I was first assigned a corner room with a large pillar and asked to change it. The staff were helpful and moved me to a much nicer room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I was bitten by bed bugs on the first night. After that experience, I requested daily housekeeping for the rest of my stay.

A little pricey but I’ve no complaints about the hotel. Complimentary drinks (3 soft drinks + 1 beer + 2 water) and snacks (2 small packs) in the hotel room. Free coffee/tea and simple snacks in the Sun Room from 8am-10pm. The king bed in my room is larger than the standard king size and comfortably fit all of us (2 adult + 1 child). Room is spacious. Bedroom slippers are very comfortable. Shower water pressure is great. I really appreciate the huge table in the room, which is not common in hotels. It was my child’s birthday and the staff sent a complimentary cake to our room. They also provided me with baby bathtub, stool, complimentary baby toiletries, high chair and baby utensils. Check-out is fuss-free, just need to drop your room card into a letterbox next to the lift at Level 25. t

Booked a sea-view twin room. First, upon check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number. Then the elevator card wouldn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to sort it out again, which was really annoying. But they did give me two drink vouchers for the 25th-floor bar.
Secondly, as soon as you step out of the elevator, there's a strange damp smell. Room hygiene was just okay; the floor was a bit sticky to walk on.
The lobby staff on the second floor on the first day was great and very attentive. On the last day, when it was raining and we were leaving at 6:30 AM, the Indian gentleman in the lobby saw we needed help with our luggage but didn't offer any assistance.
Lastly, the hotel's location is pretty average. I'd recommend the Fairmont or other hotels that are closer to places like the Raffles and Marina Bay. The pool on the 25th floor is decent, but sometimes it gets too crowded.
Overall, it's not good value for money.

This hotel is excellent in all aspects, and its location is super convenient. If you're craving Chinese food, this is the place to be, as there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to Boon Tong Kee (for Hainanese chicken rice) and Ah Chew Desserts (for durian chendol)!

My friend's kids, who came to visit, also took a liking to them, and when we asked the front desk for two more, they generously provided them, which we really appreciated.
From the 39th-floor terrace, we happened to catch the fireworks from the Disney cruise ship at Marina Bay. Later, on the cruise ship, the kids' bottles were perfect for holding their drinks – it all worked out seamlessly!

The location is super convenient, right above the subway station. No need to worry about going out in the rain, and you can easily take the subway to and from the airport.

Came for a short staycation for a birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprise to find a small cake prepared. The room was really clean and well connected to the MRT as well as Bugis shopping area. The evening sunset at the pool was amazing as well and love that there was a sunroom to indulge in for the rest of the day. Check-in staff at L25 was really warm and made the process seamless. Highly recommended and would definitely be back again!

The location is excellent! It's directly connected to Bugis MRT station via B3, and most downtown attractions are within a 20-minute walk. The mini-bar has a great selection of drinks that are refilled daily, and they even gave us a huge cookie in the afternoon, which my daughter loved. Breakfast was pretty good, though it got a bit crowded and refills weren't always prompt. They charged a 200 SGD deposit at check-in, hoping the refund doesn't take too long.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. The location is super convenient, with direct access to two metro lines from B3. They offer a free, simple breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee. The minibar in the room is also free to use.

Overall, the hotel is quite good. All the drinks in the mini-bar are complimentary, and they also offer free small drinks and coffee in the lobby every day. The sky pool is a must-try experience! We stayed with our child, and they gave us a 2.3-meter wide bed, which is incredibly rare and impressive. 👍 Little India is right next door, great for a stroll, and it's perfectly situated for a city walk to various attractions.

WiFi too slow for even normal webbrowsing.
Wall sockets did not work with my travel adaptor.

The staff is noisier than the crowd. Excited extroverted teenager staff does not match the relaxed atmosphere expected from a coffee shop.
