While I did not require my room to be disturbed, they offered to change my towels. Location definitely excellent, just above the metro station, Marques De Pombal

The location is very convenient, the front desk is fantastic.The room is very clean. We will definitely like to come back again.

Reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was not ready when I check in at 4pm. And they offer me some nice butter cookies

Mattress was comfortable!  When I had problem locking my room door, they send the hotel guy to help me look into the issue. It was coz I did not use enough strength to turn the knob to lock it

The hotel's location is great, making it convenient for getting around. However, the underground parking garage entrance is quite narrow, so parking a slightly larger car there is very difficult.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful & included gluten free & dairy free options if you asked for them. My only negative point was the loud noise throughout the night

Even though checkin time was late, but they agreed to let us checkin earlier, since we had arrived from a 9h flight, at 6am, so at around 9am we got to the room without any extra charge

Lovely hotel beside the airport, though showing signs of age. Excellent warm and friendly staff who facilitated a room change quickly. Perfect indoor heated swimming pool for winter, clean spa and gym area

Check in was easy and room was perfect for a one night stay. There’s an airport shuttle and it’s literally 3min up the road. Make sure to be extra early if you want to use the shuttle. The shuttle runs for both hotels

Wonderful location close to the airport. Checked in late arriving the airport late but it wasnt a problem and just in time for dinner at the hotel restaurant

The breakfast is great and luckily it starts at 4am, so people (like us) with early flights can still catch some food before leaving

Located in a quite neighborhood but with excellent easy access to Metro and buses leading to major attractions of the city. Staff are friendly and really show hospitality and always ready to provide help

The hotel is basic and a bit dated but the rooms are quite comfortable and quiet and prices are more than fair, so at the end of the day it's a great deal in terms of value, especially if you prefer to stay in Saldanha like I do

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for three nights with our two children. The room was large and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel also treats IHG Diamond members very nicely, and I got a very nice room upgrade on both my stays. Overall - not a luxury option but a fantastic value if you want a comfortable room in a great location

Check-in feels transactional rather than hospitable, and you really have to push and insist to make your needs understood, as they neither interact with guests naturally nor show any proactive service attitude

The location was a bit far, but the facilities were really good. The bathroom was clean. They even gave me a welcome letter. The reception staff were friendly and I had a great stay.

The hotel is quiet, with excellent soundproofing, which guaranteed nights of total rest. The location is also a strong point: it's close to the metro, good restaurants and supermarkets, in a pleasant area

The lack of vegetables is a common problem in European hotels. The variety of vegetables cannot be compared with domestic hotels. The phone signal is very poor. There is no signal at all after entering the hotel

One of the days I got really sick and went through a horrible night, and the staff were very kind and understanding

At check-in, we had to show our Visa card, even though our stay had been paid for. It turns out that without sending an invoice, they charged an additional €31 for nuts based on the Visa card

Hello, It was a nice hotel, good service, and a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that there were nuts in the room, but no price list. At checkout, we had to pay for the minibar

The hotel is in a great location, when i booked the room i thought i booked a queen size bedroom for single use (as shown in the picture), but when i receive the room it was a single bed room, which is fine; but if i know that I am getting a single room i would not pay the same amount; so i think the photo was misleading

Location was incredibly convenient and it’s a very near walk to Praca do Commercio and Lisbon Cathedral, with many public transportation options nearby. Would recommend and come back here again when I visit Lisbon!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right at the subway station entrance, and within walking distance to the beach. The surrounding environment is beautiful and safe! The hotel's swimming pool👍

On Lisbon's largest Avenida da Liberdade, the subway is just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The surrounding area is convenient for shopping and dining. There is a delicious seafood restaurant not far from the hotel

If it’s a customer’s birthday, a group of fat uncles will help sing Happy Birthday, which is a very special feeling. The hotel is luxuriously decorated. The front desk and the luggage guy are very enthusiastic

The hotel provides free drinking water, which can be refilled. Every day, there are nut chocolates at the evening party. I am very satisfied with the hotel and recommend staying here

It is best to make a reservation, otherwise the queue will be long. I found that it’s the same as Haidilao in China

One of the days, the cleaning lady took all my bath towels and forgot to replenish it and she just left me with only a single hand towel. I had to do to the front office to ask for a set of bath towels to take shower

This time I stayed for 3 days. Things were ok but there were a couple of details that were not up to I expected. Unfortunately, pool and steam room were still under renovations so only sauna was available

Metro on your doorstep and if you know where you are, you have a few places on your doorstep. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool/Sauna

Great location, beautiful hotel, lovely room, delicious breakfast and above all excellent service. The pool is chilly if you use the spa are but the massage we had was out of this world.

We enjoyed luxury, atmosphere, customer service and quiet when it was time for bed. The breakfast was perfect and location great! We will be back to Lisbon soon and we will be sure to book early so we can stay here again

Located within city centre, the appearance outside of this hotel may be not that ‘glamorous’ as it seems, but trust me the interior and service are worth the price

The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling

The staff are friendly and the room is clean. The shower’s water pressure is weak at first, but it becomes much stronger if you turn on only the hot water. The toilet cleanliness could be improved

VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests

The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them

Comfortable, spacious room. From the metro station 5 min walk (the main thing to go is the first car from the center ?) Near the metro there is a good market.

Spent a night here on a break in Lisbon

The hotel is actually better than the pictures, room is very spacious the pool and sauna is lovely and the downstairs area is nice to do some work if not a tad noisy at times but I like the background noise :)

Might have been the best mattress I've ever slept on, seriously! This hotel also has great (and rare), under ground parking in a city where parking is sparce! Close to great restaurants, and some great tourist spots

Room service changed sheets daily and efficiently, the front desk was helpful for navigation, and the bar area was highly friendly! Especially Rute and Paulo, who served us many a Sagres

Get anywhere in the city from here! Service was phenomenal. Unsure what to expect as an American overseas for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised to see exceptional service

Amazing, short walk from chiado, and close to avenida metro, parking place available for 18 euro per day, great staff and breakfast, good size room.

Brilliant location and a great place as a base to move around The Avenida metro is super close and you are in the heart of the city ! Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais Do Sodre etc are all very accessible from here

It's right off the main drag and close to metro. Lots of small, cozy rooms on main level to enjoy a quiet conversation, a book, or a drink. Outside terrace on fifth floor. Staff is super friendly and helpful

Great spot close to the centre of town but in a little side street, so nice and quiet. We stayed for 4 nights, everyone was friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, day tours etc

And after showering, you don't have any towels left. Breakfast at the hotel was also fine, though it's the same open buffet every day and lacks variety, but it's handy for a family with kids to have this option

The only downside I'd point out from the hotel is that there aren't enough towels provided, as there's no towel service upstairs. So you have to bring your own from your room when you go swimming

A 10-minute walk will take you to breakfast and lunch spots. It's not centrally located, but easily accessible by Uber or public transport. The rooftop pool is a welcome addition

The front desk service was very good, but check-in was a bit slow. We were assigned a room near the elevator, which was a little noisy. The air conditioner was broken, but it was quickly fixed after we reported it.

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The city's largest police station is very close by. It's about a 6-minute walk to a shopping street with very expensive brands if you're interested

There are also plenty of games in the lobby, which we used a lot. They even have an iron available for loan. The housekeepers were also very good! The room was spotlessly clean every time

Great location! It’s always nice when a hotel is in a safe, lively neighborhood where you can walk around at night and feel comfortable.

I also found a long hair on one of the towels, which was disappointing and did not meet cleanliness standards. To add to that, the following day, I noticed more long hairs in the bathroom sink

There's a supermarket within a 2-3 minute walk, and a large El Corte Inglés shopping mall is about a 6-7 minute walk away, which makes life very convenient

We booked a triple room which had one large bed and one small bed. The room came with a kitchen and a mini-bar, and the heating was excellent

The room is nice and quite big, but the air conditioning is not cooling enough, the facilities are a bit old, and the main switches are not very flexible. The location is OK, and you can walk to the subway station.
