I had a pleasant stay at PARKROYAL on Beach Road. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area

I never write reviews, but I was really satisfied this time. I'm a light sleeper, and the front desk immediately gave me a quiet room on the 7th floor, which ensured I got a good night's sleep

The staff were friendly and consistently provided good service throughout my stay. The room was clean, and I also appreciated the hotel’s environmentally friendly efforts

It was a comfortable stay with great service and a fantastic location—just something to note in terms of accessibility

Check in was quick and smooth as we could check in at the lounge level. Our rooms were on the highest level overlooking the back of the hotel so not much of a view

There is the lift next to the hotel to directly go to Metro 3 lines, very close to Sentosa. The room is not that big but well-designed and has everything you need

Pros: The hygiene and environment are excellent. It's conveniently located right next to Outram Park MRT station, a major interchange, making it easy to walk to many attractions

Would be happier if they can provide paper boxes of water instead of water tap (if don’t want to use plastic). Water in Singapore is really expensive

the hotel is quite cozy, located in the heart of the city and just few steps to china town. nice location!

It might be an option if you're on a business trip looking for something slightly cheaper, but I'd advise tourists to think twice before booking here

The orange juice vending machine on the first floor is a great deal, providing juice from four oranges for just 10 RMB. The pool is small but offers a nice view

The pool is fantastic, especially the slide – kids could spend all day on it. My only comment would be that they could do with more kids' life vests, so the little ones can play even more freely.

This hotel is located in Sentosa Cove, Singapore's prestigious residential area. I absolutely loved the surroundings – a yacht club is right here, and the vast, open sea is just a stone's throw away

You can relax and enjoy a vacation on the island. The ecology is great, with a rich variety of flora and fauna. There are many beaches, and the recreational facilities are popular with kids

I would recommend adding some children toys in the children's pool. Fitness and spa facilities looked good, although I didn't try. A solid 4-star SPG hotel, I recommend it!

Had a great time with my family here in W Hotel! The service are tip top and the room and toilet were very good!

The staff are very detailed, courteous and helpful. Food has wide variety and tasty. The shower is great! Except the glass shower door is heavy and the knob is too tiny. Overall we have enjoyed our stay

Orchid Hotel Singapore was definitely the right choice; it met all our expectations. First, the hotel is right opposite the MRT exit and next to the charming old shophouse streets

Very centralised location, walking distance to everywhere,easy for us to walk back and take a break in Hotel in middle of tour. Bencoolen MRT is a stone's throw. Facilities are fine and clean, very friendly staff

The location is perfectly located beside Mrt downtown line, and 5 minutes walk to Mrt circle line. There are indoor food courts open till 11pm and the morning market near Bugis with 500m walking distance

Singapore's hotel prices are quite high, so this place offered a reasonable rate. The room was a bit small, but it had all the essential amenities. I hope they'll provide mineral water in the future

The room was all good except the air con was unable to set to the comfort level. Have called the technician to fix the issues but afterwards the room temperature auto defaults to 21°C

The hotel is right above Nagore Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. However, the room is quite small.

Aside from the small room, everything else was great. The pool isn't huge but it's swimmable, and being on the rooftop is a nice touch. The hotel's location is excellent, and overall, the service was really good.

The room type was decent, but the layout of the double room felt a bit cramped, especially the bed. If your companion snores, you might want to reconsider this option.

The room was a bit small, but the location is quite good. It's near Zhongshan Park and there are many bus routes. For Singapore, where prices are like Switzerland, it offers good value for money

Staying at Value Hotel Thomson was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered comfortable accommodations, friendly service, and a convenient location

The uncle opening the door is much friendlier than the hotel receptionist. The hotel room is quite small. Only good for short travels or if you want your own personal space

The room has a funky smell because of the toilet sewage. Just remember to always close the toilet door and it will be okay. was hard and pillow was too soft and flat. Overall, okay stay for its price point

Although it's not luxurious, it provided good value for the price and met my needs for a short stay in West Hollywood

The only downside is that there's some road construction around the hotel, which makes walking a bit inconvenient

The staff were friendly and approachable. Especially the Chinese uncle who brings the coffee, tea, sugar, creamer to the room, he will bring these items inside a paper bag which is presentable.

The environment is good, but the front desk staff had a bad attitude. There were hygiene issues in the room, and the toilet was broken and wasn't fixed for many days

The hotel's public facilities and rooms are great, very new, spacious, and comfortable. However, there aren't many amenities nearby, so walking everywhere is a bit far, but taking a taxi feels too close

Traveled during the latter half of the Chinese New Year holiday and stayed for three nights. I was originally torn between the Ritz-Carlton and this hotel, but ultimately chose the Sofitel

2nd time to stay in this hotel, friendly staffs and their chicken rice are out of this world! Love the cleanliness too. Very chilled hotel and lobby, breakfast buffet were good too

Stayed at the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay and overall had a great experience. The hotel is stylish, modern, and located in a vibrant area with beautiful riverside views, cafes, and restaurants all around

The air conditioner was noisy, and the hotel amenities were very limited; there wasn't even a comb. However, the hotel's location is good. Although the hotel is older, it doesn't feel outdated overall.

It was a good stay overall but there was a glitch for the room lights, which meant we slept with the lights on theoughout the night. We were compensated for it though and the service was good.

My children absolutely loved the swimming pool, and they even made some little friends there — those moments are still fresh in their hearts, and they continue to miss it dearly

It was so convenient to use the microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator for preparing breakfast and light meals. Everything was clean, easy to use, and made our stay much more comfortable

The laundry facility was another big plus, giving me the ease to wash clothes anytime during my stay. Though I didn’t use the gym, I could see it was very well-maintained

The room service was quick and caring, and the cleaning staff always kept everything spotless. I also appreciated the kitchen facilities inside the apartment

Those 10–12 days at Orchard Parksuites were full of comfort, joy, and heartfelt memories. I truly miss it, and if I ever get the chance to visit Singapore again, I will definitely stay here once more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consistently Excellent Stay – Comfort & Service Beyond Expectations We decided to extend our stay for an additional night at Novotel Singapore on Stevens, and once again, the experience was excellent

Very convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Easy to get around the city. Spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. Everything felt fresh and hygienic.

Hotel was clean, good view, receptionist was polite and got a free room upgrade. Was only confused between the lap pool and the infinity pool as the signs wasn’t clear but overall, a great stay.

Staff was gracious to extend complimentaries to compensate for the delays and the hassle of giving rooms that were on different floors bec requested early on to have rooms adjacent or fronting as we are a family of 5

Our family spent the NYE at Novotel, quiet and serene away from the busy and festive atmosphere of Marina. Rooms were tidy and clean, although took time to be prepared for the standard check in time

This trip on day 1, rubbish was not disposed and was left on the table. Day 2, i got back to the room at 7. 30 pm and my room was not yet cleaned and I had to wait for it to be cleaned

My family liked it, courteous staff, decent Breakfast, nice pool.... Cons can be found everywhere if you look, I did not.....

The hotel room was on the smaller side, but very clean. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff cleaned the room daily. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to Orchard Road. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

We had to take a taxi to get there, and it was quite expensive

The location is so easy to Orchard Road that you can confidently brave Singapore’s humidity and walk. If you are flying out late, you are able to use the showers in the pool area even after checking out

The swimming pool was good and open till 10pm. We had a good night swim! Checkout process was quick too although they were a little busy with the check in guests but they prioritised those who were checking out

The hotel using Appelles brand of hair and body care, good for everyone hair and body needs! the only 1 negative feedback about the room is that noise on the air con vent is too loud, not easy to sleep on the 1st night

AS SOON as her shift ended a nice man gave us a room instantly, very appreciated. Overall, great quality 10/10 if it wasn’t for one particular staff member

Hotel at a great location, Paragon and Ngee Ann City are just walking distance, there is also a link bridge from level 4 to Paragon

Other than this, the rest is all good! Highly recommended for shoppers who plan to stay in the heart of Orchard road

It's located close to the beach and offers a free shuttle bus service. There's also a unique experience where little fish can help exfoliate your feet. The hotel grounds are lush with trees and plenty of birds

The hotel also provides a shuttle to Universal Studios, making it great for sightseeing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience

The gym is really nice and peaceful but it located a bit far from the resort, but they ha shuttle bus every 15mins. Going back to the main hotel from the gym, they arranged a buggy for me which is really nice

The front desk told me that I would need to check out on the morning of the 1st, store my luggage at the front desk, and then check in again at 3 PM, because our room had been booked by a family of three who reserved a triple room

According to Singapore hotel policy, check-out is at 11 AM and check-in is at 3 PM. On the evening of the 31st, I went to the front desk to ask about checking in for the 1st

The front desk thought for a moment, told me to wait, and after some operations on the computer, said that I wouldn't need to check out this time; she would arrange an extra bed for the family of three, but that I couldn't do this again in the future

A very unique hotel with a very strong UK heritage vibe. Suppose to be a staycation but it gave a feeling of being oversea. Conveniently located at the Orchard Road prime area and offer great value for a 5 star hotel.

Room is spacious, clean & nice, for elderly might found difficulty of having to climb the bath tub for shower since it's quite high. The staffs are helpful & friendly which is a plus point

This was my first stay here, chosen for its Orchard Road location due to a business event. My flight was delayed, so I arrived around 2 AM, but someone was still there to help with my luggage, and check-in was very quick

Additionally, while the hotel breakfast didn't have an extensive variety, the food was delicious. In the evenings, the rooftop infinity pool and bar were lively

You can get towels at the front desk. Breakfast is à la carte; they'll provide you with a Chinese and English menu based on your nationality

There's a wide variety of sets, and one portion is more than enough for one person (each set also comes with two eggs beforehand). (Don't choose the Chinese style, it's not very good. ) The staff service attitude is good

I checked in first, there was no deposit, and I left my luggage for storage (when we came back, the luggage was already in the room). There was an island entry QR code on the front desk (be sure to take a picture)

We found the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly that day. I informed a staff member, who noted it down but didn't resolve it. The next day, I contacted the front desk staff, and it was eventually fixed

**Check-in**: We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. I didn't see any bellboys (there were steps but no ramp, which is not luggage-friendly). There were a few customers at the front desk checking in
