Bed was comforatble, dont have anything to complain

I had a small room, but it was very clean and with all the nessecities like AC, fridge and coffeemachine. My room was not at the roadside, so no noise at all and a great night sleep in the big and comfortable bed

The safe in the room didn't work initially, but someone came to fix it the next day. The staff is professional and friendly. Walking distance to the metro and several bus/tram lines

The room is clean, but a little worn out in general. The shower door didn't close properly and, hence, there was a puddle of water on the floor after every shower

There are multiple drugstores, grocery stores, restaurants and shops nearby. For the price, this is definitely a great value

The breakfast is simple but does include the famous pastel de nata for the true Portuguese experience

Breakfast is served at Browns Central, which is on the same street, about a two- to three-minute walk away. At first, I was slightly unsure about this arrangement, but it truly turned out to be a great experience

It gave me the opportunity to discover another property from the same group, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. The space there is also very cozy and welcoming, so it didn’t feel inconvenient at all

Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-designed and comfortable stay in central Lisbon

The atmosphere makes you feel at home while still being right in the heart of Lisbon, just a five-minute walk from Praça do Comércio

It was very close to the subway station and in a great location for accessing the airport and sightseeing in the city center. The hotel was very clean and, as is typical in Portugal, had wine glasses and an opener

The location was close convenient to the major downtown attractions while being removed from the major streets to provide some quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely going to be my go-to hotel in Lisbon

Staff was incredibly attentive, kind and helpful - especially during such a hectic time in Lisbon with the rainfall! We’ve stayed at some very prestige spots before but this is hands down on our favourites! Thank you for the wonderful stay - we’ll be back!

The staff made us feel very special for our honeymoon experience by leaving us a thoughtful surprise in our room when we checked in: flower petals, desserts, and champagne! So sweet and thoughtful

Very nice hotel, the rooms are beautiful, a mix of modern and old. The bed was very comfortable, the wooden blinds block out all the light, the bathroom is well furnished and everything is clean

The is the best hotel I stayed in Europe so far. They already have two Pastel de Nata and a bottle of champagne on the table. You can order hot food from the menu. They are fine dinning quality

Nice hotel for the price it’s very near to the metro to get in city from the hotel the service was very good I only disappoint with a breakfast due to not much available choices on the buffet

Hotel was located a few minutes from Metro with quick links to the main station and airport and a short walk to the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Rooms were a decent size, clean and with a reasonable shower

Clean, basic, friendly and excellent value. We we're staying one night and the room though small is spotless as is the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and simple and we had it on a sunny balcony

They let me rest on the terrace on the 8th floor and said that I checked out early and that they would clean and check in. Checked in in about 30 minutes. Thank you so much and you are so kind

hotel staff helped to keep the baggage after check out time even though the facility is not available. keeping one bottle of water will be nice

Location is great, right in Baixa. European size rooms, comfortable and clean. Good value for money

If you don’t mind the hike, castelo de sao jorge is 15-20min away. Lots of options for dining and buying souvenirs and gifts. Also very near to rossio and restauradores metro station and tour pickup and dropoff to sintra

The rooms are a bit small which is ok, but the bathroom is really narrow. I can't imagine how a tall and strong person would use it. The breakfast buffet is always filling, as long as the staff serves it on time

You really can't ask for too much at this price! The location is good, but you can't park in front of the door. There is a lift for luggage and luggage storage, but no washing machine facilities

Location cannot be more strategic, at centre of city. The kitchen however is rather disappointing. No detergent, no kitchen towel or paper. Only cooking utensils. The kettle doesn't function well.

This hotel makes up for everything because of its location. I was a bit worried because the facilities are quite old, but since it is a studio type, it was very convenient and nice, even for things like cooking ramen

Excellent, unbeatable location with direct bus service from the airport terminal to the door step of this hotel, which was previously a grand theatre and now sitting right at the heart of the main square in Lisbon old city

Do not expect 5***** furnishings and you will appreciate that you got the best room in the best location at a fantastic price. The check-in staff were also fabulous

The hotel is very stylish and fresh, which I think is very nice. The bathroom design is very unique, with paper towels folded into the shape of flowers. The hotel restaurant is quite average, with few breakfast options

Stayed here for a few days. Amazing staff and fast wifi. The rooms were very clean as well. It is a 20 minute walk away from the centre or a few minutes on the Metro. I would highly recommend staying here.

This made it better for 2 people and lots of luggage. The hotel is really well situated, within 15 minutes to walk to the old town, and very close to Edward VII park. Loved the spa for daily relaxation

The price is not worth it. The carpet is old, the towels are old. Only the lobby is comfortable!

The room is of a good size and clean. It is a very good four-star hotel. The front desk guy is also very friendly. The location is very convenient. There are many specialty restaurants around.

The bedroom is separate, and the living room is also very spacious with a sofa and dining area. You can even cook here! The transportation is super convenient too, only about a ten-minute drive from the airport

Very nice one bedroom apartment suite , with big living and dining room. Would be ideal for a longer stay. Many bistros and bars in the surroundings despite its more residential area other than the quaint old town

This hotel is really great! The room is huge, with one bedroom and a living room. Each of the two beds is about 1. 2 meters wide and can be moved

The character and charm of the hotel was great, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The location was perfect, very close to all the Alfama attractions and only a short walk (Or 28E tram ride) into the city centre

Stunning room overlooking the port in a terrific location. There's a great roof terrace where you can have afternoon drinks and look over the city. Staff was very helpful.

Fantastic hotel. Staff was very polite, fun, and helpful. Excellent experience all-round. Alfama district is the place to be for a true, historic taste of Lisbon.

The only consideration is that some noise from the nearby metro can be heard in the rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. That said, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again

We didn't need anything special other than PCR arrangements, but everyone - from the front desk to the restaurant - was a step ahead in making us feel comfortable and looked after whenever we came

I stayed at the Portugal Boutique Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the amenities provided throughout the hotel were excellent

The location of the hotel is so great and it is clean. It offered us complimentary portuguese egg tart and chocolate. We also receive a complimentary welcome drink at the bar

Twice during my visit, I received special treats delivered to the room—once a small bottle of local alcohol, and another time, traditional Portuguese egg custard tarts

We went to drop off our luggage early, and they even called or WhatsApped us to let us know when our room was ready and brought our bags up for us – a pleasant surprise given the typically slow pace of service in Portugal

very spacious room, everything is there.. bed is comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, I had great conversations every day in the hotel lobby and everyone wanted to make my stay there good. very grateful for time here

Excellent location, right in the center of the city where you can visit most of the tourist spots by walking or taking the popular trains.   Staff are friendly and informed us the room upon availability by wtsapp

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, though without a view. All in advance for a window with view of the street. Bus 760 terminates outside the hotel and will take you to city centre quickly

The hotel is located opposite the bus station from where the bus guests its way to the city centre. The price of the hotel is reasonable because the facilities are enough and the breakfast are included

Yes it is not in central central but there is frequent bus service that takes you straight to the central. Room is cleaned everyday and for the price, this deserves more than 2 stars rating

It's a bit far from the attractions, but there's a bus stop and a large supermarket right next door, which was very convenient. Otherwise, everything else was good

Cash or prepaid passes only on the bus - single journey is €2. 0 But you can walk to the city centre in about 15 minutes and it's all downhill

There are several decent and inexpensive restaurants nearby, an artists park with cafes and a small supermsrket a few minutes walk away

Nice rooms with plenty of crawling space for our one year old. Simple breakfast, but the option to do your own eggs is nice. Perfect location for exploring the central parts of Lisbon. Communication worked very well.

Pls ask for Tiago to give you rides from and to the Airport and for personal touring, he is fun and professional. Overall I’d come back here and also recommend to friends

This is a great location in historic part of town with walkable stores and shops close by, Kudos to staff, special mention to Luana who makes fresh squeezed orange juice and sets up nice breakfast every morning

Perfect place to discover Lisboa!

No AC in the room which was a bit of an issue given that keeping the windows open for fresh air let the noise of the street in, but the ease of the location was a highlight for our needs, walking distance to bairro alto and plenty of restaurants/bars on the riverfront

The facilities, restrooms, and bathrooms were fine. However, the walk from the plaza was a bit tiring the first time I went. The accommodations are located halfway up the hill.

It is located in Chiado, one of the best neighbors of Lisbon, close to 2 Metro Stations and Comboi Station. The hotel is clean and has a chicken where any guest can cook

Good breakfast is served every morning (it is included) qnd guys and girls who work there are very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again nect time I’ll to Lisbon
