Amoy is a smart, well run hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Everything felt clean, calm and efficient from check in onwards. The team were genuinely helpful and customer service was excellent throughout the stay.

The location is a real strength. It is walking distance to many major landmarks and well connected for getting around the city. The room was small, but the layout was thoughtfully designed and made great use of the space, so it never felt cramped.

Good amenities, a great location, and a hotel that clearly knows what it is doing. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk very responsive, especially Nadyah (I hope I got her name correct!), who helped me with check in and even showed me up the room. Needed a quick getaway and this place was ideal, near MANY good food places and the MRT is right outside. Didn't manage to enjoy the breakfast, but would love to stay here again.

Friendly staff, great location, walkable to many places. Can use the clan hotel gym and pool at level 30. Superb views! Very nice of them to give a gift too!

The hotel's location is excellent; using Exit D from the subway station makes it much easier to reach. The decor is full of character, and the room includes complimentary drinks and snacks. The pillows and mattress are incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly both nights. However, the toiletries are quite basic for women, so it's advisable to bring your own.

Room service would even be better if the hotel could provide a free bottle of water for room guest. Some people may not be comfortable drinking from the tap. Thank you.

The staffs are nice, the hotel is fancy, the location is fantastic (super near to the MRT) and the services are professional. However, the hotel Wi-Fi is extremely weak, only up to 800kb/s. If you have high demand for using internet in the hotel, better be prepared.

Service was great. Location can't be beat. There's a subway station right outside the rear entrance and tons of eating options right there. Our room didn't have a window, but we suspect this may be a luxury in downtown Singapore. The size of the room was decent compared to other rooms we were looking at.
