The location is super convenient, right near the Raffles City MRT station, so it's easily walkable. Plus, it's close to Chinatown, which makes finding food incredibly easy. The staff were also very friendly

I have booked a Double Bed Room but was told that only the Twin Beds Room was ready. Agreed to take it as the Double Bed Room would only be ready in 30 minutes

My one complaint is that the shower didn’t get hot enough, but that is literally my only complaint about the entire stay. Incredible price for the value. Will stay again next time I’m there

There's a swimming pool on the top floor, and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the bedsheets weren't very clean, and the room was quite small

Great, clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The bar nearby reduces the music sound just at the right time in the midnight for us and the nearby residents to sleep.

There was a slight cigarette smell upon arrival, which improved after turning on the air conditioning. One downside was the noise — the room was not soundproof, and I could hear conversations from the hallway

For Chinese guests, a big disappointment is that while the 'heritage' option on the menu does indeed have Chinese tradition, it's basically plain rice porridge with salted vegetables and fried dough sticks/char siu bao

If you're staying alone or with someone who doesn't mind seeing each other, you can ignore this issue. The breakfast was genuinely unappetizing. I'm guessing the F&B manager is Western

but that is more than made up for with clean, cozy rooms, fantastic location on the border of Chinatown (right next to many good food and drink establishments, and conveniently across from an MRT station), delicious breakfasts (you can't go wrong with either the amazing Henri bakery or the Genius Central more vegetarian spot), and fantastic service (Tina was especially great)

Amoy is a smart, well run hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Everything felt clean, calm and efficient from check in onwards. The team were genuinely helpful and customer service was excellent throughout the stay

There's a subway station right outside the rear entrance and tons of eating options right there. Our room didn't have a window, but we suspect this may be a luxury in downtown Singapore

One of Hotel cleaning staff seems like lack of training, the hotel had a very limited space walk way and while we bringing 3 luggages with a baby stroller to go our room

The front desk staff speak both Chinese and English, which makes communication very easy. It would be even better if there was a washing machine

He just ignore us and let to go first, insist to finish his work and without greeting. The rest of staff is much more better than him

For this price point, you really can't find anything this good in the city center, so it's quite a good deal. The bed is very comfortable, and importantly, it's a 1. 8m king-size bed, which is hard to come by in Singapore

It's a 15-minute walk to the MRT station, but there are bus stops nearby. There are some great local eateries next door, and plenty of seafood restaurants too

On the 4th floor bad catches Wi Fi, often disconnected. The bathroom is very small, for a person with height 160 cm max. Located in the city centre where everything is. Small pool on the 4th floor and 4 sunbeds

This hotel offers terrible value for money. For over 700 yuan, the room is tiny – barely enough space for two people to move around, and you can't even open a suitcase on the floor. I definitely don't recommend it!

There’s complimentary refreshments and washing machine/dryers on level 2 with a small dip pool to soak in after a day of exploring. The hotel staff is amazing, welcoming, helpful and friendly

Plenty of lovely sensations! The assistant manager with his polished beard and the barman are very helpful and always there to guide you when needed without being intrusive. It is a little pricey but totally worth it

A boutique hotel tucked away in a corner of Little India. Location is excellent, you can walk to Jalan Besar MRT train station located 3 minutes away and Little India MRT 10 minutes away

There are a lot of restaurants, hawker centre and coffee shops around this hotel, 7-11 on the next street. Loft room on level 4 is equipped well enough for your hotel needs

Joochiat is my favourite street in Singapore, so this hotel offers just a few steps to all my favourite cafes! It’s not far from the CBD so it’s very accessible and affordable. The room is spacious and cozy.

It's a great place to stay in Singapore, and it even has a washing machine with a dryer, which is great! There's a small door on the second basement floor (you need a room card to enter)

At the moment, there is a small 2 seater plus 2 single chairs, not quite enough for everyone to gather unless some sits at the dinning table; 2) Curtains did not close fully and properly

Especially so in the master bedroom—curtains were too long and the power point behind the TV prevented it to close totally. Will stay again for a family trip for sure!

We loved the fact that 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a third for guests and the third bedroom—not usual for a 3 bedroom service apartment

Nice ambience and environment, friendly staffs at Front Office, Housekeeping and at Latitude, Fnb restaurant. Infinity Pool was well maintained too. Conducive for rest and rejuvenation

Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Really good rooms with luscious pillows. The pool was packed with kids but enjoyed my time there to sleep, think and do almost nothing

My only 2 gripes : no smoking room that's enjoyable to be in, and that their coffee is average. I'll definitely give this a 5 star rating for peace, comfort and joy at a decent price

Everything is pretty good. The only caveat is that you can’t use their gym. Which is kinda bummer.

I was only away for like a month or so and one of the staff already mentioned that it had been a while that he didn’t see me! LOL I had forgotten to bring my charger plug but fortunately, I could borrow one from the reception

I am much thankful and grateful. I always encountered issues with the goggle box, but I didn’t want to bother or disturb the staff to help me out. So I just go without it! Oh well

it is quite difficult to find and I've never really known that the hotel exists. I've never been in the rooms and only went to the ballroom. it was very spacious and not suffocating

Stayed for a job fair. Room was a little small but clean. Front desk staff helped me to arrange a taxi to the job fair location. Hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants

It is a great option to visit city area and very easy access from the main road. It is the best place person who use public transport. WiFi is one of the good facility we are privileged.

The room was OK in general. I had to keep Air Con on 22.C all night, all day to avoid damp floor. That was a bit uncomfortable especially at night.
