Check in and payment process was a nightmare prior arrival. They mess up and only had one room and we reserved 2

We requested toilet paper and towels and were told that they would deliver them and never received items. I messaged again the next day and didn’t get a a response. Floors were also very dirty and everything in the room felt damp and sticky.

Stayed 1 night .Great location to stay at . Room was clean but they were out of shampoo . Communication was easy at first then it was hard to contact. Had asked for a late check out and was given till 12pm. When attempting to go in to grab our bags we were locked out .They made us wait and eventually gave us access to pull our luggage out . Wish the check out was as friendly and fast as the beginning.

The property is well located and close to tourist places with lots of dining options around. It does not have a front desk at the property, but they are very responsive during weekdays through WhatsApp. We stayed mainly during weekend, A/C had some issues, but the maintenance crew is only available during weekdays. The weather is not too hot, so not a big issue for us.

Location, location, location! Very walkable in the center of historic Lisbon. Received good instructions from host for self check in. There is a luggage storage place adjacent to this accommodation if you check in early. We had inquired about early check in & did not receive a reply. As it turned out we were delayed & arrived at check in time after all. It was surprisingly quiet for being so centrally located. There was a decent restaurant on the street level of the same building & a convenience/souvenir store adjacent to building. We would highly recommend this location.

We did not use the kitchen facilities, but it seems to be well equipped.

Good staff, great location. Lightbulbs were in need of replacing. Asked staff, after 48 hours, nothing. Needed a bit of refreshing. Staff very helpful suggesting parking, etc. 3.5 stars

Clean room with plenty of towels. All good in kitchen area. Could have done with some more cups and a little more cutlery had to keep washing up. Good location.

We thought we had booked a hotel but it turned out to be just an apartment in a building. The room itself is good and it’s in a great location. Poor communication with the host (they got back to us, but slowly), and no flexibility on early checkin even though the apartment was not occupied. Air conditioner is not working. Overall the central location made up for the other shortcomings for the 1 night that we were here.

Terrible atending. The man who attended my boyfriend and I seems to have something against brazilians. We wanted to order the food of the day and while I went to the loo, the waiter served an entrance and when my boyfriend said we wanted the food of the day he started retiring all the dishes and the menu out of his hands saying there wasn't that order. We could have ordered another plate but he was too rude we left the restaursnt upset and hungry. Don't go there.
