It's a great place to stay in Singapore, and it even has a washing machine with a dryer, which is great! There's a small door on the second basement floor (you need a room card to enter)

Well furnished serviced apartment smacked in the slight outskirt of Orchard & Tanglin… a breeze walk, 8-10mins away to shopping malls like Scotts & Shaw centre (Lido Cinema), friendly staff… nice & very affordable place to consider for those visiting Singapore for more than 3 days…

It's a great hotel for family trips. The facilities are clean and the space is spacious enough, so we had a comfortable stay. It's convenient to cook, so it was easy to feed the kids.

Location, cleanliness, amenities - everything was excellent. The breakfasts are very modest, but you can pack them up in takeaway boxes.

Apart from being small, nothing else, breakfast is delivered to the room, very close to the shopping mall, very convenient

It is not as bad as the reviews described. I think they are actively working on the feedback here. TV is working, bedsheets/towels are clean, front desk staff was nice, toilets had soap/shampoo provided .

The electricity was down in my 2nd night. They changes to another room, somehow the noise from the street is so bad. They have tiny pool. Overall just ok. Whats up with the deposit ?!?

Loved staying here and am happy to report it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and I was able to check out at 5 AM early in the morning with no problem

This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Secondly, the toilet bidet spray nozzle was covered with heavy dirt and grime. It looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time

Separated shower and toilet areas, but the sliding door can only cover 1 area each time. Room comes with smart TV that supports YouTube and Netflix, which is really convenient

The metro station is also within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to travel around the city. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — the mosque is conveniently nearby, which was very important for me, and there are many good restaurants close to the hotel

I was lucky to have an oval room with many windows. The AC was dripping, but fortunately not onto the bed. There was no proper desk to work comfortably.

Uncle at reception was great and very lovely! The room felt like a $4 thailand room. Please upgrade your rooms. I paid a lot of money for dirty old janky room. Great food places and buses up the road

There might not be sufficient chairs during busy hours, and there are pool parties on Fri and Sat afternoon, the atmosphere is great. Breakfast options are ok but very western style, e. there are no green tea options

This is a pretty spacious hotel for Singapore, which is a definite plus

We were mainly around the coast this time, and there's a hawker center nearby, but the overall location isn't super convenient, though it's quite close to the MRT

The only downside was the small ants on the TV table; I'm not sure if there's an ant nest, but they just wouldn't go away! We stayed for four nights and couldn't be bothered to switch rooms, but everything else was great

It's also a 10-minute walk to East Coast Beach. Downstairs, there's a budget supermarket where mineral water costs just 40 cents a bottle, and there are many restaurants on the first and second floors

The location is excellent, just across the street from the famous Arab Street area, so food and shopping options are right at your doorstep

We also enjoyed a great view of the Singapore Flyer from the room, especially at night. 1m infinity pool was amazing, with a beautiful skyline view that made it a great spot to relax and unwind

booked 2 rooms and was given rooms on the same floor which we appreciate. staff were friendly and respond promptly when we needed something. rooms were big and spacious, we had a good night sleep. will be back again ☺️

The suite was spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room that comfortably hosted a small 10-pax gathering. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine and Batcha coffee, which was a nice touch

The team at Pan Pacific were great at organizing a cute stay for my wife’s birthday with cute cards and cakes. We stay at this property atleast 5 times a year since the last 3 years and we hope to continue to.

It was family trip with my parents, I felt so bad especially before I book this place I did fully hotel research, I actually want to forget about my none redouble full payment and changed to another hotel, Thank you Alyson & Julian, an elegant lady with black short hair,big smile and her kind colleague help us changed to another much better room at the second day

For other people who might book this place ,just remember there are no houseskeeping on the weekends so if you stay during the weekends,in my case, there are 4days no complementary available

We stayed at Village Residence Hougang for 2 months while our house was under renovation and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were super helpful and facilities were good
