This hotel is in a great location just off the main square in the old town. We had an apartment room which was really big and perfect for us as a family. Breakfast was fresh although choice was quite limited, but it was fine. I would stay here again for sure. The price was reasonable. It's not a luxury hotel but it is clean, nice, and has character.

I had an amazing stay. I am disabled so for me I need to park close and have a few steps in places as possible. So this hotel was perfect. It’s small and perfect. Utterly spotless rooms with nice large bathrooms. But the best part is the hotel is so close to the castle and the town center. You could it get a more perfect location for the price. I will certainly be coming back to stay.

A little bit noisy at night. Firstly we thought that it was tramway, but in the morning we mentioned, that the air condition system is outside. The shower system needs to be repaired. Everything else was good and the breakfast was delicious.

Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils. Used this hotel as a base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas over 4 nights. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Only minor criticism is the availability of decaf coffee and tea (but several herbal varieties). However this seems to be a common issue throughout Poland.
