It has all the things you did like from a 4 stars hotel. Central location. Nice design.
Some wear and tear are visible. Loose door handle. Stained carpet.
My biggest beef. Wifi could be better managed. Wifi is not restricted to hotel guests, street side pedestrians and office tenants nearby could leech on the wifi, rendering it pretty much unusable (in terms of speed and access) pretty much throughout the day and evening.

Good stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown - I stayed on the club floor of the hotel and had a positive experience. The rooms are clean and spacious albeit a bit dated and dark. The location is great, 2mins from MRT and close to lots of eateries and attractions.
I’m not sure if paying extra for the club floor was worth it for me - I preferred the pool on the top (non club) floor as it had more sunshine. Club breakfasts were good but more vegetarian options could be provided. I was mostly out and about in the evenings so only tried their snacks once (again, more veggie options would be great!). I was eager to try pilates but it wasn’t scheduled on the days I was staying and you need to book 2 days in advance.
The highlight of my stay was Lee the housekeeper on the 24th floor - such a friendly and kind person!
I may stay again in the future but likely in the non-club part of the hotel :)

The hotel is is conviently located next to the metro.
We spent our first few nights on the club floors which had it's own pool area and breakfast lounge. The club room is slightly bigger and has a bath but the bathroom is completely see through, so if you enjoy watching your partner take a dump this is the room for you.
The standard room is slightly smaller but the bathroom is private.
The breakfast was very poor for an Asian hotel and I'd recommend not taking it.
There seems to be some maintenance service and issues at this hotel, both rooms felt slightly worn/lacking maintenance in places. The communal areas often had plates and glasses lying around in the evening. The bathroom has a speak but I think they don't work in any of the rooms.
The worst was the internet and WiFi which was intermittent and extremely slow, it made working near impossible and really isn't acceptable.
The hotel is incredibly designed but it lacks the polish of the big chains and these guys need to get their act together if they expect to compete with the likes of IHG etc.
Overall you get a very good location and room and the prices would probably be higher if they could have a more polished product. They spent a lot of money o nthe building but are not managing it properly.

Had an opportunity to visit this beautiful hotel with my wife on our brief visit to Singapore. The staff were very polite and attentive. Easy walkable access to famous hawker street venues. We had a wonderful experience.

Walking distance to eateries, subway and churches. Building covered with luxurious greeneries, offering a peaceful vibe. Rooms are quiet and clean, equipped with sufficient amenities. Pools are small and mostly in the shade.

Good location - right next to the MRT and a lot of restaurants around. There’s also a supermarket nearby. Rooms are nice and spacious. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Singapore!

This was a very beautiful hotel. I stayed here for 6 nights and found the club level to be the way to travel. I wish we had something like this in America that we could pay just a few dollars more and be treated like royalty. From the made to order breakfast in the morning to the cocktail hour at night it was amazing and very delicious. The icing on the cake was the wellness activities and nightly massages which were also complimentary. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a great hotel with an abundance of amenities to stay with the Far East properties.

The service was excellent! I loved the coconut trees at the hotel. The staff were very diligent; they cleaned my room thoroughly every day, even arranging my contact lenses neatly. I suspect that brother/sister is a Virgo!

Great place to hang out. Great coffee and cider. Food is OK and choices limited. Great people and service. Go for the social events and open mics.

Love this place! Lovely coffee and matcha latte. I had a waffle and ice cream here as well and it was delicious. Really nice atmosphere and interior deco.

Came here for a nostalgia of American brunch. And it was definitely worth the visit. Also happy to have their coffee, highly rated by the community as well. I had the coconut latte piccolo and the long black my friend ordered was like the good kind of good specialty coffee. The bagel was very authentic and satisfying and is now on my must-have list for this place :P

Good pumpkin pancake with smoked salmon. Very filling. One waitress was quite rude - "what do you want?" When looking for tissues. Or "table for?" "Table for???" When I just wanted to check with a friend if we booked.

Very bad experience!!!!!!! Worst hotel stay I ever had.
Totally disappointed n short changed!!!!!
We had a complimentary company 1 night stay in this hotel.
My family of 4 was given a room with a so called queen sized bed which is more like a super-single!!
Initially I Thot this was the standard of the hotel n was disappointed coz it was just a basic simple room.
The bathroom drainage was bad. My kids were standing on pool of water to shower.
When I called to ask for change of room, the receptionist suggested to send a personnel to clear the drainage n it improved a little.
When I asked for change of room again, the receptionist told me the last room was taken by a walk in n no room to change!!!
I asked for extra bed so at least my hubby some space to sleep. There was just one extra bed which was oredy given to other guest.
Later when I saw the room of my co- worker then I realised it was the worst room I was given. It was actually room for handicapped.
Best part the receptionist ( later found that she is a supervisor) told me by square area this is the biggest room !!!
I supposed I was not given the priority to change coz walk in fetched better room rate????
Is this the way hotel operate to ensure maximum profit??????
The only thing they could do is said sorry n nothing else.
U want nice hotel stay? Reconsider!!!
