Great location, walkable everywhere. The room is decent, standard size for a European hotel. Lobby has a bar and friendly staff.

I stayed at two CR7 hotels in Madrid and Lisbon. Both had excellent locations in the city center, making it easy to walk to anywhere.
Both hotels offered a complimentary welcome drink from the bar next door upon check-in.
On the day of check-in, the first receptionist was so-so, while the second, a curly-haired staff member, was very friendly and welcoming.
Back to the room, I don't understand why the lighting was so dark…
And there were no charging outlets on either side of the bed…
Fortunately, the room had a small floor-to-ceiling window, but it was still very small. Honestly, it wasn't even as big as the Holiday Inn…
Although I'm a fan, I can't blindly praise it…
Aside from the location, both hotels were pretty average in terms of overall experience.

As a fan of Ronaldo for more than ten years, I must check in at any place in the world where there is a CR7 hotel. There are many autographed jerseys of the clubs he has played for, as well as the Golden Ball and Golden Boot in the lobby. The design style is light luxury and very warm. The more I stay, the more I like it and the more reluctant I am to leave. Especially the design of bedding and lighting, which really pays attention to quality. I would like to highlight the front desk guy Nelson. I arrived in the middle of the night. He took a lot of videos and photos for me after checkin, which helped me leave the best memories here. Thank you 🇵🇹❤️ (All the drinks in the refrigerator are free, you can drink them at will. In Europe where drinking bottled water is expensive, such benefits are really fragrant). Recommended to everyone who likes and loves Ronaldo, come and experience it, it's worth it! ! !

The front desk is very good. Although we don't speak the language, they patiently translate for us. Anyway, I will stay here again next time I go.

The hotel offers cozy rooms and a convenient location, but it's important to note that some guests may experience discomfort due to the elevated noise levels coming from neighboring rooms. Despite reporting constant shouting, stomping, and items being thrown on the floor, the hotel staff unfortunately did not take effective action to address the situation. In such cases, I recommend reaching out to the hotel management or using noise-cancelling devices for a more comfortable stay.

The hotel was perfect with the location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good but the menu is always same.
The rooms are bit small and the rest room too.

I would book again but a bigger room. The installed not fully closing glass door to the bathroom/toilet will never be my favorite.
The reception is service oriented and welcoming. The cleaning staff should be instructed to communicate without yelling at 9.30am.
Location good. No view, but this is always an issue with small hotels in city center.
I would have expected more CR7 fan articles.

Terrible atending. The man who attended my boyfriend and I seems to have something against brazilians. We wanted to order the food of the day and while I went to the loo, the waiter served an entrance and when my boyfriend said we wanted the food of the day he started retiring all the dishes and the menu out of his hands saying there wasn't that order. We could have ordered another plate but he was too rude we left the restaursnt upset and hungry. Don't go there.

45 minute wait. Another hour wait for two salads. My salad consisted of mixed greens, deli turkey slices and mass produced vinaigrette. The other "entree" was a slice of bread with pre-frozen shrimp that were supposedly marinated topped with cherry tomatoes and red onions. There was one gentleman working who made the whole experience worth while, he offered us another seat because we were sat next to smokers and checked on us a few times. Waited another 15 minutes for the bill that never came and waited at the counter for an additional 5 minutes to pay. I really hope that this was just a bad day because in my 2 months being in Europe, this was by far the WORST food I have eaten.
