The room offers a view of the runway, and since the hotel is located between two runways, you can expect to hear planes taking off and landing at night. The hotel's pool also provides direct views of the aircraft. Drinking water is purified.

The location is excellent, especially for attending the airshow, as transportation is very convenient. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff even left a thoughtful note with their name, which showed great care. A highlight was also the open-air corridors of the hotel, allowing us to see planes taxiing by.

This hotel is super close to the airport, and the rooms are really clean. The food is absolutely delicious – I'd definitely come back if I had the chance! It's also incredibly convenient for family trips. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable, with adjustable temperatures, ensuring everyone gets a good rest, and the views are great too. I'll definitely be returning!

The hotel has a warm and elegant atmosphere, and the swimming pool is beautiful. I specifically chose this hotel for its convenience to the Singapore Airshow. The breakfast is rich and tasty, and it's easy to get around from here.

I have never stayed at a hotel as good as the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport. From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we checked out, the staff was really friendly and the hotel was immaculately clean.

The staff member DYLIA provided great customer service, and was extremely kind and friendly. She started off our stay at the Crowne Plaza in a great way.

The hotel room we stayed in was perfectly cleaned, with a huge bathtub and a desk for me to do my work. The bed was extremely spacious and comfortable. The hotel pool was also astonishing, with a poolside bar and many areas to sit and the location of the hotel is in a superb place if you have a early morning flight, beside Terminal 3 and Jewell Shopping Centre.

Overall, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport has again exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all of my family and friends.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right within T3, and within walking distance to Jewel Changi. It's also conveniently next to the Skytrain connecting to T2 and T1, making it easy to reach any terminal. The Skytrain to T2 even offers views of the waterfall. The hotel features a uniquely shaped pool, perfect for kids to play hide-and-seek. We stayed on the 4th floor, and the hallway was open-air, without windows, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a very natural feel. The only downside is the price, but hotels in Singapore are generally expensive. Considering the environment, facilities, and service, this one is still worth it.

Service: Incredibly good! From check-in, I felt so well taken care of. My child threw up in the middle of the night and soiled the entire bed. A staff member came to change it right away. I'm so grateful, I wouldn't have known what to do otherwise!

Environment: It's right in T3, making it incredibly convenient to get to any terminal!

The Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located right on the first floor of Terminal 3, easy to find just after clearing customs. It's perfect if you have an early morning flight or a layover. The rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are very welcoming; some even speak Chinese. The only minor downside is that breakfast is primarily Western, with no noodles available.

After breakfast at 6:30, I walked to Terminal 3, self-checked in, dropped off my luggage, and cleared customs. By 7:10, I was at Gate B2, waiting for my 8:30 flight.

Came here for one night before our early flight. Front desk was friendly and fast. We had to get two rooms for our family of four. Both rooms were the same, with a king bed. Bathroom was cute nice size. Shower got nice and hot, like the filtered tap water in bathroom. Its just a bridge walk over to jewel mall.
One con is bed was super hard.
