The environment and service here are both great. There are staff at the front desk who speak Chinese, and the housekeeping staff also speak Chinese. The room isn't huge, but the high ceilings make it feel spacious and not at all cramped. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. My only minor suggestion would be for a greater variety of Chinese options at breakfast.

The location is convenient, and although the room is a bit small, it's generally pretty good. There was no conditioner. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but sufficient. The elevators were fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is very convenient, close to main attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hotel team for the great service!

The room was clean and comfortable, but too small. There was a construction site below the window, but the sounds were not audible thanks to the soundproofing.

Check-in was super fast, and having Mandarin-speaking staff at the front desk was a huge plus. The location is a bit far from the subway station, about a ten-minute walk to both Fort Canning and Clarke Quay. The room itself was great, with a water purifier and fast Wi-Fi. There's also a vending machine on the first floor. The facilities are good overall, though the TV was a bit small.

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern – perfect for a short leisure or business trip.
• The rooftop pool is excellent for relaxing, but the room itself is a bit compact.

The hotel is conveniently located. From the airport, I took the CG Green Line one stop to Expo, then transferred to the DT Blue Line from DT35 to DT20 Fort Canning, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

Rooms in Singapore hotels are generally not very big. The queen room was decent, but the twin room was a bit cramped, just enough space to open one large suitcase.

The rooftop pool offers a partial view of Marina Bay Sands.

The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, which was quite extensive.

Decent mussels and nice atmosphere by the river. Frites were not up to Belgian standards, but still good. Service had a few issues - apparently they had a new runner who kept confusing tables - but they were dealt with swiftly and with a good sense of humour.

A tad overpriced, but that goes with the territory in Robertson Quay.

Generally good food. Quick, attentive and friendly service. Riverside ambience is very nice but be warned... even the indoor seating does not have efficient air conditioning.

A couple misses.
Service: Our order of mussels showed up as clams, but we didn't want to send it back and ate it anyway
Product: Some of those clams were quite sandy! We ate it anyway as well

Service was good, but food, definitely should improve on it. Especially their onion rings, tasted like rubber. worse than fast food restaurants such as burger king and carl's junior. Their chefs should start to reflect on themselves. thanks

The happy hours deal is amazing! We like our 1-for-1 beer deal. Service is just okay and since we were in the outdoor seats, it was quite humid and hot. Plenty of seats available so great for big crowd.
