A very quiet and nice hotel with good food. If you like planes, this is a good place as we can see planes flying so low as they come in for a landing.
But the sound insulation is super and you cannot hear the planes sound inside the round. Definitely a very quiet hotel to rest and relax.
But there are no shopping or convenience stores nearby and you have a take a cab or drive out.
Overall, a great place if you want quietness or a game of golf.

The room facilities were excellent overall, and the decor looked very new. Even though it's not far from the airport, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The hotel pool was also very good. The only downside is that all the shopping and dining options around the hotel are quite far away.

We loved it SO MUCH especially the Clear skies, view of the golf course, away from hustle bustle of the city, enjoyed the pool and service! Lovely!

Had a relaxing time on business trip. It’s a secluded space and I booked for the peaceful and serene environment it offers. Ambiance was great facing the pool/gild area, except for the building and construction outside facing the lobby area and on the way to hotel. It was not advertised on hotel but not a pleasant experience, feels like staying on a construction site. Not the hotel’s fault but just fyi to guests would be good. Staff were helpful and provided good hospitality.

The breakfast was nice, especially the nasi lemak and smoke salmon. A decent stay, should have categorised as 4 stars instead

It’s inconvenient to get to as there aren’t any bus stops or mrt station nearby. However there is shuttle bus service provided but it ends at around 7pm.
There were lots of construction happening in the area too.

Went on my birthday and was hoping to receive some complimentary cake or to walk in to a decorated room. However did not received or experienced any.

The hotel's golf course has a beautiful view. The hotel's price was high during the airshow, and its transportation is inconvenient, with a taxi ride to the city costing over 30 Singapore dollars.

I had a truly memorable stay at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore, and it was made special largely because of the exceptional service from the team.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were attentive and thoughtful. Seeing that my dad has difficulty walking, they immediately brought a wheelchair and even proactively offered us an elderly-friendly room for added safety and comfort. A gesture that meant a lot to our family.

Although we arrived early, the room was ready within a short while. Chester went above and beyond by arranging a room with a view of airplanes taking off, simply because he heard that my mother loves watching them. That extra mile genuinely touched me and turned a simple stay into a meaningful experience for my parents.

The amenities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was clean, huge, and spacious, with a well-designed layout that made it relaxing and enjoyable for all ages.

Overall, this was a stay filled with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. Thank you to the Dusit Thani Laguna team, especially Chester, for making our family feel so well looked after. We will definitely be back.

I chose this hotel for the AAAI 2026 expo because it was convenient. Even though it's just over 1km from the expo, there's no public transport between them, so I had to walk back if I didn't want to take a taxi. The hotel is also quite far from the subway and bus stations. There's no washing machine, and laundry costs extra. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and there's a public swimming pool. Overall, it's a pretty good place.

Wonderful, big pool and spacious room for families! Was a little hard to get to the dropoff due to the construction outside but nonetheless a wonderful hotel as always!
