Good Point: I arrived at early morning, but they provid me to early check-in.
Bad Point: A cleaner threw away my toothbrush I had brought and placed in the cup in the bathroom.
(I packed all my belongings to luggage except bottle of water and toothbrush when asking room cleaning , but I hadn’t put in the bin or beside the bin.)

The hotel is right above Nagore Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. However, the room is quite small.

Very centralised location, walking distance to everywhere,easy for us to walk back and take a break in Hotel in middle of tour.
Bencoolen MRT is a stone's throw.
Facilities are fine and clean, very friendly staff. Fair price!
We had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back next time.

Singapore's hotel prices are quite high, so this place offered a reasonable rate. The room was a bit small, but it had all the essential amenities. I hope they'll provide mineral water in the future. It's located near a food street with lots of delicious options.

The location is perfectly located beside Mrt downtown line, and 5 minutes walk to Mrt circle line.
There are indoor food courts open till 11pm and the morning market near Bugis with 500m walking distance.
The room was all good except the air con was unable to set to the comfort level. Have called the technician to fix the issues but afterwards the room temperature auto defaults to 21°C.

My brother's family enjoyed as hotel Cleanliness is maintained. Located I'm a busy area With nearby bus stop and MRT.
My only frustration is they are unable to change the date since there's a major changes I didn't even asks for refund. I am begging them to change the date or modify the date and timing for changes Is not peak season.
Being unconsiderate with reasonable reasons will affect the trust and loyalty between the hotel and guests.
I have emailed, called the 3rd party I booked this hotel they gave me a hard time too.

Room was impeccably clean except that we found an underwear under the bed (probably the prev guest left it behind). Hope housekeeping can be a bit more thorough. Reception upgraded our double room to triple room. Great location.

You have promotion going on with no efforts in crowd control control. Customers have to do the job for you. No queue system. Your poor staff have to go in and out to look after the queue. Fantastic!

This is a really nice place to try out all kinds of sushi/sashimi and each plate which can have 1/2/6 costs only 1.6 SGD which is more than reasonable and also tastes great. I have tried a lot of different ones there, and I am more than satisfied. The best part is that they have a rotating platform which has sushi/sashimi plates in it and anyone can pick it from there if they do not wanna order through the iPad they have attached to each table which sometimes gets stuck a lot but that was okay all I had to do is wait for it to load. They serve food right away within a minute or two which is awesome. Would definitely go there again when I visit Singapore!

For its price, the quality and selection were pretty decent. It felt like there are more variety than sushi express though there are no free hot green tea here. It is also possible to order through their tablet, using their e menu app. Food was okay but the app was terrible and hanged quite a few time before i was able to order. Other than the app, all else is good.

Quality of food is decent as relative to the price. Would recommend for people who wants better sushi than Sakae and paying about the same
