We checked in at twelve at the mid night and welcomed by one sorry to say (TERRIBLE) Chinese mainland Women ( night shift staff )by shouting at us while pointing where should we park our car, She don't even know how to be polite to people at least smile and respect their customers. How come a very very RUDE ( mainland china women ) be a front desk girl .The hotel also have ridiculous rules that they don't allow even four person to stay in a family room with two Queen beds. They insist to extra charge $20 for each person without giving any extra facilities. We have an argument about it and this ridiculous staff even exaggerate and lie to her Boss that I'm hitting her and shouting that she wanted to do a police report . There are a lot of CCTV as a prove that I don't even touch her. Also there is a ill old woman with wheel chair always sit near the reception all the time. The duty staff also don't even know what is iron when we asking for the iron at the next day. We were upset with the very poor facilities. This hotel does not deserve even a half Star. When I asked about the room rates for the next day, to continue the stay, the RUDE staff even tell her Boss in Chinese language to charge us for the same room for $100 rather that $70 for the next day in front of me without knowing that I can understand Mandarin even I am not a Chinese. We were more upset when the next day I called the customer service (which is that RUDE staff) pretending that I am the other customer and asked for the room rate for the next day and She said that the rate is $70. See ! It was so biased!!! I swear I'm not gonna stay there for the rest of my life with that kind of services. If They wanna practise that kind of attitude they can go back to mainland China and not suitable doing any business in Singapore or anywhere. When I read other reviews for this hotel, many customers experienced the same rude attitude . EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

If you are looking for a cheap rate good hotel then I will suggest you this. The room is prefect. I am really comfortable with the room. I added some picture when I was in over there. But I give only 4 star because I really not comfortable about the bathroom. Not clean properly looks like dirty and hope they will improve it.

Rooms are always, always clean. Deluxe rooms have bathtubs while standard ones have only showers. If you choose to stay in the standard rooms, be aware that those rooms are used for people staying an hour or two for sex so sometimes the cleaning staff might not clean it as good as deluxe rooms. Family rooms have two double beds for two adults and two kids. Do NOT pay more than what was stated on the price board behind the counter. There is free wifi but sometimes the signal is weak. Since the entrance is on the main road, it is safe from undesirable elements typical of the red light district.

Soup was great! Got a side dish of vegetables but it was mediocre. Yam rice was nice too!

Still the best herbal turtle soup. Business is very good as usual. Fast friendly service. A few side dishes were added to the menu.

Fantastic Turtle Soup that does not overcharge. Great value and great portions. Soup is delicious and so remember to ask for top ups.

For those who like turtle soup, this is a must go place for their intoxicating soup experience! Never get sick of the taste besides they've black chicken soup that taste great too. Close on Thursday.
