Located in a restricted area, I arrived at T1 late at night, but transferring between terminals was smooth and straightforward. It felt like a truly private resting place with basic amenities. The shared toilets and showers were available when I needed them, so I could use them at my leisure. In the morning, I had breakfast around 5 AM at the lounge across the way. Other reviews mentioned bento boxes, but I had a buffet. If you just need a place to rest, the single bed makes it comfortable. However, for what it offers, it's quite expensive.

Conveniently located within the terminal. All necessary facilities are available, making it ideal for transit.

I was very impressed how clean and well organized this hotel was. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for short term stay accommodation.

Without question, the staff that attended to us during our stay went above beyond our expectations! My wife was experiencing some health problems and the staff guided us to everything that we needed to do to get her the treatment that she needed, and did many things to ensure that we could make our connection on time. A 10 out of 10!

This transit lounge is well located in T2. The service and food there are both great. Will stay on my next trip via this airport

Weird! I checked in at 12 o'clock and just fell asleep. At 1 o'clock, the alarm went off four times! I only checked in for 6 hours, why did you wake me up in the middle! Then at 6 o'clock, you called me on time to urge me to check out. The room was also very cold! Fortunately, I brought a hot water bottle. The facilities are very old, there are no windows, and the air is not good!

Here you can use showers for SGD16 and they provide towels and basic toiletries. It is located airside.
