbo. What was particularly nice about the interior of the hotel? There's nothing I want to do, but there's nothing to blame. It seems like a perfect hotel for a...

I wanted a hotel with parking and a quick one night stay. This is located 30 minutes walk from the centre in a quiet suburb. Nice large room, with decent facilities in an older style but modern hotel I liked
Nice people, but apparently no knowledge about the hotel surroundings .. we found a good bistro and store in the next street and also a bus stop and ticket machine close. Breakfast was included and very good.
Big parking, calm surroundings (no noise from street), building has some high ceilings, breakfast is simple but it did it's job.
The staff were very good, especially Gabriella. Check in and out was straightforward and easy. Getting there was tricky as it is 7km from the centre of krakow. The hotel was very clean, but a bit tired in places. Our room was satisfactory but I would rate it as a b& b as opposed to a hotel.
We found this hotel to be modest but very clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is very good - a great variety of delicious food and plentiful. It was in a very quiet area.
Lovely hotel, our room was on the first floor it was nice, has to ask for a extra pillow which came straight away. Only problem was finding the plug sockets. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Getting to the old town is easy we used bolt which is really cheap, I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Krakow

Staff were super friendly during our stay. The room was clean and a great size. Located super close to everything, getting around was super easy.
The room was very clean, very nice, quiet, smaller Hotel near the Wisla river. Very private hotel located in town. Staff was very cordial and accommodating. Majority of Poles in Krakow speak English, a very warm and inviting smaller hotel. 5 Star Breakfast ! This hotel is divided between two buildings. An excellent value ! No elevator, limited parking. Great location. 10min walk to the castle. 5 min walk to direct buses to Salt Mines and to the airport. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived at midnight. Profits from hotel go towards helping people with a learning disability. Nice local shops and restaurants nearby. Really quiet.
Property was clean and comfortable , staff were friendly and helpful. Set in garden with gates for security.Nice little restaurant for breakfast and a dinner menu. Not too far from old town and public transport was there if you dont want to walk. Also easy to get from airport by bus.I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Krakow. Thanks
They kept my suitcase at their office while I went around for sightseeing after checkout. When I pickup my suitcase, I could use toilet and fulfill my water bottle with their water machine.
This hotel is located in a quiet residental area. Some shops around the hotel, so no warry for food; some small restaurnts, bakeries, a hamburger shop, ice creamshops, small shops for drinks and snacks and daily things. Also there is a market you can buy fresh fruits. Bus stop and trum stop are nearby. Wawel castle is in 20 mns walk.

Lovely, rustic hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable and ours even had a very large reception room attached to the bedroom, and a second toilet room additional to the main bathroom. Very professional and customer oriented staff. Greate breakfast.
It’s in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the main square, so it’s a bit quieter. Our adult daughter shared a room with us which was lovely and large. Breakfast offered a good choice of continental food. Staff very helpful and friendly. If using Bolt they stop right by the hotel.
Very close to the main square ( couple of minutes walk) so a bit quieter. Our adult daughter shared a bedroom with us, bedroom was very large. Good choice of continental breakfast and fruit. This hotel is in a great location just off the main square in the old town. We had an apartment room which was really big and perfect for us as a family. Breakfast was fresh although choice was quite limited, but it was fine. I would stay here again for sure. The price was reasonable. It's not a luxury hotel but it is clean, nice, and has character.
My wife and i stopped for a tea and janeck was so lovely and helpful. He gave us advice on what do in krakow and great insider advice on the different museums around

Hotel is in a good location. Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast could be improved on a little and the breakfast area is quite small. There is no elevator in the hotel so be aware if you have mobility issues. All in all we had a pleasant stay.
I booked to stay at the hotel for four nights over Xmas and New Year but sadly out flights were cancelled after being delayed for hours due to fog. I had paid in full. Good location, neat and decent. Down at night is a bar, so it will be a bit noisy, and a bit cluttered. There is a common room. The room wasn’t too soundproof, but it was perfectly adequate. Worth the price, this price has this quality is ok.
The stay to the hotel overall is good for what you pay if I will stay to that hotel again?probably I will find something else.but highly recommended.

Our first room was very basic, the mattresses so hard they felt like concrete, but we asked for and paid for an upgrade the next day and were transfered to a very nice room. This hotel is called the Budget hotel Daisy for a reason. Don't expect the Ritz, but it is a budget hotel.
OK for one night stay We stayed at this hotel for one night as we thought it was near Krakow Airport for our flight home. It was not that near, about 7km from the airport. Our stay at Hotel Wielopole from Dec 4-9, 2025, was exceptional. While Krakow is a beautiful city, the team at this hotel made our trip truly special. Very good hotel, very near to the center and trams, even to train station. The rooms are nice, i have nothing to say bad about this. I highly recommend to stay here. The hotel and the service was fantastic. The room was super-clean, and warm. All the furniture was quite new. Huge free parking lot. A lot of different food for breakfast (we hardly managed to eat half of it). It is 15 min by car from Old Town, but I saw trams and busses passing nearby, though a car traveling would be preferable for this location.
Perfect place for staying super clean, super friendly 20 min to Big square very good price.
Good place to stay for couple days. Good breakfast . comfortable and clean room. Not far from citycenter. Coffe to go
Ok hotel. The breakfast was pretty basic. The staff was really nice though and I must say that the maid that was doing my room was paying close attention to small details, so kudos for that!
Cosy, quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish place. The photos are not so good, the reality was much better! The staff was very kind and helpful. We also liked breakfast. The only minus was the smell through the window, sometimes it was not good (there are some factories around). All in all, we are going to come back at this place. If you want to have good rest, we strongly recommend „Automobil hotel”

Very clean room, excellent breakfast, great and very lively area in old Jewish quarter, room clean up on demand, rooms could be updated and repainted, but that’s more of a minor detail not impacting overall services.

I wish they had clearly stated that the reception was unmanned. The system was confusing, and for some reason I didn't receive the check-in passcode, which caused me trouble. It was incredibly unhelpful. The room was clean and the location was good.
Good morning. Subjective review. The room is on the 4th floor, near the elevator, which unfortunately is audible – a minor drawback. Used this hotel as a base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas over 4 nights. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Only minor criticism is the availability of decaf coffee and tea (but several herbal varieties). However this seems to be a common issue throughout Poland.
