Even an older A8 is still an A8! The bathroom facilities were a bit dated, but everything else was up to par. It's convenient for getting anywhere and definitely worth a longer stay.

Well serviced oasis in the heart of Singapore. Had a room overlooking the Fountain of Wealth with a balcony. Room was large with great bathroom and full amenities. LOVED the pool and bar service, the views are so good

My daughter was so sad to leave that she didn't want to move to the Swissôtel! I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental; the pool has a beautiful night view too, and complimentary bottled water is endless

It really shows that there's no comparison – the Swissôtel didn't even provide water! And the pool was awful, shared with the hotel next door

The hotel facilities are excellent, and I especially loved the smart toilet! The view from the window is great – you can see the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands, just ignore the construction site next door

I regret it now, we should have just stayed at the Mandarin the whole time! Just sharing my honest feedback! It's best to pay the deposit in cash, S$200 per night, and you get it back instantly at check-out

The service at the pool side and the gym instead is so commendable! Their warmth and helpfulness really makes such a difference! They engage in conversations with the guests and their bright smile and greetings brighten up the day

The hotel is conveniently located near the Promenade MRT station. Getting to Universal Studios and the S. Aquarium on Sentosa takes about 50 minutes, requiring 3 transfers, but none of the rides are very long

The service across the hotel is truly excellent, but the concierge team deserves a special mention for their brilliant support. I am particularly grateful to Zahir for his exceptional care

The Merlion statue is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and Marina Bay Sands is right across from it. The breakfast spread is excellent; I especially enjoyed the salmon and bagels

Requested for a change of room and the staff immediately assisted without questioning. Kai received us at the entrance and made us felt welcomed and ensured checking in went smoothly

Again, he was there when we were checking out and assisted us with express check out assuring us that the bills would be settled correctly and receipt emailed to me

The breakfast buffet had wide spread of options, there’s a lot of choose from. The only downside is that no ice cream was not provided on that day. Otherwise, I will give them a 10/10

I also appreciated the fact that the room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave, which made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet

A bit disappointed but still acceptable. The room is not as big as I imagine. The shower is difficult to adjust cold and hot. However, breakfast is recommended

Service was excellent, counter service wishes my friend happy birthday upon seeing his ID . And They welcome his with well wishes and balloons in the room to surprise him . Will stay again in future.

As our parents are celebrating their golden jubilee, we are upgraded to the premier rooms. They have decorated the rooms and did surprise us. Rooms are clean and with great views

Room is pretty sound proof and clean. Shower and heater works just fine. There was even a distilled water dispenser in the bathroom so there's no need to boil water just to get clean drinking water

Neat and clean hotel with fast services. Their buffet breakfast is good too. They serve from light to heavy meals. Sweet to savoury and also vegetarian options. Every floor had hot and cold drinking services

The staff is extremely friendly and the place is maintained to the finest. I was there for a five night stay and the whole experience is very pleasant. The hotel is situated in a very accessible neighborhood

Very nice hotel and strategically located. Furnishing does get a bit old now, but cleaniness is still very good. Our rooms' aircon is very cold and can not adjust the temperature as the dials do not work

Additionally, if they have a toilet bidet installed, that would be better. I also noticed you can hear other room doors close. Overall, it is still a good hotel to stay in. Would still come again for sure

The rooms are compact in size but greatly facilitated. It's a 16 story building which will accommodate you to your hearts content. The breakfast is diverse and rich. Highly recommend through and through

Just a five minute walk from closest MRT station and the taxies and buses are accessible from the hotel itself. The facility is available to store your bags if you arrive early and even after check out

There's a pool, a nice garden, and a 7-Eleven downstairs for snacks. Drinking water isn't provided, but there's a water dispenser for filtered drinking water

The hotel is good and clean. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate. The location near Orchard Road makes it convenient to get there. Facilities are comprehensive, but the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit spotty.

The room was very clean, and the staff were all super warm and polite. My flight was delayed, so I even asked for a late check-out, which they accommodated! The only downside was that breakfast wasn't very good

They upgraded our room for free, and there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. It's a five-minute walk to the subway station, and you can cut through the mall to get there, so it's not hot or sunny.

This is a high-end, star-rated hotel with an excellent central location. It's surrounded by attractions, shopping malls, and other amenities. Merlion Park is just a ten-minute walk away

The equipment variety is impressive. The second-floor pool offers a nice view, with panoramic sights of Clarke Quay. The rooms are quite spacious; you can easily open two large suitcases with plenty of room to spare

Book for wedding anniversary stayca and room was decorated with Swan towels which is a nice gesture. Was given a warm welcome by Heidi (if spelt correctly) at reception

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Clarke Quay, making it a great choice if you want to take a stroll or grab a beer. I highly recommend their swimming pool; it's fantastic! 👍🏻

This hotel had been recommended by a friend and I'm so glad we booked. The location is absolutely brilliant! The breakfast was fantastic every day and the staff were helpful and chatty. We had a wonderful stay!

Recommend the stir fried ice cream. Swimming pool on the 6th floor. Stayed there 4 years ago and breakfast was much better, with a fantastic selection of exotic fruits

The hotel lobby is quite impressive and you can really see its former grandeur, which the kids loved. However, the room had an odor, which is a common issue with older hotels, and I hope they can improve on that

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, after the 2nd night, I noticed that there was a dirty spots on the sheet (refer to the attached pic). On the 3rd night i saw the dirty spot was still there

But few things not good in hotel rooms. - mildewy smells in the room - the bed sheet was not replaced during my stay

The environment is really subpar. My room was on an upper floor, and the hallway outside the elevator had a terrible musty smell. There was no comb, and the towels in the room were dirty (I forgot to take a picture)

Stayed at Furama RiverFront and had a pleasant experience. We were able to check in early at 11am, which was very convenient. The pantry offers free coffee and tea, with a microwave for reheating food

There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and the nearest Sheng Siong supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Havelock MRT station is also just a 6-minute walk

The hotel has just been renovated. There's a food court nearby, which is very convenient for meals. It's close to the National University and the subway station. The hotel also has a garden and a huge swimming pool

When I tried to check in at 1 PM, I was told rooms wouldn't be ready until around 3 PM, so don't expect an early check-in. The room itself was good and clean, quite nice for Singapore standards

There are plenty of small restaurants nearby. The bedding was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, it was an okay stay, and the price of 1300 per night is on the higher side of mid-range

The only downside was the slightly old elevator that closed a bit too quickly. Breakfast was crowded with limited options, mostly Indian cuisine, and the taste was just average

The toiletries were from Parma, and the room provided plenty of bottled water. The mini-bar drinks were complimentary on the first day, and there were also fruits, crisps, chocolates, and wine

They said check-in was at 3 PM, but we didn't get our key until 5 PM. Luckily, they upgraded us to a suite, which was a nice consolation. The view was beautiful, and the service was good

Those rooms have small bedside tables on both sides of the twin beds, which is much more convenient for placing your phone or other items

However, there was a female staff member, presumably responsible for refilling cutlery, who would carry a basin of cutlery and jiggle it with every step, tossing the cutlery into the air and letting it fall back down with a lot of noise

Would consider coming another time to try their other dishes. When leaving, people can consider take the lifts at the main lobby instead of an isolated one nearest to the restaurant to avoid waiting too long

The hotel facilities are quite old; the carpets and walls have aged stains, and there's a musty smell in the air. I asked the cleaning lady for an air freshener, which helped a bit

It's about a 20-minute walk to the Merlion. The room was very comfortable. For a city as expensive as Singapore, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend for short business trips or vacations!

On the positive side, the Northeastern cleaning lady who came every day was truly amazing – she tried her best to fulfill any request! She cleaned very thoroughly! Breakfast was decent with a good variety

I really couldn't understand why she worked that way. It was annoying when she came out and made all that clattering noise while we were trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast

Physical building and hardware are a little oldish as the hotel has been around for many years. Swimming pool is a little small too. But rooms are maintained okay and the service is still excellent and worth a mention

The front desk service excellent and the server- Christine who serve us breakfast is professional as well. Location is good, but the door lock is no function. The dust drop from the air con in the during shower.

We are not far from Far East Shopping Mall, something old school that resembling Singapore in 80s. It is easily accessible to other part of Singapore either by public transport or cab

The bed and blanket were so comfy, I slept really well during my stay. I love the TWG tea bags too. Breakfast was good with various choices, mostly Asian cuisine.

2nd times stay here location is convenient. For this time, hotel staff placed me at quiet with good view room. Swimming pool located at rooftop need to take only Lift No. 1 up. Next stay will book same hotel again.

When I checked in the reception guy by the name Vasu looked at my Sri Lankan passport and have a strange look. I have witnessed this from Tamils at times at some other hotels
