There is a bunch of air conditioner units in the courtyard, so if you take a courtyard view room be aware that sound isolation is not good and that it can get noisy. You can also hear neighbors talking.
Didn’t have the passport but had my driving licence and had to go back home to get the passport,
The room wasn’t clean and was tiny.
The reception team wasn’t very friendly.
Have staid at this hotel more than 10x and this was the worst experience.
The location of the hotel is good. My room was on the 1st Floor and you could find a connection door inside. I am not sure it's because of it, the soundproofing is not good that i can hear what the next door doing at night. The check-in wasn't so smooth but it's ok as i am booking from 3rd party online which took a bit more time for them.
