2nd time staying here given the convenient location & considerable spacious bedroom at this price point as compared to other hotels nearby. Breakfast was decent and hotel is relatively new. Suggestion to improve - could have place 1 water station at each floor corridor area instead of water bottle (to minimize plastic disposal). Have not try their facilities yet, rooftop pool looks OK just crowded most of time.

Service was very fast and great! Check-in was fast, they accommodated to my request for a room away from the lift as well. The gym and swimming pool was nice and cozy. Room was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was tasty! The hotel was very near multiple train stations as well! There's a coffee shop directly opposite the hotel, and multiple food options right downstairs as well! The hotel was also a very short walk from a major mall "The Cathay". Overall, great experience!

The location of the hotel in top tier, and the service is amazing. Always neat and clean and on top of that the rooms are always nicely done. 2 lines of MRT near the hotel and 24 hour 7/11 is nearby as well. The breakfast is very delicious as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

In a place like Singapore where space is at a premium, having such a spacious room, coupled with its proximity to Orchard Road, makes this hotel an incredible value for money! There are three or four subway stations nearby, with the closest one right outside the hotel. Downstairs, you'll find both a 7-Eleven and a Cheers convenience store, which is incredibly convenient. The cleanliness is very good, and the air conditioning works great. The staff are friendly. I didn't encounter any of the negative issues mentioned in some reviews. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't the best, but if there's no one staying next door, it's not a problem. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

A very good experience, from check-in. Location makes the hotel well placed for access to downtown via subway trains or cabs, or walking. Cleanliness was of high standard. When we needed help with removing sharp edges from a broken suitcase handle, hotel reception sent their fix-it person to the room with pliers, and the problem was solved quickly. All in all, a very pleasant stay in Singapore.

You have promotion going on with no efforts in crowd control control. Customers have to do the job for you. No queue system. Your poor staff have to go in and out to look after the queue. Fantastic!

This is a really nice place to try out all kinds of sushi/sashimi and each plate which can have 1/2/6 costs only 1.6 SGD which is more than reasonable and also tastes great. I have tried a lot of different ones there, and I am more than satisfied. The best part is that they have a rotating platform which has sushi/sashimi plates in it and anyone can pick it from there if they do not wanna order through the iPad they have attached to each table which sometimes gets stuck a lot but that was okay all I had to do is wait for it to load. They serve food right away within a minute or two which is awesome. Would definitely go there again when I visit Singapore!

For its price, the quality and selection were pretty decent. It felt like there are more variety than sushi express though there are no free hot green tea here. It is also possible to order through their tablet, using their e menu app. Food was okay but the app was terrible and hanged quite a few time before i was able to order. Other than the app, all else is good.

Quality of food is decent as relative to the price. Would recommend for people who wants better sushi than Sakae and paying about the same
